Abstract

UMKM Madu YBS merupakan usaha mikro yang menjual produk madu. Produk madu yang dijual oleh UMKM Madu YBS selama ini telah dipasarkan ke beberapa restoran, namun akibat pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan permintaan produk madu tersebut mengalami penurunan drastis. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan pada aspek manajemen usaha terkait ijin, laporan keuangan, dan target pasar. Adapun metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas indentifikasi kebutuhan, pendampingan, proses fasilitasi perizinan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Masalah internal utama yang dihadapi UMKM Madu YBS adalah pada aspek bisnis dan legalitas produk. Produk memiliki nilai jual yang relative rendah dibanding produk UMKM yang sejenis karena tidak memiliki ijin produk. Kebutuhan dan supply produk yang tidak seimbang menjadi dasar pendampingan usahan dlama rangka mencari sumber bahan baku yang lain. Untuk itu, tim pelaksanak kegiatan melakukan survei lapangan untuk mencari sumber bahan baku baru dari pemasok yang berbeda. Hasil survey menunjukkan adanya potensi pemasok baru di Kecamatan Payangan, Kabuapaten Gianyar yang terdiri ada kelompok tani lebah madu rumahan. Pada kegiatan tahap ketiga, mitra diberikan pendampingan dlaam mengurus perizinan Pangan-Industri Rumah Tangga (P-IRT). Kegiatan tahap ke-empat dilakukan dengan pendampingan peyusunan laporan keungan sederhana berupa laporan buku besar, arus kas, stok, dan laporan piutang. Sebagai upaya evaluasi kegiatan, maka tim pengabdi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui tenaga lapangan mahasiswa) melakukan komunikasi dengan pemilik UMKM apabila pada tahap awal implementasi hasil pendampingan masih mengalami kendala Kegiatan pendampingan menghasilkan indentifikasi existing supplier, target produksi, izin legalitas atas produk, dan laporan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah berkaitan dengan nilai tambah produksi, peningkatan produktivitas dan proses bisnis pada peningkatan hasil merupakan kunci dalam proses untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kebijakan dengan sasaran tertentu akan membantu untuk memfokuskan kebijakan pada faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah. Kebijakan Pemerintah memberikan bantuan modal/uang berkolerasi dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang nantinya akan mengarah kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan menjawab sejauhmana manfaat dari bantuan modal tersebut terhadap peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya mengetahui dampak pemberian hibah uang terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Hasil kajian ini sekaligus sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk penyempurnaan realisasi hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemberian hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung telah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui sarana pendidikan (informal), serta meningkatkan interaksi sosial melalui kegiatan gotong-royong; (2) Secara umum, hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung telah berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung; dan (3) Adanya pemberian hibah uang oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung telah mampu menghemat biaya yang seharusnya menjadi pengeluaran masyarakat.

Abstract

Kelapa merupakan tanaman tropis yang tumbuh hampir di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dan memiliki banyak potensi ekonomi. UMKM DNK Selumbung berusaha memanfaatkan potensi perkebunan kelapa di Desa Selumbung untuk diolah menjadi VCO. Produk VCO dari UMKM DNK Selumbung mulai diminati dan dipasarkan secara konvensional. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan website bagi DNK Selumbung yang dapat diakses pada tautan https://dnkselumbung.com/. Website tersebut menjadi media untuk menyebarluaskan informasi mengenai unit usaha dan produk DNK Selumbung, serta dilengkapi dengan menu kontak pemilik. Selain sebagai media promosi, website ini juga membantu konsumen yang ingin membeli produk, serta pihak lain yang berencana untuk bermitra dengan DNK Selumbung (distributor produk). Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, diberikan pemahaman kepada pemilik UMKM DNK Selumbung mengenai manajerial usaha secara sederhana serta memfasilitasi legalitas produk. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi serta pemenuhan unsur legalitas usaha, DNK Selumbung diharapkan dapat semakin berkembang.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment (including rural unemployment) is one of the macroeconomic problems that hinders regional development because it will cause other social problems. The more limited employment opportunities, especially in rural areas, the higher the unemployment rate and urbanization among rural communities. The Provincial Government of Bali has provided services to UPTD BLK-IP. Previous research mentioned the need for disseminating employment information as an effort to accelerate the handling of rural unemployment. The purpose of this community service is to bring employment programs closer, both training programs and workforce distribution carried out by the UPTD BLK-IP of Bali Province. This service activity was carried out in Selat Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province, which was still experiencing rural workforce problems. The method of implementing the activity is through verbal socialization and socialization through leaflet media. Pre-test and post-test were also carried out as well as monitoring and evaluation after socialization. Verbal socialization was carried out by providing information on the main functions and services of the UPTD BLK-IP of Bali Province, training targets and policies (triple skilling), and vocational training. After delivering the material, a discussion was held, as well as pre-test and post-test as a form of evaluating the achievement of verbal socialization goals. The results of the post-test showed an increase in the information understanding of the participants in the socialization as well as their interest and willingness to disseminate the information obtained. Further socialization was carried out by means of leaflets that presented employment information in a concise, concise, attractive and accessible manner. Leaflets are distributed and also placed in public places or facilities that are easily accessible by the public. This activity has been able to provide information to the Selat Village community regarding employment programs, especially the UPTD BLK-IP of Bali Province training program.

Abstract

Meat is one of the basic necessities and is a food item that has high nutritional value, but is susceptible to damage due to microbes. Therefore, the packaging of meat products also needs to meet the information standards that consumers must know. MSME YBS Supplier & Logistic is an MSME located in Gianyar Regency, Bali Province and sells meat products. According to the results of initial observations, the MSME managers do not yet have education regarding product storage and packaging arrangements. The purpose of this activity is to provide education about the management and storage and packaging techniques (including logos and packaging labels) of meat products at YBS Supplier & Logistic SMEs. In the early stages of service, counseling and training were carried out on product storage techniques. Furthermore, logos and product packaging labels are made that are designed through a discussion process with MSME managers. The final stage is training related to the storage and packaging of meat products. MSME YBS Supplier & Logistics has received education about meat product storage techniques according to their purpose, namely through refrigeration techniques or freezing techniques. Also explained about tips for announcing meat before storage. YBS Supplier & Logistics SMEs have also received equipment assistance in the form of a freezer and vacuum sealer. Regarding product packaging, a logo has been compiled which is a combination of logogram and logotype. Furthermore, through discussion also design informative product packaging labels. The information presented is in the form of logo, product type, weight, production date, and contacts (including social media and website). Through the service, education, training and assistance have been provided for storage devices, and the preparation of logos and packaging labels has been carried out.

Abstract

According to data from BPS Bali Province, Denpasar City's fishing production value is high, coming in at Rp943,607,030. Fishermen's income, however, is lower than that of farmers and artisans because it is based on the capital and operating expenses for each voyage. If supported by a relatively appropriate physical and financial infrastructure, processing of fish products will increase. In this study, the effects of capital, fishing experience, ship ownership status, working hours, and fish capture on marine fishermen's income were examined. Using the SPSS program, perform a multiple linear regression analysis on the data. With a sample size of 91 respondents, secondary and primary data were employed. The findings demonstrated that a number of factors, including money, fishing experience, ship ownership status, working hours, and fishing itself, have an impact on the revenue of marine fishermen in Denpasar City. While boat ownership status and working hours partially do not have a major impact on the income of marine fisherman in Denpasar City, capital, fishing experience, and fish catches do have a big impact.

Abstract

Penjualan produk secara online terus mengalami peningkatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19, termasuk produk kebutuhan pokok. Ancaman dan persaingan usaha penjualan sembako juga dialami oleh salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam penjualan produk sembako, yaitu YBS Supplier & Logistics. YBS Supplier & Logistics menyediakan produk daging potong dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam perniagaan produknya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan modernisasi perniagaan dengan penyediaan e-commerce bagi YBS Supplier & Logistics. Data-data dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Adapun metode atau tahapan analisis dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan data analysis spiral. Sedangkan penerapan e-commerce dilakukan melalui tahap eksplorasi, instalasi, implementasi, ekspansi, dan pelatihan. Mitra telah memperoleh manfaat dari penggunaan website e-commerce ini, baik dalam perniagaan, perluasan market share dan lini produk, serta peluang inovasi. Hasil survei terhadap konsumen pengguna website e-commerce juga menunjukkan responyang bai katas adanya website e-commerce. Kendala utama implementasi website e-commerce adalah pada keterbatasan kemampuan pengelolaan web dan harga kebutuhan pokok yang cenderung fluktuatif sehingga menyulitkan dalam penyajian informasi harga. Namun hal tersebut telah diatasi dengan menampilkan range harga produk.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting untuk mewujudkan Visi Indonesia Emas adalah sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah berupaya agar anak-anak Indonesia saat ini tumbuh menjadi generasi yang berkualitas karena akan menjadi tulang punggung Indonesia 2045. tantangan yang muncul saat ini adalah adanya ancaman stunting pada balita. Dimana penyebab stunting adalah faktor ekonomi, penyakit, serta kekurangan gizi. Upaya pencegahan maupun penanganan stunting tentu perlu dilakukan mulai lingkup terkecil, yaitu keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar, serta melibatkan berbagai stakeholders. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan keuangan keluarga (khususnya keluarga dengan balita), serta upaya pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Mas, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, dengan sasaran kader posyandu dan PKK sejumlah 20 orang. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, serta pre-test dan post-test sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan memperoleh tambahan wawasan terkait penanganan dan pencegahan stunting, serta pengelolaan keuangan keluarga.   Literacy on family financial management with a toddler and stunting prevention efforts   Abstract: One important factor in realizing the Golden Indonesia Vision is human resources. Therefore, the Government is trying to ensure that today's Indonesian children grow into a quality generation because they will be the backbone of Indonesia in 2045. The challenge that is currently emerging is the threat of stunting among toddlers. The causes of stunting are economic factors, disease, and malnutrition. Efforts to prevent and handle stunting certainly need to be carried out starting from the smallest scope, namely the family and the surrounding environment, and involving various stakeholders. This community service activity aims to increase community understanding regarding family financial management (especially families with toddlers), as well as efforts to prevent stunting. The activity was carried out in Mas Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, targeting 20 posyandu and PKK cadres. The methods used are lectures and discussions, as well as pre-tests and post-tests as a form of evaluation. Participants enthusiastically took part in the activities and gained additional insight regarding handling and preventing stunting, as well as managing family finances.

Abstract

The importance of access to credit for micro, small, and household craft enterprises, including cooperatives, has become a major focus in improving working capital financing and capital accumulation to support industrial income. The government through the LPDB (Revolving Fund Management Institution) has launched a revolving fund program that aims to strengthen the capital base of cooperatives, increase the capacity of human resources in business and financial management, and increase the role of cooperatives in expanding employment opportunities and reducing poverty. According to data from the Cooperative Business Development Division of the Denpasar City MSME Cooperative Office, from 2021 to 2023, there were five cooperatives that received the LPDB revolving fund program, but did not consistently reapply for the funds. This raises concerns regarding the sustainability of the program and the factors that influence it. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the sustainability of the LPDB program for cooperatives in Denpasar City. Using the MICMAC (Matrix of Cross Impact Multiplications Applied to a Classification) analysis method, this study reveals that the revolving fund administration requirements and members' information and knowledge about the revolving fund have the most significant direct influence. These findings underscore the importance of simplifying the administrative process and improving member knowledge to ensure the success of the program. In addition, active member participation emerged as an important predictor of program sustainability, highlighting the importance of members' direct involvement in supporting their economic activities. Thus using this method can uncover critical factors, and provide a comprehensive understanding that can inform policy adjustments and strategic implementation to improve program sustainability.

Abstract

Addressing and reducing the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia, supported by the reduction of stunting in various regions throughout the country, is a highly relevant program in achieving Indonesia's vision for 2045 as declared by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In realizing this vision, the program to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia becomes highly relevant to achieve this overarching goal. Therefore, all elements of society, in accordance with their respective roles, can contribute to supporting the realization of Indonesia's advanced vision. Hence, studies regarding the condition of stunting in its various dimensions become very important and relevant. The purpose of this Community Engagement activity is to: 1) Analyze the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of young generations in stunting prevention in a rural village; 2) Enhance the role of young generations in stunting prevention in their village. The Community Engagement activity was conducted in Abang Village, Karangasem Regency. This regency was chosen because it has the highest prevalence of stunting among the regencies in Bali Province. The activity involved young people in the village, known as "Sekehe Teruna Teruni," as participants in the event, which provided Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) related to stunting prevention. There were three resource persons for this activity, including an academic, a healthcare professional, and a Family Planning field educator. After the socialization, an evaluation was conducted on the participants, and the results were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The analysis revealed the following: 1) About 70% of the participants had heard of the stunting phenomenon, while the remaining 30% had not. Approximately 96% of the participants increased their knowledge about stunting after the KIE, with only about 4% not experiencing an increase in their knowledge. This increase in knowledge influenced their attitudes, making them more willing to participate in stunting prevention through family planning, 2) Data analysis indicated that all participants, 100%, expressed their intent to plan the number of children they would have when they get married according to their economic and other capabilities. Generasi muda berperan penting dalam penurunan/ pencegahan stunting karena generasi muda ini yang akan melahirkan anak-anak nantinya sehingga dapat dijaga kualitas anak yang dilahirkan sehingga stunting dapat dicegah/ diturunkan dengan peran dari generasi muda tersebut.
