Abstract

Wisata minat khusus didefinisikan sebagai bentuk perjalan wisata yang dilakukan di suatu lokasi yang memiliki atribut fisik yang menekankan unsur tantangan, rekreatif, dan pencapaian keinginan seorang wisatawan melalui keterlibatan/ interaksi dengan unsur alam. Tingginya animo dari komunitas pecinta sepeda gunung di pulau lombok, NTB belum diimbangi dengan ketersediaan jumlah track sepeda gunung (MTB) yang ada di pulau lombok khusunya. Keterbatasan kapasitas masyarakat/ kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) untuk dapat menghadirkan track speda gunung yang menantang menjadi permasalahan utama dalam pengembangan wisata minat khusus atau sport tourism sehingga dibutuhkan sinergi yang baik antara perguruan tinggi, komunitas MTB dan Pokdarwis/masyarakat selaku pengelola langsung dari destinasi wisata (anciallary). Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini, maka langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan adalah a). bekerjasama dengan kepala desa serta kelompok sadar wisata Eco Sakan Mancing; b). Menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan materi-materi antara lain 1), Peningkatan Gerakan Kesadaran Kolektif Stakeholder; 2). Penyusunan perencanaan manajemen destinasi (Roadmap Destinasi sepeda gunung (Sport Tourism); 3). Pengembangan Bisnis, dengan aktivitas yang mencakup penyusunan rencana bisnis destinasi sepeda gunung (Sport Tourism); 4). Penguatan Struktur Organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze, map and describe tourist attractions in improving and facilitating tourists in visiting and policy making by stakeholders, because one of the focuses of national economic development is in the tourism sector, while maintaining the nation's personality and environmental sustainability. The tourism sector provides many advantages or benefits, including being able to create jobs, increase and equalize community income, and introduce regional cultural arts and crafts to be marketed to domestic and foreign tourists. Ten tourist sites in Tanjung Sub-district were mapped to help inform the placement of tourist attractions. This map can also be used as a guide when listing tourist attractions and evaluating the potential of popular tourist destinations. Data descriptions of the tourist attractions in Kecamatan Tanjung, including location, tourist attractions, condition of facilities and infrastructure, condition of visitor numbers, and efforts to develop tourist attractions, show that the current level of tourism in the area has very good prospects. These tourist destinations generally have potential and if worked on properly will increase Regional Original Income (PAD) significantly. Mapping and description of the distribution of tourist attraction areas in Tanjung Sub-district, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara is the most important part of decision-making by stakeholders for sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Green Marketing (GM) concepts provide suitable solutions for balancing efficiency and environmental concerns. The objective of this paper is to provide an extensive bibliometric literature review on ‘green marketing’ as a term and concept. Articles were located through scopusr database over a period of 20 years (2000 - 2020). The population in question is 1,104 scientific publication titles (9 November 2020). Mendeley software was used to manage and resume the references. We have reviewed this database and attempted to classify articles using VOSviewer software. fourteen clusters were reviewed; the words most frequently occurring in each group were ‘green consumer behavior’, ‘green awareness, 'evnironmental sustainability', 'greenwash' and ‘corporate social responsibility’. This cluster represents the research streams of green marketing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis studi kelayakan hutan lindung monggal sebagai Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) guna meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu cara dalam mendukung pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat serta penggerak ekonomi lokal. Dari tujuan umum tersebut bisa diuraiakan lebih lanjut tentang tujuan khusus yaitu (1) untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek non-finansial usaha TWA Monggal meliputi aspek pasar, manajemen, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya, serta lingkungan. (2) untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek finansial usaha TWA Monggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik survey dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: Studi kepustakaan, Observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan TWA Monggal di Desa Genggelang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara layak untuk dikembangkan karena pertimbangan (1) Kelayakan dari aspek non-finansial (2) Kelayakan dari aspek finansial dilakukan dengan perhitungan nilai NPV selama 10 tahun sebesar Rp 1.214.388.386,85 dengan Tingkat pengembalian terhadap investasi (IRR) sebesar 32%. Kemudian nilai Net B/C sebesar Rp 4.043. dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 3 bulan.

Abstract

Recreational area fees and port service fees are an important source of PAD for the North Lombok District. It relies on the tourism sector as the main sector for regional revenue sources to carry out development acceleration so that it can get out of the only underdeveloped area in West Nusa Tenggara province. The study aims to analyze the potential and effectiveness and make projections of the fees for recreation areas and port services in Gili Tramena, North Lombok District. The findings showed that recreational area fees and port service fees from 2017 to 2021 tended to decrease and did not reach the target. It was due to the low process of extending and intensifying fees and external factors, namely the earthquake in 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Based on calculations and data analysis, the total potential levy for recreational areas in 1 (one) year is IDR 7,607,653,250,00. With details of IDR 6,990,816,500.00 for foreign tourists and IDR 616,836,750.00 for domestic tourists. Meanwhile, the potential for the next 5 years is IDR 2,380,712,571.43 in 2022, IDR 2,576,320,095.24 in 2023, IDR 3,280,711,380.95 in 2024, IDR 3,985,102,666.67 in 2025, and IDR 4,689,493,952.38 in 2026. This potential can be reached, of course, with the political will of the local government to increasing PAD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Google My Business (GMB) platform in expanding marketing reach for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Hands Above Business Community (TDA Mataram). This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as a data collection method. The results of the study show that MSMEs in the TDA Mataram Business Community face obstacles such as a lack of digital literacy and understanding of technology. However, the solutions found include training and further education about GMB, collaboration within the business community, and increasing digital literacy. In addition, strategies to maximize GMB features include optimizing business profiles, using interesting content, active interaction with customers, and evaluating GMB performance on a regular basis. The implication of this research is the importance of education, training and support in overcoming obstacles and maximizing the potential of the GMB platform for business growth. This research also shows that GMB is effective in expanding the marketing reach of Mataram TDA UMKM which can be seen from the growth in the number of new customers, sales, and market reach outside the region. It is hoped that this research can provide practical guidance for MSMEs and similar business communities in utilizing digital platforms to achieve broader marketing goals.

Abstract

Tujuan program ini adalah untuk membantu mitra adalah untuk Menerapkan manajemen usaha yang modern dan pemasaran produk kerajinan melalui media online. Target khusus program PPM Kemitraan ini adalah mampu memasarkan produk kerajinan dengan luas tidak hanya dilokasi penjualan tetapi juga ke seluruh dunia. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan ini adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan dari program PPM Kemitraan ini terdiri dari : (1) pelatihan manajemen usaha yang komprehensip dan modern, (2) pelatihan pemasaran produk kerajinan melalui pemsaran onlineyang menjangkau seluruh pasar dunia yang dilakukan oleh Tim PPM Kemitraan. Hasil program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pengusaha pengerajin souvenir di teluk nara dapat menerapkan manajemen usaha yang modern yang berbasis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi seperti penerapan manajemen pemasaran yang memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk souvenirnya sehingga produk tersebut dapat terkenal bukan hanya di indonesia bahkan diseluruh dunia dengan bantuan teknologi informasi, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berbentuk pelatihan dan penyuluhan berkaitan manajemen usaha modern dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, terutama melalui pemasara online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar dan antusias bagi pengusaha souvenir di teluk nara yang ditnjukkan dengan banyaknya pertanyaan dan diskusi selama kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung.

Abstract

Assistance in making a masterplan is carried out by MBKM Building Villages students located in Mekarsari Village which aims to assist the village government in developing and exploring the potential of Mekarsari Village as a tourist village. By becoming a tourist village, the village is expected to be able to become an independent village that can independently manage its economy. The method of preparing the masterplan was conducted by focus group discussion (FDG), discussing the problems and potentials of the village. It is expected that the final result of this masterplan preparation assistance can provide great benefits and contributions to the development and development of the village.

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to help MSMEs in preparing a good and professional company profile so that MSMEs can increase their competitiveness in the current era of globalization. The problem faced by partners is a lack of knowledge and skills in creating a good and professional company profile. The method used in this activity is in the form of training which is divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, delivery of material and training and discussion. The material presented in this activity is the concept of a company profile, the function of a company profile and how to prepare a company profile. The results of the training activities carried out show that there has been an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME managers in developing MSMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk analisis Studi Kelayakan Bisnis dari Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) PDAM Tirta Adhia Rinjani Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dengan menganalisis aspek finansial dan aspek non-finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan kritis dan mengukur variabel yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara mendalam dengan keterlibatan data pendukung lainnya. Pendekatan kualitatif mengkaji secara mendalam sebuah fenomena faktual berdasarkan informasi dan fakta yang ada pada suatu peristiwa nyata, disertai dengan keterlibatan aspek-aspek lain yang mendukung penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan studi kelayakan investasi dari pendirian pabrik AMDK membutuhkan investasi sebesar Rp 6.200.000.000 termasuk didalamnya untuk pembelian peralatan produksi senilai Rp 1.100.000.000 dan total kebutuhan modal kerja untuk satu periode produksi (1 tahun) sebesar Rp 1.800.000.000. Analisis kelayakan investasi menggunakan kriteria investasi menunjukkan bahwa pendirian pabrik AMDK layak secara finansial dibuktikan dengan hasil NPV, IRR lebih besar dari tingkat bunga (27%) yang positif payback period yang relatif pendek (3,16 tahun).
