Abstract

After determining operational goals and targets, Simpel OM then determines a strategy so that the quality of work of employees and Operators becomes competitive and credible. The Simple OM human capital strategy is applied more to developing the skills and direction of each staff's job description, especially those that are closely related to the main strategy in QSPM. QSPM related to HR is recruiting qualified and experienced IT staff as one way to run the Simple OM platform more easily and easily accessed, recruiting and training Field Marketing staff for outreach to material stores, the community and to provide communication and practice. Simple OM application for material shop users, employing quality and targeted human resources, and organizing and creating training that is right on target.

Abstract

This research objective was to know the effect of remuneration to the empployee performance moderated by motivation. This study population is PT. Bona Amiko Kreasi using slovin formula with a total sample of 83 people/ the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study uses moderated regression analysis and T-Test. The result of this study indicate that remuneration has a significant relationship to employee’s performance and work motivation can moderate the relationship between remuneration and employee’s performance but the result given work motivation are negative

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much teamwork, knowledge sharing, and self-efficacy on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to 40 employees. The sample for this study was employees of PT Kluege International. Analysis of the data used is the classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokesdatisitas test, path analysis, t test and f test. Hypothesis test results (t test) which indicate that the team collaboration variable does not affect the performance of thitung1.101 <ttable 2.030. Knowledge Sharing does not affect performance by tcount 1.866 <ttabel 2.030. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on performance with t count 3.555> t table 2.030, with a coefficient of determination 72.7%

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the work environment and incentives on the performance of Grabcar partners operating in the DKI Jakarta area. The data collection technique used was census by distributing questionnaires to 100 Grabcar partners in the municipality of Jakarta. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaire data and the analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and incentives affect the performance of Grabcar partners operating in DKI Jakarta.Therefore the advice given to improve partner performance, Grab managers must pay more attention to the needs and complaints of partners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Graha Sarana Duta (Telkom Property). This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods with probability sampling techniques. In this study, the authors used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires via google form to respondents. The sample of this research is 35 respondents who are employees of PT Graha Sarana Duta (Telkom Property). Data processing was carried out in this study using SPSS version 22 software.The results showed that the organizational culture variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction, the job satisfaction variable had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the Organizational Culture variable had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, distribution, and promotion on purchase intention Hydro Coco isotonic drinks. And also want to know the influence of purchase interntion on customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach through survey of 85 respondents. The sample population was the 2015 class of Management Faculty Kalbis Institute students who were active in the even semester semester 2019. Using the Slovin formula with margin error of 5%. Hypothesis test results (t test) which show that the product, price, distribution, and promotion partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing intention. And there is a positive and significant influence between purchase intention on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that price is the most dominant variable for purchase intention. This can be interpreted that the price is the only element of the marketing mix that is often used as consideration in making a purchase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Desa Cikampek Pusaka. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi kreatif yang ada di desa ini serta merumuskan strategi pengembangannya guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Cikampek Pusaka memiliki potensi besar dalam berbagai sektor ekonomi kreatif, seperti kerajinan tangan, kuliner tradisional, dan seni pertunjukan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang harus diatasi, seperti kurangnya akses terhadap pasar, minimnya pelatihan dan edukasi, serta keterbatasan modal. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan beberapa strategi, antara lain penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan, peningkatan akses pasar melalui kerjasama dengan pihak swasta dan pemerintah, serta pemberian bantuan modal bagi pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Dengan penerapan strategi-strategi ini, diharapkan Desa Cikampek Pusaka dapat mengembangkan ekonomi kreatifnya secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

Perilaku inovatif dan memiliki kesadaran terhadap pengembangan ide-ide baru maupun teknologi baru yang dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dapat menjadi keunggulan kompetitif yang mendukung keberlanjutan suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan melayani, transformasional, dan transaksional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan peran moderasi organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) atau perilaku sukarela pekerja dan mediasi budaya perusahaan. Data yang dikumpulkan melibatkan 205 karyawan di salah satu perusahaan distribusi dan transmisi gas bumi di Indonesia, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Selain itu, gaya kepemimpinan melayani dan transformasional dapat membentuk budaya organisasi yang mendorong kreativitas, inovasi, dan penciptaan ide-ide baru. Meskipun perilaku sukarela karyawan di perusahaan cukup tinggi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hal tersebut tidak cukup untuk memperkuat pengaruh positif dari kepemimpinan melayani dan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Implikasi manajerial dalam temuan ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen dan fungsi human capital management dalam meningkatkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan penciptaan ide-ide baru melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat. Selain itu, menciptakan budaya kerja yang mendukung juga merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut.

Abstract

Terciptanya kinerja karyawan yang baik merupakan akibat dari adanya gaya kepemimpinan yang etis dari seorang pemimpin. Kepemimpinan etis memberikan cerminan positif pada karyawan lain yang tentunya menjadikan karyawan memiliki komitmen tersendiri pada perusahaan yang secara langsung dan tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan etis, terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keterlibatkan karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey secara online untuk pengumpulan data responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online pada karyawan yang bekerja di industry perbankan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden dengan metode SEM dan dilakukan pretest pada 30 responden. Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Peranan pemimpin sangat menonjol karena pemimpin menjadi cerminan bawahannya dalam bekerja sehingga menentukan komitmen setiap karyawan dalam berorganisasi dan impactnya terasa pada keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

The creative industry has emerged as a rapidly growing sector in the global economy, with the challenge of maintaining employee performance being a primary concern. This study investigates the impact of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance, with Work Passion as a moderating factor. Data were collected from 220 employees in the creative divisions of television media companies in Jakarta, chosen through purposive sampling, and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that Transformational Leadership significantly enhances OCB, positively affecting Employee Performance. Work Passion, a crucial element in this study, strengthens the impact of OCB on Employee Performance, indicating its crucial role in fostering innovation, quality, and dedication in the creative industry. These findings suggest that industry practitioners should focus on psychological factors like Work Passion to maximise the benefits of transformational leadership and OCB in improving employee performance. The implications highlight the need for leaders to communicate a clear vision and foster an environment where work passion can thrive, ultimately leading to superior performance outcomes.
