Abstract

This research aims to find out the success of the implementation of tourism in increasing local revenue, to find out the factors that hinder the implementation of tourism in increasing local revenue, and to find out the efforts that can be made to improve the implementation of tourism in increasing local revenue. This research was conducted on in-depth disclosure, so the qualitative approach was used to analyze the research data; it was related to the phenomenon of the problems studied and researched. Based on the discussion of the results of interviews with informants, it can be concluded that several aspects developed by Van Meter and Van Horn in analyzing research on the Implementation of Tourism Implementation in Increasing Regional Original Revenue (Case Study of Sawarna Area, Lebak Regency) can be seen that the Implementation of Tourism Implementation policies in Increasing Regional Original Revenue in Lebak Regency is not optimal, in its implementation it has not shown satisfactory results so that the purpose of organizing tourism in increasing local revenue cannot be adequately achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of North Kalimantan Province to reduce unemployment and identify factors influencing implementing these strategies. Unemployment represents a significant challenge for North Kalimantan Province despite various efforts to address it. The primary strategies employed include human resource quality enhancement through employment training programs (skills training, domestic apprenticeships, productivity training, and entrepreneurship) and developing a labor market information system accessible via online applications, including job fairs designed to align job seekers with industry needs. The research employs theories from Wiswasta, Spets, and Prasetya, with strategic analysis focused on SWOT factors (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). A qualitative research methodology with a purposive sampling technique was utilized to determine key informants, while data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that the implemented strategies have been effective, with advantages including opportunities for the manufacturing sector and creative economy development, though several weaknesses in implementation remain. Factors influencing strategy success include budgetary considerations, human resources, and effective government and community communication. To optimize outcomes, the research recommends updating training materials, expanding cooperation with companies, developing the manufacturing sector and creative economy, and securing comprehensive support from various stakeholders to reduce unemployment rates significantly.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of gender mainstreaming policy and identifies barriers to achieving gender equality in North Kalimantan Provincial Government. Gender gaps persist as evidenced by inadequate facilities for female employees only 33.33% of regional organizations provide lactation rooms despite women comprising 97% of staff. The low Gender Empowerment Index (61.92) and disparity in Labor Force Participation Rates between men (85.18%) and women (53.60%) further demonstrate significant inequalities. Using a qualitative case study approach based on Edwards III's policy implementation theory, the research examines four aspects: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 key informants from various government departments, parliament, a women's organization, and the local university, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Findings reveal that gender mainstreaming implementation has begun but remains suboptimal: communication functions effectively within bureaucratic circles but lacks broader reach; human resources are adequate but constrained by budget limitations and technical capacity; implementer disposition shows formal support with varying understanding levels; and the bureaucratic structure, while founded on Governor Regulation Number 13/2019, requires stronger inter-unit coordination. Key implementation barriers include institutional aspects, regulatory and budgetary constraints, capacity issues, socio-cultural factors, and operational challenges. The study recommends accelerating regional regulation enactment, establishing minimum budget allocations, strengthening gender mainstreaming working groups, and enhancing implementers' capacity.

Abstract

Persalinan sectio caesarea termasuk tindakan bedah untuk mengeluarkan janin dengan membuka dinding perut dan dinding rahim. Salah satu efek yang ditimbulkan setelah operasi sectio caesarea adalah nyeri, nyeri muncul karena lepasnya reseptor nyeri akibat terputusnya kontinuitas jaringan karena proses insiasi saat pembedahan. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang bisa diberikan adalah mobilisasi dini pada pasien pasca operasi. Mobilisasi dini dapat meningkatakan sirkulasi darah yang dapat mengurangi nyeri. Mengetahui hasil implementasi pemberian Mobilisasi Dini terhadap Penuruan Intensitas Nyeri Ibu Post Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Kartini Karanganyar. Penelitian deskriptif observatif dengan metide studi kasus yang dilakukan pada dua responden ibu post sectio casearea yang dilakukan mobilisasi dini untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri post sectio caesarea yang dilakukan pada 6 jam pertama post sectio caesarea sampai hari ke tiga dengan pendampingan 15-20 menit. Intensitas nyeri kedua responden di hari pertama berada skala nyeri sedang 6 dan 5 dan di hari ketiga setelah dilakukan serangkaian mobilisasi dini, intensitas nyeri kedua responden menurun menjadi skala nyeri ringan 2 dan 1. Terdapat penurunan intensitas nyeri sesudah dilakukan mobilisasi dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public services related to the openness of public information in the digital era through the website at Perumdam Tirta Berkah Pandeglang along with the obstacles faced. This study is a qualitative study whose data comes from primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through literature studies and interviews that are analyzed qualitatively using the Merilee S. Grindle theory approach. The results of the study concluded that, first, the implementation of public services related to the openness of public information at Perumdam Tirta Berkah Pandeglang through the website in general cannot be accessed in full. This can be seen from the results of the monitoring and evaluation which concluded that public services related to the openness of public information at Perumdam are still far from being "informative". Second, the obstacles faced in implementing public services at Perumdam through the website are limited resources, including: limited knowledge and expertise of human resources in the field of information technology, limited budget, and facilities and infrastructure in meeting the demands of openness of public information in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bekasi. Hipotesis yang diuji mencakup pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampling sederhana pada 80 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh positif antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh profesionalisme yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan kerja dan peningkatan profesionalisme.

Abstract

Border Disputes related to territorial management between local Governments dominate the ongoing cases within the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Indonesia. This study aims to propose a model of a policy of border Disputes resolution using non-doctrinal legal research (socio-legal research). This research limited itself by looking at Galang Island, the which is disputed between the city of Gresik and Surabaya. To gain Appropriate analyzes, in depth interviews and secondary of data was conducted and collected both in Gresik and Surabaya. Furthermore, this research finds that the reason underpinned such Disputes lays on the weaknesses of village government in the territorial management proofing Formally they have been doing. It is submitted that in forming and affirming border delimitation, Indonesian Act Number 6 year 2014 on Village jo Ministry of Internal Affairs Regulation number 114 year 2014 can used as legal base.

Abstract

Development of Digital Governance in Village Governance is urgently needed. The community is used to internet media, because during the Covid-19 period, the government carried out public services online, as well as information provided through internet media. So that all government and community organizations, especially in villages, become accustomed to using applications provided by the local government. Likewise with Pontang Village which has advantages or potential that can be explored further and can be one of the inputs in improving people's welfare. The results of research that has been done by researchers, one of the important things is the desire of the community to get service information quickly through online media. Because of that, researchers want to make a program or application that can make it easier for the community to get information, besides that village officials can also store village data in the application. So that good village governance in digital governance can work.

Olelh karelna itul, pelnelliti melnggulnakan jelnis pelnellitian kulalitatif, telknik pelngulmpullan data tiga tahap yaitul Obselrvasi, Relkam, dan Catat. Pelnellitian ini mellibatkan masyarakat Delsa Geldulng Reljo. Selrta melnggulnakan telknik analisis delskriptif kulalitatif, belrdasarkan hasil pelnellitian yang saya dapat saya simpullkan pelnggulnaan dan pelnyimpangan prinsip kelsantulnan belrbahasa ini masih selbagian telrjadi di kalangan masyarakat Delsa Geldulng Reljo dari selgi tultulran maulpuln dari nada bicaranya yang tinggi ataul kulrang sopan.

Abstract

Rice is a basic food requirement for the majority of Indonesians, especially those in the Province of Bali. Rice consumption rises year after year, but not in lockstep with rice output. The goal of this study is to look at the factors that influence rice consumption in the Province of Bali. The purpose of this study is to see how three independent variables affect the amount of rice consumption in Bali, with the independent variables being GRDP, Population, and Rice Production, both simultaneously and partially in the 2015-2019 time period. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on rice consumption in the Province of Bali. It can be concluded that the variables of GRDP, Population, and Rice Production have an effect on Rice Consumption in the Province of Bali.
