Abstract

This research aims to find out whether unique products, store layouts, and special treatment benefits affect customer loyalty in Mixue ice cream and tea in the city of Mataram. The research approach used is using quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique where samples are taken non-randomly with purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey sample, namely the distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale and data analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that the unique product variable has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty mix in Mataram City, the store layout variable has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty mix in Mataram City, and the Special Treatment Benefits variable also has a positive and significant effect on customers Loyalty Mixue Mataram City. Based on these results, it can be concluded that as a business actor, pay attention to the uniqueness, store layout and special treatment benefits of the products sold in order to attract the interest and attention of consumers make a purchase.

Abstract

Social media content strategy training has become a necessity for business owners in the rapidly evolving digital era. The aim of this training is to help business owners understand more effective ways to promote their products or services through social media. In Mataram, this training has had a positive impact on business owners. During the training, participants are taught how to create content that is engaging and relevant to their target market. In addition, the training also helps business owners understand social media data analysis, so they can measure the effectiveness of their campaigns and make more informed decisions in their marketing strategies. As a result of this training, business owners in Mataram can expand their market reach, increase brand awareness, and boost sales. However, it should be noted that this training is not an instant solution to all marketing problems. It takes time and effort to build a strong and consistent online presence, as well as continuously updating marketing strategies to keep up with changing trends and market needs.

Abstract

Tujuan program ini adalah untuk membantu mitra dalam mengembangkan desa wisata di Dusun Prawira, Sokong, Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara dalam menunjang keberhasilan pariwisata di kabupaten Lombok utara (KLU). Target khusus program PPM Kemitraan ini adalah mampu menjadi desa wisata di Dusun Prawira, Sokong, Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara dikenal luas oleh wisatawan nasional dan internasional untuk menunjang keberhasilan pariwisata di kabupaten Lombok utara (KLU). Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan ini adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan desa wisata. Kegiatan dari program PPM Kemitraan ini terdiri dari : (1) pelatihan pengembangan desa wisata, (2) pelatihan pemasaran desa wisata kabupaten lombok utara (KLU). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat di desa wisata khususnya di Desa Wisata Prawira Village Tourism di Dusun Prawira, Sokong, Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara dapat meningkatkan pemahaman berkaitan dengan desa wisata melalui kegiatan pemasaran di media social seperti twiter, instagram, facebook, whatsahap dan media social lainnya sehingga produk desa wisata tersebut bukan hanya akan didatangai oleh wisatawan lokal, tetapi juga oleh wisatawan nasional dan mancanegara sehingga akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar di Desa Wisata Prawira Village Tourism di Dusun Prawira, Sokong, Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara.

Abstract

Pemetaan potensi agrowisata Desa Genggelang merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Genggelang Kecamatan Gangga yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait potensi agrowisata. Terdapat tiga tahapan yang dilakukan, yaitu diskusi dengan Kepala Desa/Tokoh Masyarakat, Observasi lapangan, dan pembuatan Site plan (rencana tapak). Berdasarkan tahapan kegiatan tersebut didapatkan potensi Agrowisata yang menjadi modal awal pembangunan proyek agrowisata seperti tingginnya tingkat produktifitas komoditi kopi dan kakao. Setelah potensi teridentifikasi, maka dibuat Site plan yang bertujuan untuk membantu dalam perencanaan tata letak yang optimal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional pembangunan proyek Agrowisata

Abstract

Background: Many MSMEs in the city of Matram are experiencing diculties in determining the digital marketing strategy to use. This is due to the many digital marketing strategies that can be used and the many factors that serve as criteria for selection.Objective: Develop a decision support system using a combination of ANP and profile-matching methods to assist MSMEs in determining the digital marketing strategy to be used.Methods: The method used in this research is a combination of ANP and Profile Matching Methods.Result: The combination of methods (ANP) and Profile Matching in determining digital marketing strategies has an accuracy of 83.33%.Conclusion: The combination of ANP and Profile Matching methods in determining digital marketing strategies has successfully recommended the best digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas biji kopi dan nilai jual kopi di Desa Selelos, Lombok Utara, melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Fokus utama dari program ini adalah penerapan alat pengering yang efisien dan alat pengolahan kopi untuk meningkatkan kualitas biji kopi serta efisiensi proses pengolahan. Selain itu, pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis pemetaan wilayah wisata, hasil bumi, dan kelompok tani bertujuan untuk memperbaiki strategi pemasaran dan memperluas akses pasar bagi produk kopi. Program ini dimulai dengan analisis situasi, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas biji kopi dan efisiensi proses pengolahan, yang berimbas pada peningkatan nilai jual produk kopi. Sistem informasi yang diterapkan mempermudah pemetaan wilayah perkebunan serta manajemen pemasaran, memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemasaran produk kopi. Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani kopi dengan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka, serta memperkuat kapasitas kelompok tani dalam mengelola hasil bumi secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian desa dan memperkuat daya saing produk kopi di pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik pengunjung ke desa wisata Kebon Ayu, Lombok Barat. Melalui metode pelatihan yang interaktif, seperti diskusi dan penyampaian konten materi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta dengan berabagai isu terkini, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan telah berjalan lancar sesuai harapan. Antusias yang tinggi dari peserta terlihat dari tingkat kehadiran dan partisipasi dalam diskusi menyiratkan keseriusan yang mendalam saat mengikuti pelatihan. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif, melalui pemanfaatan platform media sosial untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to empower the community by processing waste into fashion products using heat press techniques to increase community income in Senggigi Village, West Lombok Regency. The problem faced by partners is related to the large amount of plastic waste which, if burned, can produce dangerous compounds, apart from that, plastic waste can also damage the sustainability and beauty of the Senggigi tourism area. The method used to overcome this problem is in the form of community service activities which will be carried out to process waste into Fashion products using the Heat Press Technique, which is a new breakthrough in handling waste which can also increase income for the local community. As a result of partner activities, they have the ability to overcome the problem of increasing waste volume by managing waste into fashion products using heat press techniques.

Abstract

Revisit intention is interesting to be studied because it relates to the behavior of tourists to revisit, particularly during the post-covid-19 pandemic that has limited tourist visits to a destination for quite a long time. Experience, in the hospitality and tourism context, is a significant concept used to understand consumer behavior. The travel experience begins before arriving at the destination, ends with memories of the experience, and plans to revisit it in the future. This study aims to investigate the effect of halal destination image and tourist motivation on the speed of deciding to revisit halal tourism destinations through halal experience satisfaction tourism destinations in Lombok Island. This study used a quantitative method with 200 domestic and foreign tourists as respondents. The results of the study showed that halal destination image and tourist motivation could not directly accelerate the tourists' decision to revisit, but they had to go through halal experience satisfaction.

Abstract

Student Entrepreneurship Coaching Program with the Smart Entrepreneurial Model (SEM) is designed to strengthen students' entrepreneurial character through an integrated approach. The primary goal of this program is to develop students with an innovative, resilient, and adaptive entrepreneurial mindset, enabling them to respond to market changes and global economic challenges. The urgency of this program lies in the pressing need to create a young generation prepared to face economic disruptions, particularly in the digital era and during industrial transformation. Students, as future entrepreneurs, require a solid entrepreneurial character to take calculated risks, communicate effectively, and manage sustainable businesses. The stages of building entrepreneurial character through SEM include: Phase 1: Pre-test (Psychometric testing); Phase 2: Participant classification and SWOT analysis; Phase 3: Workshops; Phase 4: monitoring and mentoring. The coaching activities based on the Smart Entrepreneurial Model (SEM) have demonstrated a positive impact on shaping students' entrepreneurial character. This program successfully enhances students' growth mindset, communication skills, leadership abilities, and strategic analysis capabilities through a combination of training, business simulations, role-playing, and mentoring
