Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of BAZNAS Kampar in empowering the economy of the community in Ridan Permai village. The target of the output of this study is that the results of the study can be utilized by the research site, for readers and this study is published in the national journal sinta 3 or sinta 4, dummy book, complete report results. The research site is at BAZNAS Kampar Regency, the population and sample of the study are all leaders and employees of BAZNAS Kampar Regency, sample determination by snowball sampling. Data analysis technique by qualitative descriptive analysis. The planned research budget is Rp. 10,550,000 consisting of honorarium, cost of consumables, data collection and reporting costs and research outputs. The results of this study are Through the spirit of "Zakat Menyejahterakan," BAZNAS continues to innovate in creating programs that are relevant to the needs of the community and are able to provide long-term impacts. With a vision to become a trusted leading zakat manager, BAZNAS is determined to maintain the trust of the people and make zakat the main pillar in national development. Hopefully BAZNAS can continue to play a role as a strategic partner in realizing a prosperous, independent, and just society, in accordance with Islamic values ​​that are rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implications of fiscal policy on income distribution and social welfare. Fiscal policy, which includes tax instruments and government spending, has a strategic role in creating economic equality and reducing social inequality. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods, based on secondary data obtained from various sources, such as government reports, academic journals and economic publications. The research results show that appropriate fiscal policies, such as a progressive tax system and effective allocation of social spending, can increase income distribution more evenly and promote social welfare. However, less than optimal policy implementation has the potential to worsen economic inequality. Therefore, continuous evaluation and policy design is needed based on the principles of justice and efficiency to achieve inclusive economic growth

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of sharia economic principles in the retail business run by Dhuafa Mart Air Tiris. The sharia economic principles that are the focus include justice, transparency and benefit to the surrounding community, especially in supporting the economy of the poor. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results show that Dhuafa Mart Air Tiris has implemented several sharia economic principles, such as a transparent transaction system without usury, as well as a sharia contract-based cooperation pattern between the management and business partners. Apart from that, most of the profits obtained are allocated to social programs and economic empowerment for underprivileged communities. The discussion revealed that this practice not only supports sustainable business growth but also creates a significant social impact in the surrounding environment. This research concludes that the implementation of sharia economics in the retail business can become a business model that is not only profit-oriented but also provides real benefits for society. This is relevant for adoption by other business actors who want to run business with an ethical and sustainable approach in accordance with sharia values.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the mechanism of sharia pawnshops and how to calculate sharia pawnshop products. The method used in this research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collected is in the form of regulations, mechanisms and products from Sharia Pawnshops which are obtained based on documentation from literature related to Sharia pawnshops. A literature study was carried out, namely by analyzing the problem formulation using secondary data that was available on the pawnshop website and several documented literature. The research results explain that overall, the mechanisms and calculation methods in sharia pawnshop products are designed to provide financial solutions that are ethical, fair, and in accordance with Islamic principles, which provide an alternative for people who want to avoid usury transactions. In terms of the mechanism and method of calculation, sharia pawnshops make profits by entrusting services, not by interest as is practiced in conventional pawnshops. For each product, sharia pawnshops also take advantage by using different administration fees for each product. These administrative costs have a tendency to make costs at sharia pawnshops quite high, but are balanced with a high level of transparency. Finally, each financial institution will be selected based on the needs, level of trust, and fees charged by the customer. In practice, sharia pawnshops are still in the process of improving in terms of services, mechanisms and other related matters. And for every scholar who is involved in the world of sharia finance, he should be able to improve the sharia financial system by continuing to develop various methods and ijtihad ideas so that the benefits of sharia finance can be felt by the whole community, especially in the use of sharia pawnshop services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implications of sharia economic law on the development of microfinance and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The focus of this study is to identify the application of sharia principles in microfinance, examine the challenges faced by SMEs in accessing sharia financial services, and explore the potential and opportunities of sharia microfinance in supporting SME development. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with SMEs, sharia financial practitioners, and sharia financial institutions, and supported by analysis of related literature. The results of the study indicate that the application of sharia economic law in microfinance has a positive impact on SMEs, especially in terms of financial inclusiveness and economic justice. However, there are several challenges that still need to be overcome, such as low sharia financial literacy and limited access to sharia financial institutions, especially in rural areas. The potential of sharia microfinance as a tool for empowering SMEs is very large, but requires adequate regulatory and infrastructure support. This study concludes that with increased literacy, access, and appropriate regulation, sharia microfinance can be a strategic solution to accelerate the growth of SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penggunaan hukuman pidana seumur hidup dianggap kuno dalam upaya menangani kejahatan, dan aturan hukuman penjara seumur hidup, meskipun ada dalam Pasal 12 ayat (1) Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), tidak memberikan batasan resmi mengenai durasi penahanan. Secara umum, masyarakat cenderung mengartikan hukuman penjara seumur hidup sebagai penahanan sepanjang usia pelaku. Justifikasi pidana terletak pada keberadaan tindak pidana itu sendiri, dengan setiap kejahatan memerlukan hukuman. Pidana dipertimbangkan sebagai kewajiban mutlak menurut kategori imperatif untuk membalas perbuatan melanggar hukum. Tujuan pemidanaan adalah memelihara ketertiban masyarakat, menangkap penjahat, dan mendidik agar tidak mengulangi kesalahan. Pidana seumur hidup di Indonesia menjadi alternatif untuk pidana mati, seringkali dikaitkan dengan fungsi subsidair untuk kejahatan berat yang semula dapat dihukum mati. Abstract

This community service activity was carried out for students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin Bangkinang, Riau Province, where the purpose of this community service is to provide provisions in increasing understanding of the concept of Sharia Economics to the community, especially generation Z of students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin Bangkinang. The methods used in this community service activity are through counseling and presentation, discussion and practice (pretset and post test) for participants. The counseling method is used to explain the importance of knowing the concept of Sharia economics for students in order to become prosperous generations using sharia principles. The presentation method is used to show a work process, namely the stages of how we can become individuals who have a prosperous economy. While the question and answer method is used to give participants the opportunity to consult in understanding further the material that has been given. The practice method is used to see how far the participants understand the service before and after the material is delivered. The availability of adequate experts in delivering this material, the enthusiasm of the participants, and the support of the principal for the implementation of the activity are supporters of the implementation of this PPM activity. The obstacles faced are that the students do not yet have initial knowledge about the material of the concept of Islamic economics and limited time in delivering the material. The results of this service indicate that: The community service program can be organized well and run smoothly according to the activity plan that has been prepared, the results of this service concluded that: First, Most students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin do not understand the concept of Islamic economics well, Second, The achievement of the objectives of the community service program for students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin Bangkinang, the entire program that has been carried out with collaboration between the school and the community service have been carried out all and in accordance with the event rounddown and the time that has been determined previously.

Abstract

Mattirodeceng is a village located in Pinrang Regency, which has considerable natural resource potential in coconut production. But the utilization of coconut plants, especially the water of coconut, is still low. Coconut water only used for consumption purposes at certain times. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on the benefits and ways of processing coconut water into soy sauce for PKK groups in the Mattirodeceng village. The method used in this activity consisted of the pre-activity stage, which included a survey of the location and trial making of soy sauce made from coconut water. The implementation of activities carried out by counseling methods and training on the benefits and ways of processing coconut water into soy sauce. The result of the application of this activity was an increase in participants' knowledge about coconut water, namely its nutritional content, and its processed products in the form of soy sauce. The Organoleptic test showed the level of panelists' preference for taste, flavour, texture, and color showed good results, where all panelists liked the coconut water soy sauce products   Keywords: Coconut water, soy sauce, organoleptic Mattirodeceng Village.   ABSTRAK Mattirodeceng merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Pinrang yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang cukup besar dalam produksi kelapa. Namun pemanfaatan tanaman kelapa, terutama air kelapa masih rendah. Air kelapa hanya digunakan untuk keperluan konsumsi pada saat-saat tertentu. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan manfaat dan cara pengolahan air kelapa menjadi kecap kepada kelompok PKK di desa mattirodeceng. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahap pra kegiatan yang meliputi survei lokasi dan uji coba pembuatan kecap air kelapa. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang manfaat serta cara pengolahan air kelapa menjadi kecap. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta tentang air kelapa, yaitu kandungan gizinya, dan produk olahannya berupa kecap. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap rasa, aroma, tekstur dan warna menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dimana seluruh panelis menyukai produk kecap air kelapa.   Kata kunci: Air kelapa, kecap, organoleptik, Desa Mattirodeceng.

Abstract

This community service is carried out for SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru students, the purpose of this community service is to determine the level of understanding of SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru students about the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The methods used in this community service activity are counseling, presentations and discussions. The results of the community service show that: The community service program for SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru students can be organized well and run smoothly according to the activity plan that has been prepared, the results of this community service concluded that: First, SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru students' understanding of the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia varies, some already understand, some are still hesitant, some even do not understand, Second, The achievement of the objectives of the community service program for SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru students, the entire program that has been carried out with collaboration between business owners and community service workers has been carried out all and in accordance with the event rounddown and the time that has been determined previously.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of coconut farmers in Kedabu Rapat Village to promote increased income and economic independence. Coconut farmers in the village have long faced challenges such as price fluctuations, limited knowledge of business management, and restricted market access, which have impacted unstable incomes. Through entrepreneurship training, farmers are provided with knowledge on managing coconut businesses, producing processed products, and effective marketing strategies. The service method employs an interactive workshop approach including counseling, hands-on practice, group discussions, and post-training mentoring. The results show an improvement in farmers’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and better business management. Farmers have also begun developing processed products such as coconut oil and nata de coco, as well as designing marketing strategies to expand their market reach. Thus, this training successfully increases farmers' motivation and independence in sustainably managing coconut businesses, while opening opportunities for more stable and optimal income growth.
