Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine whether company parties have implemented engagement strategies in the current digital context. This research uses a qualitative marketing research approach. We used a digital platform for the initial data collection stage. The analysis then continued with the creation of a textual corpus. A deep understanding of consumer engagement with brands can help companies build stronger relationships with consumers, create greater value for brands, and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. By paying attention to emotional, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions, companies can develop more holistic and effective strategies for managing consumer engagement and strengthening their brand positioning. Research results reveal that consumers actively seek knowledge and information to enhance their decision-making about brands and products. Mobile telecoms have well-implemented Customer Brand Engagement strategies, but they also need to have a proactive approach in dialogue with customers to maintain their engagement. This means that in addition to understanding and responding to consumer needs and desires, companies also need to be proactive in communicating with customers to strengthen their relationship and engagement with the brand. According to a careful analysis of the lexical units in cluster one, the majority come from Twitter. Cluster two highlights the comparisons that consumers make regarding the technical characteristics of products and services with those of various competitors. Meanwhile, cluster three shows that consumers are increasingly looking for personal services that can meet their needs. Cluster four warns management about loss phenomena that are specific to certain areas or regions. Finally, Cluster Five allows management to understand that consumers are currently less involved in innovative services such as payments via smartphone.

Abstract

Abstract: Local Aceh cattle are one of the best types of cattle in Indonesia, with savory, sweet and delicious meat. Cows are known to be resistant to disease. The current condition of Aceh's cattle farms is not yet neatly organized, is still traditional and does not apply modern technology. Cows in Aceh often wander on highways, campuses and residential areas, because cattle breeders usually care for their cattle by releasing them and also by grazing them in pastures. This can not only cause chaos with cows on the streets but also disturb the local community. Not only that, livestock also suffers from a shortage of healthy feed, resulting in low productivity. The condition of the cows in Blang Keutumba Village is that they are in a pen. It can be seen that the cows are not given healthy food and are also not grazed on pasture. To overcome this, quite a lot of funds are needed to meet the provision of feed, the conditions for cattle breeders are increasingly difficult and the cows appear thin, due to lack of food. The amount of land available is decreasing. In this community service, technology is introduced to provide processed cattle feed and a combination of elephant grass and agricultural waste, which can produce healthy and fat livestock, thereby increasing the productivity and income of breeders. It is hoped that this community service activity will be fulfilled

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and build an employee e-recruitment information system using the simple additive weighting method. There are three types of data collection methods in this research: observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method used in this research is the OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) method with the rapid application development model, while the tools used in object modeling are UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the discussion that has been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: This e-recruitment information system was designed and built using the RAD system development method and the SAW method for calculations in decision-making, using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database, and tested with black box testing. By using the e-recruitment information system to recruit employees, the HR and general divisions have a reference for selecting which prospective employees most closely match the predetermined criteria. This e-recruitment information system can reduce the possibility of human error occurring during the selection process, and with the value of each applicant calculated in the system, it will become a reference for HR staff in selecting employees more objectively. The administrative selection process, which takes one month, can be reduced to a maximum of seven working days. With the e-recruitment information system, selection results that were previously reported via message can now be seen directly in each applicant's account at a predetermined time.

Abstract

In order to understand how customer satisfaction is affected by convenience, transaction process, system quality, content reliability, and customer service, as well as how this affects customer complaints and repurchase intentions, these factors will be examined in this study. We employed the descriptive research method in conjunction with conclusive research in this study. For this study, a cross-sectional design was employed. A questionnaire was used in this study's data collection process. Those who have utilized the mobile application and filed complaints with customer support make up the demographic under investigation. With a sample size of 100 participants, judgmental sampling was used in this study. The structural equation model method will be used to examine the data in this study. The data analysis's findings highlight a number of significant conclusions. Firstly, there is no evidence that convenience significantly affects customer happiness. Second, client happiness is greatly enhanced by the transaction procedure. Third, customer satisfaction is positively impacted by system quality as well. Fourth, customer happiness is positively impacted by content reliability as well. Fifth, customer satisfaction is positively impacted by customer service. Sixth, complaints from customers are negatively impacted by consumer satisfaction. Seventh, the propensity to repurchase is positively impacted by customer satisfaction. Eighthly, however, there is a negative correlation between consumer satisfaction and propensity to repurchase. These results, notwithstanding certain discrepancies, imply that factors other than customers' degree of satisfaction might also affect their intention to make another purchase.

Abstract

U.D. Keripik Mustika is a small and medium enterprise (SME) that processes yam raw materials into special snacks in great demand for consumption and souvenirs. According to observations, the worker experienced pain complaints during frying in the shoulder area, arms, back, waist, hands, and feet. The complaint experienced by this worker was due to the worker's posture that had to stand and bend slightly with the position of the hands continuously mixing for 7 hours a day and done manually repeatedly over long periods. This is if left, then the worker will suffer musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The research was conducted using the WERA method (Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment), which explains the development of ergonomic risk assessment at the workplace to detect physical risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The spread of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire on frying workers showed pain complaints from an unergonomic working posture. The study results were obtained from Employee 1, with a physical indicator score of 39 (Medium), and Employee 2, with a physical indicator score of 37 (Medium). Therefore, there is a need for improvement of the work facilities or the worker's posture. Based on the assessment results, the researchers suggested additional facilities for workers to design standing aids that reduce pain in the leg muscles and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).
