Abstract

This study examines the influence of career development and startup ecosystem support on the retention of Generation Z digital entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The increasing involvement of young people in digital entrepreneurship raises the need to understand the factors that enable them to maintain long-term entrepreneurial engagement. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression to identify the role of individual development and ecosystem support. The results indicate that career development contributes to strengthening entrepreneurial commitment by enhancing clarity of goals, competence, and confidence, while startup ecosystem support provides essential external reinforcement through networks, mentoring, collaboration, and resource access. The interaction of both factors shows a complementary effect in sustaining entrepreneurial involvement. This study concludes that the retention of Gen Z digital entrepreneurs is shaped by a combination of internal developmental processes and external ecosystem support, and it offers practical implications for educators, incubators, and policymakers in strengthening digital entrepreneurship programs.

Abstract

Introducing leadership into any organization involves the careful structuring of its mechanisms and functions. It is widely acknowledged that when a leader possesses a strategic position and a set of crucial skills, they have the potential to enhance or even transform the company. The objective of this research is to confirm and reevaluate the role of work motivation in moderating the relationship between leadership and employee morale. This study employs nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique to determine the sample size, encompassing a total of 42 individuals from the entire population. Path analysis is utilized to test the hypotheses using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The research findings conclusively establish that leadership has a significant impact on employee morale, while the role of motivation does not appear to strengthen or weaken the relationship between leadership and employee morale.

Abstract

In service industries in particular, engagement among workers is critical to the success and longevity of any firm. On the other hand, a lack of staff involvement is still a problem for many businesses, which can have an impact on output and customer satisfaction. We hope to learn more about how work-life balance, innovative leadership, and transactions leadership influence engagement in this Denpasar QSR Outlet. Primary data for the study came from questionnaires given to all 113 employees using a saturation sample technique; the methodology was quantitative. Using SPSS-assisted multiple linear regression analysis, we looked at the data. The results demonstrate that transformational leadership positively affects employee engagement, as leaders who offer inspiration, motivation, and individualized attention can strengthen employees' emotional connection to their work. Transactional leadership also shows a positive effect, indicating that clear goals, rewards, and feedback can strengthen employees’ involvement in organizational activities. Moreover, work-life balance significantly enhances employee engagement, indicating that those who successfully manage their professional and personal lives exhibit greater enthusiasm and commitment in the workplace. This study's originality resides in the concurrent analysis of leadership styles and work-life balance within the fast-food restaurant sector, offering contemporary empirical evidence to aid managerial decision-making in enhancing employee engagement.

Abstract

Abstract

Climate-related disruptions and environmental risks were shown to have direct effects on learning continuity, health, and school operations in the Philippines. This research synthesized recent literature and current policy guidance to explain how education providers reframed CSR from occasional clean-up drives into climate-responsive practices that were planned, measured, and sustained. The review indicated that credible “greening” work relied on three elements: risk- aware continuity planning, whole-school operational routines (water, sanitation, waste, energy use, and campus safety), and community partnerships that addressed local priorities. Results also suggested that programs became more durable when environmental actions were linked to quality assurance routines and learning activities rather than treated as seasonal campaigns. A practical policy direction emerged from the evidence: schools needed a right-sized sustainability agenda with clear ownership, simple indicators, and transparent reporting of progress and limits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how product innovation, marketing communication, and price influence customer loyalty toward the Tri Bhuana Kerthi BUMDes in Tegaljadi Village, Marga Subdistrict, Tabanan Regency. The study employs a quantitative, causal-associative design approach. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to 125 randomly selected customers. Data analysis was conducted through instrument validation, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that product innovation has not yet significantly affected customer loyalty. However, marketing communication and price were found to positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. Additionally, product innovation, marketing communication, and price were found to have a significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings confirm that customer loyalty to BUMDes is more strongly shaped by effective marketing communication and appropriate price perceptions than by product innovation alone. Therefore, managers need to strengthen communication strategies, maintain affordability, and direct product innovation toward customers' real needs.
