Keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya harga, kualitas produk, social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, brand image, brand awareness, kualitas layanan, promosi dan lain sebagainya. Social media marketing memiliki pengaruh yang besar untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, dan dalam hal ini ada erat kaitannya dengan menciptakan electronic word of mouth yang cukup besar untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian melalui interaksi tersebut. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari social media marketing kepada electronic word of mouth dan juga pengaruh kepada keputusan pembelian dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 145 responden. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan SEM – PLS, pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 dan olah data dengan melihat evaluasi dari Outer dan Inner model serta hasil uji t-statistik. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen pada café kekinian di Bekasi didominasi oleh para milenial dan Gen Z yang berstatus masih pelajar maupun yang sudah bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa social media marketing sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan pada electronic word of mouth, lalu electronic word of mouth juga memiliki pengaruh yang cukup untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, kemudian social media marketing juga memiliki pengaruh kepada keputusan pembelian konsumen pada café kekinian di Bekasi.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether food quality, price, environmental location and service quality affect customer satisfaction, and whether customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty as well, and to determine whether brand image strengthens or weakens customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method with an questionnaire for data collection. This research method uses multiple linear analysis test, the population and sample of this research are customers who are located around Tangerang. The total number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The results of this study explain that food quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and location and environment have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and brand image moderates customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Keberhasilan perusahaan bergantung pada kemampuan beradaptasi. Saat ini, perusahaan akan mengukur individu berdasarkan faktor psychological capital seperti hope, resilence, Self-efficacy, dan optimism. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh faktor psychological capital (hope, resilence, Self-efficacy, dan optimism) terhadap environmentally responsible behaviors (ERB) dengan dimoderasi oleh non-physical work environment (NPWE) dalam konteks organisasi perbankan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatory, pada karyawan BRI Cabang Jakarta selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel hope, optimism, resilience, dan Self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap environmental responsible behaviour dengan dilakukannya moderasi melalui non-physical work environment. Sementara, hanya ada satu variabel moderasi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk memperkuat hubungan antar variabel independen dan dependen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami bagaimana individu dalam sebuah organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan terkait melalui psychological capital dan NPWE.

In the progress of an organization it is necessary to have employee involvement so that the wheels of the company become more solid and stronger. For employees to be involved in work, very good supporting factors are also needed, such as ethical leadership, compensation and employee satisfaction. This study tries to examine the relationship of these variables by making satisfaction a mediating variable. This quantitative research was conducted using 170 respondents at a trading company in Jakarta using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. This study found that Compensation and Satisfaction have a positive effect on Work Engagement, Ethical Leadership does not have a positive effect on Work Engagement. Besides that, the indirect effect of satisfaction significantly mediates ethical leadership and compensation on Work Engagement. Suggestions for future researchers to develop this research by adding other variables that can affect work engagement.

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is required to have high performance. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) can improve organizational and employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of HPWS on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); find out how far Psychological Wellbeing (PWB) affects Job Satisfaction; and exploring PWB, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as a mediator for the HPWS-OCB relationship with ASN in 42 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling, with the criteria of an active civil servant who has worked for at least 1 year. Data collection used a survey, by distributing 33 questionnaires in the google-form via Whatsapp, to 185 respondents in June 2023. Data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result is that HPWS has a significant positive effect on PWB and organizational commitment. The direct relationship between HPWS-OCB was positive but not significant, PWB was able to fully mediate positive HPWS-OCB. PWB has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and will increase OCB. HPWS through PWB mediation and organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, without HPWS mediation it has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment does not mediate the HPWS-OCB relationship and job satisfaction does not significantly affect OCB. The better government organizations implement HPWS in ASN management, the ASN's OCB will increase and ultimately lead to an increase in excellent service quality and organizational performance.

Risk management is needed to identify possible risks that exist when the business is running and protect from mitigating or tracking sources that have the potential to threaten the achievement of company goals. Other functions are to identify, analyze, and control company activities carried out by management in order to obtain higher effectiveness and efficiency. In this service PT. Franchise Center Indonesia as a service company that will become a franchise and Business Opportunity (BO) information center, wants business people or MSMEs who already have quality products and good systems that are proven to be profitable and are known more widely by the target market who wants to buy a business. The method used in this activity is to collect data, observe, analyze and evaluate the results of this activity to be able to predict the possibility and impact of risks that occur during the business so that it can be used as a guide in determining the next steps to evaluate obstacles and threats grouped according to scale. This dedication and research activity is important to maintain the continuity of its business because it will help the company remain stable and even better in its performance. The existence of risk management requires companies to establish procedures for dealing with threats, minimizing their impact, and overcoming them so that companies can make better decisions about how to develop in the future.

Proyeksi keuangan pada bisnis merupakan suatu rencana tertulis yang berisi tentang usaha yang akan dikelola, visi dan misi bisnis, entrepreneur dengan usahanya serta cara atau strategi yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Peramalan dan estimasi laporan keuangan digunakan untuk melihat kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dari sisi kinerja dan posisi keuangannya. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membuat proyeksi keuangan rencana bisnis FCI dalam melihat kelayakan dengan membandingkan proyeksi pendapatan dan biaya sebagai penentu kelayakan suatu usaha. Metode penelitian ini adalah descriptive dengan menjabarkan estimasi data yang dikumpulkan dengan membuat proyeksi. Modal FCI berasal dari para pendiri yang akan digunakan untuk Capital Expenditure dan Operating Expenditure. Untuk memastikan estimasi perhitungan, semua proyeksi keuangan dibuat untuk waktu 5 tahun. Adanya perencanaan keuangan menjadikan sebuah bisnis yang akan dimulai mmiliki proyeksi dana keluar dan masuk untuk operasional dalam jangka waktu tertentu, sehingga meminimalisir terhentinya usaha karena kekurangan dana dan tidak memiliki dana cadangan.

The implementation of the Work From Home (WFH) policy is believed to be able to suppress the growth rate of COVID-19 cases, so this policy was enacted to slow the spread of Covid-19 while preventing sustainable economic losses. This study aims to determine the relationship and analyze the effect of WFH on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation that has an impact on turnover intention in the technological era during the Covid-19 pandemic. The respondents in this study were 207 respondents of employees working in start-up companies, especially technology-based companies in the Jabodetabek area on a local and national scale which were taken using the purposive sampling method. This research is quantitative and uses the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) analysis tool. The results of this study show that WFH has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation. Then job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention but work motivation does not have a negative effect on turnover intention. This research contributes to increasing knowledge about the impact of WFH on employee behavior at work, and can be a consideration for companies to develop new strategies to create a good work environment.

Desa Rengasdengklok Selatan merupakan salah satu desa bersejarah dalam proses kemerdekaan yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Rengasdengklok, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Desa ini dekat dekat Sungai CItarum. Sebagai salah satu Desa yang mempunyai objek wisata bersejarah kondisi masyarakatnya dalam menjaga kebersihan sangat rendah sehingga banyak sampah berserakan disekitar tempat wisata. Karena itu dalam rangka penyadaran kepada msyarakat kegiatan PKM ini ditujukan kepada siswa Sekolah Dasar sebagai penyadaran sejak dini akan kebersihan lingkungan dari lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara penyuluhan. Target luarannya yang dicapai kegiatan ini adalah pengetahuan siswa dan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya kebersihan.

The competitive environment requires all organizations, including small, and medium enterprises (SMEs), to build competitive advantages to maintain and improve their performance. Transformational leadership and innovation capability are factors for organizations to improve competitiveness. This research aims to identify the influence of transformational leadership, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability on the performance of SMEs in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. Research is using a quantitative method in the form of SEM-PLS. The data are collected using questionnaires distributed from April to July 2022 to 137 SME workers. The data are processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that transformational leadership positively affects innovation capability, knowledge sharing, and organizational performance of SMEs in NTT. The second finding concludes that knowledge-sharing activities can improve SMEs’ performance indirectly through mediating innovation capabilities. Finally, innovation capability encourages the improvement of SMEs’ performance in NTT. It also serves as a partial mediator of the influence of transformational leadership on organizational performance.
