Abstract

Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk menguraikan format kegiatan kepramukaan sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam kurikulum 2013. Kegiatan Kepramukaan dijadikan sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib berdasarkan Lampiran III Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 81A Tahun 2013. Berdasarkan kebijakan formal tersebut, penyelenggaraan kegiatan Kepramukaan sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib di MI dalam kurikulum 2013 dilaksanakan melalui lima langkah yaitu: (1) menetapkan kebijakan kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; (2) merumuskan tujuan kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; (3) menentukan alat lunak pendidikan karakter dan keterampilan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; (4) membuat program semesteran kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; dan (5) membuat program mingguan kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI. This paper is intended to describe the format of scouting as obligatory extracurricular activities in the 2013 curriculum for Elementary School. Scouting serves as extracurricular activities required based on Appendix III of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 81A Year 2013. Based on the formal policy, organizing scouting as obligatory extracurricular activities in MI in 2013 curriculum must implement five steps: (1) establish policies of scouting activities in MI; (2) formulate objectives of scouting activities in MI; (3) determine the soft ware of character education and character education skill in scouting activities in MI; (4) make semester program Scouting activities in MI; and (5) create a weekly program of scouting activities in MI.

Abstract

Abstract: This paer is intened to find the concept of character education, according to Prof. Dr. H. E. Mulyasa thas various books he wrote. Hopefully, this article can serve as guidelines for the parties the manager (manager) schools in practing character education within the scope of the school. From the result of the study can be obtained information that character education is agrowing process of character values, such as conscious, honest, sincere simple, independent, caring, free to act however responsible for his action, careful or conscientious, and commited to doing good. Internalization of character values us carried out through three strategies, namely be a good example for their students, internalize the character values into learning activities, internalize the character values into the activities of habituation, and then manage the school in favor of the practice providing education character. Abstract

Abstract: The tradition of circumcision in Bumiayu did not arise by itself. Appearance is the result of understanding and interpretation of the hadith about prayer working order for 10-year-old child. In the tradition of circumcision, there are seven series of activities, ranging from nggasrep, kungkum nang kali, nggelar klasa, sunatan, terbangan, ngrayah duit, and walimahan. The seventh series of activities each has different objectives that various Islamic educational value in it. Keywords : tradition, circumcision, education, Islam.

Abstract

Abstract : Madrasah as institution of education is a noble industry. Madrasah has double missions, there are profit mission and social mission. Unfortunately madrasah has been doing education process overcognitifly and ignore moral aspect, that fact is a problem in madrasah. Caused by it a concept of character education must be implementated in madrasah through management desain of character education in madrasah. In this article, author explains how to implementate management desain of character education in madrasah. There are four components that concerned in it. Key Words: Management, Character Education, Teachers, Curicullum, and Culture.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper examines the relevance of standardization in the process of learning and assessment to the curriculum 2013 with the concept of individual differences in learners. It then raises two questions. First, whether the learning and assessment is in the standard curriculum. Second, can the learning and assessment is in a standardized curriculum perspective when faced with the concept of individual differences in learners. Discussion of the results showed that the learning and assessment in the perspective of standards curriculum or have standards. But when confronted with the concept of individual differences in learners, learning and assessment less suitable to be standardized. It should be a paradigm shift in the organization of learning, the learning paradigm based on the standard into the learning paradigm based on individual differences. Abstract

Abstract:The growth of madrasah in Indonesian homeland is the result of pull of the pesantren as native Indonesian educational institutions (conventional) that are already on one side with a western education (modern) on the other. In the colonial period, in accordance with the mission of colonialism, madrasah are so marginalized and made a variety of colonial government policies that marginalize the madrasah. One impact is still visible from the discriminatory policy is madrasah experienced a variety of management weaknesses. Under these circumstances, management weaknesses indicated by the closed nature and is not oriented to the outside so that the madrasah was a slow progression and even static. To overcome this, one of the rescue efforts that can be taken by the stakeholders of education in the madrasah is to change the paradigm of conventional management on the quality of madrasah into an integrated paradigm. This paper describes the transformation towards integrated quality of madrasah. The author conducted an analysis of integrated quality management theory and then demonstrate its application in the field of Islamic education can do madrasah to get a quality education services. Key words: Grow of madrasah anf integrated quality management.
