Abstract

Stunting is a disorder that occurs in a child's nutritional status, where the child's height is relatively short compared to his age. Based on the 2022 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunted toddlers in South Jakarta is 11.9%. The incidence of stunting is still a concern that must be addressed immediately. South Grogol Community Health Center created a program, namely KPG. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between age, education, employment and exposure to information on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of mothers participating in the KPG program at the South Grogol Community Health Center. This type of research was carried out, namely analytical observational with a cross sectional design. Samples were taken by total sampling. The research results showed that 58.8% were aged 36 – 45 years, 76.5% had higher education, 82.3% had nonworking/domestic status, the level of exposure to good information was 64.7%. The level of knowledge in the good category is 76.5%, attitude in the positive category is 70.6%, and action in the poor category is 58.8%. Obtained significant results on knowledge based on education level with a p - value of 0.022 and significant results on attitudes based on exposure to information with a p - value of 0.028. For health workers, the KPG program can remind respondents to apply the knowledge gained from the KPG program to their daily parenting patterns. This is done to maintain and improve children's nutritional status in a good direction.Keywords : Characteristic, Exposure to Information, Knowledge, Attitudes, Actions

Abstract

Nutrition is a factor that influences the health and work productivity of office employees. Optimal nutritional status plays an important role in maintaining endurance, concentration and stamina while working. Several studies show the high incidence of nutritional problems among office employees in Indonesia. These problems include overweight and obesity. According to the 2018 National Riskesdas, there were 13% of employees who were obese, while in the Bamten area itself there were 32.01%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between energy intake, macro and micro nutrient intake and the nutritional status of employees at the South Tangerang national and political unity office. This research was conducted with a cross sectional research design. Samples were taken by random sampling. The results of the study were that most 45% were aged 21-35 years and the majority 72.5% were male, had normal weight nutritional status, adequate energy intake of 57.5%, sufficient protein of 85%, sufficient fat of 67, 5%, sufficient carbohydrates at 85%, insufficient intake of Vitamin E, namely 95%, insufficient Vitamin C, namely 70%, and insufficient calcium, namely 90%, with the results of nutritional status based on Energy and Fat getting significant results with a p value, namely 0.001 for Energy, and 0.001 for Fat, then get nutritional status results based on intake of Protein, Carbohydrates, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Calcium which are not significant with p results namely 0.130 for protein, 0.130 for Carbohydrates, 0.884 for Vitamin E, 0.267 for Vitamin C, and 0.832 in Calcium. In this research, the researcher provides suggestions to the Kesbangpol Office to provide education related to nutrition, as well as pay attention to the food intake consumed by employees, increase knowledge, and be able to monitor health in order to obtain maximum work productivity.Keywords: Energy Intake, Nutrients Macro, Micro Nutrients, Nutritional Status, Employess

Abstract

[ID] Pembangunan ruko di Kota Pekanbaru berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Pengguna dan pengembang ruko merupakan pihak yang terlibat langsung dengan fenomena ini. Pihak pengguna dan pengembang ruko mempunyai pertimbangan dalam melakukan pemilihan terhadap lokasi ruko. Pertimbangan tersebut merupakan faktor-faktor penting yang dianggap sangat menentukan dalam memilih lokasi ruko. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi preferensi bagi pengguna ruko. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan deduktif dengan metode analisis kuantitatif . Penelitian ini dimulai dari teori-teori yang sudah ada kemudian meneliti kondisi di lokasi studi. Untuk pengguna ruko, sampel ditetapkan terlebih dahulu dan dipilih secara random. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pengguna ruko di tujuh (7) kecamatan yang mempunyai jumlah ruko paling dominan dikota Pekanbaru selama lima tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa semua faktor yang terkandung dalam teori, memang merupakan faktor-faktor yang dianggap menentukan oleh pengguna dalam melakukan pemilihan terhadap lokasi ruko. namun tidak semua sub faktor tersebut merupakan faktor-faktor yang dianggap menentukan oleh pengguna ruko. Dalam menilai faktor-faktor pemilihan lokasi ruko tersebut,secara garis besar terjadi persamaan preferensi diantara pengguna ruko. Faktor yang sangat menentukan yaitu tersediannya jaringan listrik, sangatlah penting karena merupakan salah satu pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup yang dimanfaatkan untuk sumber energi dalam menunjang berbagai macam aktivitas manusia. [EN] The development of ruko (house and shop in the same building) has been very rapid in all cities in Indonesia. The users and investors of ruko were the parties involved directly in the phenomena. In deciding the location of ruko to be built, the users and investors had important factors they took into their consideration including very determinant factors. The researcher wish to discover the preference of the factors to the users. In this research, deductive method was employed using quantitavive analysis. The research reviewed the existing theories and then compared them with the reality. For ruko users, samples were determinded and chosen randomly. The research was also conducted to the ruko users in 7 district that had the highest number of ruko ini Pekanbaru for five years .The result of researc h showed that all factors determining the location of ruko which were proposed in the theories were considered the determinant factors by users, but not all sub factors were considered. In assesing factors, users have the similar preference. Very determinant factor according to users is the availability of the power grid, it is important because it is one of subsistence which is used for energy resources in supporting a wide range of human activities.

Abstract

[ID] Semen merupakan suatu bahan pembentuk beton yang berperan sangat penting untuk mencapai mutu yang direncanakan. Selain pemilihan jenis merek semen, salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan kualitas beton yang baik yaitu dengan cara melakukan perawatan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas tiga merek semen terhadap kuat tekan dan kuat lentur beton disamping itu juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan kekuatan dari masing- masing merek semen terhadap beton yang dirawat dan tanpa dirawat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental yang sesuai dengan SK SNI T-15-1990-03. Penelitian ini menggunakan semen Padang, semen Holcim, dan semen Bosowa, dengan menggunakan jenis perawatan perendaman pada sampel beton, pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian kuat tekan dan kuat lentur dengan mutu rencana fc 30 MPa dengan umur 7, 14, 28, dan 56 hari, untuk masing-masing umur dibuat 3 benda uji dirawat dan 3 benda uji tidak dirawat. Dari hasil uji kuat tekan rata-rata semen padang memiliki kekuatan 32,65 MPa, semen holcim 31,33 MPa dan semen bosowa 30,86 MPa. Sedangkan untuk pengujian kuat lentur semen padang 4,35 MPa, semen holcim 4,23 MPa dan semen bosowa 4,18MPa, sementara beton yang tidak dirawat memiliki nilai lebih rendah dari beton yang dirawat.. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa pemakaian merek semen perlu diperhatikan karakteristiknya serta perawatan mempunyai konstribusi yang cukup besar dalam mendapatkan mutu beton hasil pelaksanaan. [EN] The cement concrete as product that consit of several element which is important for achieve the quality that be planed. To choose same kriteria for getting the good quality of concrete, one of way are choosing the brand of cement and doing curing. Therfore, the aim of this research is ro know about the strength of of each brand of cement toword cured and uncuret concrete. This research used cement padang, cement holcim, cement bosowa with soaking treatments of concrete samples. The used of the tests are compresive and bending strength of concrete with using quality plan fc’ 30 MPa and age range 7, 14, 28 and 56 days. The cement padang is better than others cement and by getting the the highest value also found cement Padang has the sensitivity to the curing. Cement Bosowa got high strength at the beginning of the age and for cement Holcim is relativity stable with the age. From the researh, knowed that is important the selection of cement brand and curing to get the good result consist of the quality by yhe first plan.

Abstract

[ID] Pada penelitian ini akan dihitung besarnya beban gempa yang dipikul oleh struktur gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Islam Riau berdasarkan peraturan terbaru SNI 1726:2012dengan gempa rencana periode ulang 2500 tahun menggunakan metode statis ekivalen, diawali dengan penentuan Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) untuk wilayah Pekanbaru dan asumsi sistem struktur dasar penahan beban lateral yang digunakan adalah Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Setelah itu dilakukan evaluasi desain struktur berupa evaluasi detailling komponen struktur dan Strong Column Weak Beam (SCWB) gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Islam Riau yang meliputi persyaratan geometri, tulangan lentur, dan tulangan transversal pada balok dan kolom apakah sudah memenuhi persyaratan agar mampu menerima gaya dalam yang diakibatkan oleh beban gempa berdasarkan standar peraturan terbaru SNI 1726 : 2012 dan SNI 03-2847-2002. Dari hasil analisa perhitungan, didapatkan gaya geser dasar gempa (V) yang dipikul oleh struktur gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi UIR sebesar 223,487 ton. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan SNI 03-2847-2002, detailing komponen struktur balok dan struktur kolom pada setiap portal yang ditinjau yang meliputi geometri, tulangan lentur, tulangan geser, dan tulangan torsi telah memenuhi persyaratan di mana gaya – gaya yang bekerja pada struktur lebih kecil dari gaya – gaya yang direncanakan. Selain itu juga diperoleh nilai –nilai momen nominal maksimal kolom (Me) lebih besar dari 6/5 momen nominal balok (6/5Mg) pada setiap kolom dan balok yang saling bertemu disetiap portal yang ditinjau, sehingga telah memenuhi persyaratan Strong Column Weak Beam (SCWB). [EN] This research will calculate the earthquake load in the structure of The Faculty of Communication Islamic University of Riau building based on the latest SNI 1726:2012 using equivalent static method with mapping the earthquake return period for 2500 years. Started by determining the Seismic Design Category in Pekanbaru area, and assuming the basic structure of the retaining lateral load is a Special Moment Resisting Frame. Afterwards, this research will evaluate the structural design of each detailing component of the building and determining whether the building can be classified as Strong Column Weak Beam (SCWB), to draw the conclusion whether the building has the ability to withhold the earthquake loads based on SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 03-2847-2002. Based on computation analysis ofthe structure of The Faculty of Communication UIR, the building has carried 223,487 ton of the seismic shear force(V). Using SNI 03-2847-2002 to analyze every detailing component of the beam and column structure in each portal, such as the geometry, flexure, shear and torsion, all of the actual forces acting on the building structure is smaller than the calculated forces as specified by the standard (requirements). Furthermore,using the same method, it can be gathered that the maximum nominal moment column(Me) is greater than 6/5 nominal torque beam(6/5Mg)in each columns and beams reviewed shows that the building has been classified as Strong Column Weak Beam (SCWB).

Abstract

Stunting is a syndrome of several pathological changes characterised by linear growth, and underdevelopment at the beginning of life associated with increased morbidity and mortality, physical decline, neurological development, economic capacity, and an increased risk of metabolic diseases into adulthood. Six million children in Indonesia risk losing their intelligence quotient (IQ) of 10 to 15 points. The prevalence of stunting in children aged five years in West Java Province is 20.2% and in Bogor Regency is 18.7%. This research is an analytical research with a sectional cross-section design. The population is all children under five in Leuwiliang District, Bogor, and a sample of 414 children under five. will be held in May 2022. The data were analysed univariately, bivariate, and multivariate. To develop an equation model using multiple logistic regression tests The results of the multivariate analysis review showed that mothers with a height of <150.0 cm were 2.403 times more likely to have short toddlers after controlling for the variables of birth weight and protein intake. Simultaneously, stunting in children under five is caused by mothers with a height of less than 150.0 cm, a birth weight of less than 2500.0 g, and inadequate protein intake. It is sought that from the moment the baby is given good protein for the physical growth and development of the child's brain, maintaining pregnancy so that the baby is born normally (≥2500.0g) and since the child or adolescent consumes a balanced nutritious food so that the height of the woman is 150.0 cm

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the effect of red dragon fruit extract (Hylocereus polyrhizus) and white dragon fruit extract (Hylocereus undatus) to total cholesterol levels in white rats (Rattus norvegicus). Total of 30 males white wistar strains were divided into five treatments i.e: (1) standard feed and Na-CMC 1% (K1), (2) standard feed and quail egg 10ml/kgBW (K2), (3) standard feed, quail egg 10ml/kgBW and simvastatin dose 0,72mg/day (P1), (4) standard feed, quail egg 10ml/kgBW and red dragon fruit extract dose 60mg/200gBW/day (P2), (3) standard feed, quail egg 10 ml/kgBW and white dragon fruit extract dose 120mg/200gBW/day (P3). The intervention was carried out for 14 days after 7 days acclimatization period. Data was analyzed by One Way ANOVA test and continued with Post Hoc Bonferroni test (p=0.05). In P2 group, there was a difference of total blood cholesterol level by 25.83 mg/dl compared with the positive control group and statistically significant (p<0.05). In P1 and P3 group there were difference in cholesterol levels of 9.5 mg/dl and 11.5 mg/dl compared with the positive control group, but not statistically significant (p>0.05). The comparison between red dragon extract group and white dragon extract showed a non-significant difference (p>0.05). Red dragon fruit extract and white dragon extract have a potential effect to improve hypercholesterolemia conditions.

Abstract

Bukit Pelintung is a part of the Pematang formation exposed at the surface. Bukit Pelintung has different lithology with the area surround it, where the area surround Bukit Pelintung consists of old and young superficial deposit with peat, clay and silt lithology. Bukit Pelintung is a part of the Pelintung village, subdistrictMedangKampai, Dumai city located in the northeastern city of Dumai. The total area of Bukit Pelintung is about 36km2. Silica sand in Bukit Pelintung associated with iron (Fe2O3) sand and alumina (Al2O3) sand and characterized by different colors of sand. Four-point location of the research area that has been conducted in Bukit Pelintung showed a high silica content. Laboratory test using the X-RF (X-Ray Fluorescence) method showed the compound silica (SiO2) has a high percentage above 95%.

Abstract

Vibration caused by vehicles crossing the side of the road which is in the process of casting and compacting the rigid road pavement layer needs to be considered, especially during the plastic phase and setting phase. These two phases are estimated to greatly affect the quality of the concrete which will have an impact on damage to the concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vibration on the quality of concrete in the plastic phase and setting phase. The research method uses a vibration modification machine simulation by placing concrete test objects according to the age of the concrete in the plastic phase and the setting phase. The magnitude of the vibration frequency of the vibrated vehicle is 3 Hertz. The vibration value used is in accordance with the field conditions of the vehicle plunging the road that is being repaired/constructed in an area that is traversed by heavy traffic and large loads, namely the Gajah Mada Duri Road area. The results showed that the effect of vibration on the condition of the plastic phase of the vibrated concrete will still meet the quality of concrete with an average value of Fs 51.99 Kg/cm2 Fs 45. While the Setting phase does not meet the quality of concrete with an average value of Fs 42, 78 Kg/cm2 Fs 45. This means that vibration due to passing vehicles will have the quality of the concrete during the setting phase.
