Abstract

This Community Service activity was conducted to address the need for enhancing entrepreneurial skills among vocational school students, particularly at SMK Karya Nasional in Kuningan Regency, West Java. Vocational school graduates often face challenges in entering the workforce or starting their own businesses due to limited practical knowledge and skills in business management and entrepreneurship. The primary aim of this activity was to empower students by providing comprehensive training in business management, including topics such as basic business concepts, product development, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial skills. The method used involved interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and collaboration with local industries to ensure practical application of the knowledge gained. As a result, the students demonstrated improved understanding of business concepts and management techniques, as well as greater confidence in applying these skills. This training also fostered stronger school-industry relations, creating opportunities for collaboration and internships that align education with the demands of the job market. In conclusion, this program successfully equipped students with the foundational skills required to pursue careers in business or entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this initiative can serve as a model for similar programs in other vocational schools, ultimately contributing to the growth of local economies through the development of student-led small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Time Pressure on sales, focusing on its complex interaction with Perceived Value and Purchase Intention, moderated by Brand Image and Product Involvement. Previous research often analyzes these variables independently, leaving a gap in understanding their combined effects. This study bridges that gap by investigating how Time Pressure mediates the relationship between Perceived Value and Purchase Intention, considering the moderating roles of Brand Image and Product Involvement. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via an online survey of respondents aged 21-55 years with online shopping experience. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method was applied using SMARTPLS 4 software. Results indicate that Time Pressure significantly influences consumers’ purchasing decisions by increasing the urgency to choose specific products, enhancing Purchase Intention. Brand Image, Perceived Value, Product Involvement, and Time Pressure together explain variations in Purchase Intention. The findings confirm a significant and positive relationship between Perceived Value and Purchase Intention. Additionally, Time Pressure mediates this relationship by creating a sense of urgency, accelerating purchase decisions but potentially increasing regret. These insights highlight the critical role of Time Pressure in shaping consumer behavior in online shopping contexts

Abstract

The development of Indonesian commercial property (PPKom) released by the Statistics Department of Bank Indonesia (BI) in the first quarter of 2022 welcomed 2022 as the year of revival of the Indonesian property sector. The annual performance (year on year) of the property (real estate) industry sector grew by 1.19% since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Apart from property growth, technological developments are increasingly simplifying and speeding up the transaction process, especially electronic shopping transactions ( eCommerce ) . Abstract

Marketing plays an important role in the strategic planning process. Marketing management provides the greatest functional contribution in the strategic planning process to obtain the desired results based on the prevailing conditions and structures by using the best resources and company advantages to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy towards the development of an eco green city at PT. Advanced Indonesian Energy. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The information obtained from the data collection was analyzed in three ways, namely reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study are based on the QSPM strategy from PT Energi Indonesia Maju which will focus on building closeness with the PLTU to conduct waste co-firing, so the main objective of marketing is to ensure coordination and operational approval of the PLTU Indramayu and the local government of Tasikmalaya in the short term. Prior to full operation, the main objective of marketing is to ensure long-term cooperation with PLTU Indramayu. With a long-term cooperation with PLTU, the company can also ensure its sustainability.

Abstract

People's need for energy tends to get higher from time to time. The energy that is needed is related to electricity. The current condition of power plants uses a lot of steam sources with the support of coal combustion. However, the coal owned will not last long because this source is non-renewable. For this reason, renewable energy sources are needed to overcome the scarcity of coal that will occur in the next few years. Waste pellets can be used to replace the role of coal for PLTU. For this reason, these waste pellets are produced by PT. Energi Indonesia Maju as a provider of waste pellets as a substitute for coal fuel. This journal aims to provide business considerations whether the production of waste pellets is able to develop and be profitable in the short and long term.

Abstract

Desa Rengasdengklok Selatan merupakan salah satu desa bersejarah dalam proses kemerdekaan yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Rengasdengklok, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Desa ini dekat dekat Sungai CItarum. Sebagai salah satu Desa yang mempunyai objek wisata bersejarah kondisi masyarakatnya dalam menjaga kebersihan sangat rendah sehingga banyak sampah berserakan disekitar tempat wisata. Karena itu dalam rangka penyadaran kepada msyarakat kegiatan PKM ini ditujukan kepada siswa Sekolah Dasar sebagai penyadaran sejak dini akan kebersihan lingkungan dari lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara penyuluhan. Target luarannya yang dicapai kegiatan ini adalah pengetahuan siswa dan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya kebersihan.

Abstract

The Indonesian on-demand delivery industry is experiencing rapid growth, fueled by the fast-paced urban lifestyle and advancements in technology. Competition in this sector is intensifying with the emergence of various platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Blibli. These platforms fiercely compete to attract customers by offering a wide range of features and attractive services. This study aims to analyze the marketing plan for the on-demand delivery app, TITIP. The research methodology employed is a descriptive case study, collecting data from literature reviews, observations, and interviews with experts. Findings indicate that TITIP possesses significant potential to build brand awareness and customer loyalty through effective market segmentation, targeted marketing, and strong positioning. In conclusion, a structured and innovative marketing plan is crucial for TITIP's success in navigating the competitive landscape. Recommendations for TITIP include continuous monitoring of marketing performance, strengthening collaborations with influencers, and enhancing loyalty programs to retain existing customers and attract new ones.

Abstract

Fitur online customer review dan online customer rating sangat diminati dalam platform belanja online. Ketika mempertimbangkan pembelian produk, calon pelanggan mengandalkan ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan lain sebagai panduan untuk membangun kepercayaan terhadap produk tersebut. Kepercayaan memegang peranan penting dalam penjualan online, memengaruhi minat beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat beli. Dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26, dengan data primer dari kuesioner kepada populasi di Jabodetabek yang mengetahui produk kosmetik Barenbliss. Dari 100 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa online customer review tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli, sementara online customer rating dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara bersama-sama, ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat beli, sesuai dengan hasil uji F.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence needs status of work tipe, role conflict and temporal leadership on vigor and job performance on employement relationship. Quantitative research was carried out using Structural Equational Model (SEM) methods in 2023 with a focus on respondents working in the manufacturing sector (ceramics and the like) in Tangerang and Jakarta. Data collection was carried out randomly online use google form which resulted in 212 respondents. Respondents were dominated by men at 70% and women at 30% with a working age of 20-30 years. Research findings show that needs status have no impact on vigor worker. Role conflict shows a negative relationship to vigor and job performance, while temporal leadership shows that it only influences job performance, not vigor. This research provides managerial implications for company management that companies should manage workers, especially leaders, in several ways, including implementing a strict and selective recruitment system, as well as conducting training programs. This is so that a work system with minimal role conflict and a good temporal leadership style can be formed vigor and job performance of worker will increase as will company performance.
