Abstract

Customer loyalty is characterized by repetitive purchasing actions towards the same product and location to fulfill specific needs or desires. The success in achieving this goal is influenced by various factors, including product quality and service quality. In the effort to enhance customer loyalty, attention to issues related to product and service quality becomes essential. Therefore, this research focuses on examining the impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop in Abiansemal. The objectives of this study encompass two aspects: to determine the partial influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung, and to assess the simultaneous impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The sample size of 57 respondents was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis involved classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), and simultaneous significance tests (F-test). The research results indicate a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The implications of this research extend to the field of marketing management, providing a deeper understanding of the key factors influencing customer loyalty. The insights gained can assist marketing practitioners in developing more effective strategies, optimizing customer experiences, and enhancing customer retention, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of the business.

Abstract

Placing customer satisfaction as the primary objective or central aim of the company both in the present and for the future holds immense importance due to its pivotal role in upholding the longevity of the offered products or services. Employing strategies that focus on the quality of service and bolstering the company's reputation are recognized as effective means to amplify customer contentment with the products or services they avail. The present study endeavors to assess the interplay and individual impacts of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction within KSP Sri Baruna Lestari located in Bangli Regency. The study population encompasses all active customers who utilized savings, deposits, and credit services at KSP Sri Baruna Lestari during the year 2021, amounting to a total of 2,385 individuals. The sample size was determined utilizing the Slovin Formula, resulting in a sample comprising 96 individuals selected through purposive random sampling. The analytical techniques employed in this research encompass classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, F-test, and t-test. The research outcomes divulge that both service quality and company image exert a concurrent and positive significant influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it is found that service quality and company image exert partial yet positive and significant impacts on customer satisfaction at KSP Sri Baruna Lestari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Gianyar. Populasi studi terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Gianyar pada tahun akademik 2021/2022, dengan total 319 individu. Sampel dipilih menggunakan Metode Probabilitas Sampling dengan Teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, menghasilkan ukuran sampel sebanyak 190 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan Rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis statistik melibatkan regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji signifikansi parsial (uji t), dan uji signifikansi simultan (uji F). Temuan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif parsial yang signifikan dari pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Selain itu, pengaruh simultan dari pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga juga secara signifikan memengaruhi minat berwirausaha di kalangan siswa. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang faktor-faktor yang membentuk minat berwirausaha di kalangan siswa SMK, dengan implikasi bagi strategi pemasaran yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan di lembaga pendidikan menengah.

Abstract

Tujuan. Sasaran yang di di capai dalam penelitian guna mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan servicescape terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna Jasa GYM di Kota Denpasar. Metode. Pendekatan Kuantitatif digunakan dalam Metodologi penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan pengguna jasa sebanyak 141 orang dengan sampel diambil sebanyak 58 orang menggunakan pendekatan rumus slovin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel merujuk pada purposive sampling. Memastikan kevalidan data diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum di lakukan analisi data regresi berganda, determinasi, uji F dan Uji t sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil. Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat kualitas pelayanan dan servicescape secara bersama terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan dan servicescape secara mandiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa GYM. Implikasi. Meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa GYM diperlukan adanya perhatian dan keseriusan dalam memberikan layanan yang berkualitas, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti dapat di bangun dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dari industri. Keberadaan dan hadirnya lingkung layanan servicescape memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap harapan pelanggan, petunjuk lingkungan industri dapat membantu pelanggan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap industry khususnya GYM.

Abstract

This collaborative international community service initiative applies the Tri Hita Karana philosophy to improve coral reef conservation at Bali''s Mengiat Beach. The collaboration between Universitas Ngurah Rai and the University of Canberra integrates traditional wisdom and innovative methods, promoting resilience, sustainable practices, and economic growth while adhering to Tri Hita Karana''s holistic principles. The initiative program combines Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and the Mars Assisted Restoration System (MARRS) to safeguard coral ecosystems. Participatory Action Research (PAR) empowers communities, aligning with the holistic principles of Tri Hita Karana. The methodology encompasses preparation, education, hands-on training, beach clean-ups, and continuous evaluation, reinforcing coral preservation while promoting sustainable practices and ecological well-being. These strategies align with the Tri Hita Karana philosophy, promoting local engagement and resource management. The donation of Reef Stars by the universities to the Bali Coastal and Marine Biodiversity Foundation reflects a commitment to environmental well-being and long-term harmony. The Mengiat Beach collaboration by two universities and the Bali Coastal and Marine Biodiversity Foundation integrates traditional wisdom and modern methods within the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. Through education, training, and reef restoration, the initiative emphasizes community engagement and ecological resilience.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is one of the important elements that determine in running a business. In creating entrepreneurial interest, severaldetermining variables are entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation. The existence of concerns and problems encountered related toentrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation in an effort to increase entrepreneurial interest, it is appropriate in this study to investigate further on entrepreneurship experience and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest of youths at STT. Wisma Bahari Desa Adat Semana. The purpose of the study was to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation onthe entrepreneurial interest of youths at STT. Wisma Bahari Desa Adat Semana. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling method, amounted of 94 members of STT. Wisma Bahari Desa Adat Semana. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The findingshows that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurialinterest of youths at STT. Abstract

The development of the retail business in Indonesia which is growing rapidly makes competition increase. As a form of retail business, UD. Aryawan who is in, South Denpasar must have an advantage over competitors in order to survive or even win the competition in the retail business. One way to create a competitive advantage is to apply the right marketing mix so that it can satisfy consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Completeness and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Purchase Decisions at UD. Aryawan South Denpasar, as well as knowing which factors have a dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at UD. Aryawan South Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using Accidental Sampling as many as 97 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, statistical analysis of F test (F-test) and statistical analysis of t-test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially between product completeness and Store Atmosphere on purchasing decisions at UD. Aryawan, South Denpasar.

Abstract

Terdapatnya atensi serta ditemui kasus berhubungan dengan kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli dalam upaya tingkatkan minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Tujuan riset yakni: Buat mengenali akibat dengan cara bersama-sama serta individual antara kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli kepada minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Jumlah ilustrasi didetetapkan dengan tata cara purposive sampling sebesar 100 orang pelanggan yang telah sempat berbelanja lebih dari sekali, berencana melaksanakan pembelian ulang serta berumur diatas 17 tahun keatas. Informasi dianalisis dengan memakai percobaan anggapan klasik, analisa regresi linier berganda, analisa pemastian, analisa percobaan F( F- test), serta analisa percobaan t( t- test). Hasil riset membuktikan terdapat akibat yang searah serta nyata dengan cara bersama-sama ataupun individual antara kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli pada minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar.Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Pengalaman Membeli dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in digital financial services, has significantly facilitated various societal activities, wherein individual behaviors to adopt new technologies are crucial factors. This study analyses the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust on the intention to use online loan applications among residents of Bangli, a rural regency in Bali, who have not yet adopted such applications. Utilizing an explanatory research design and a quantitative approach, this study involved 96 respondents selected through a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Several analytical methods were employed, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust significantly affect adoption intentions both partially and simultaneously, with ease of use and trust positively influencing these intentions, while perceived risk has a negative effect on adoption intentions. This study contributes to international marketing management by offering insights into user behavior and the elements that foster or hinder fintech adoption in rural settings.
