Abstract

Abstract The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to identify and analyze the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment on member performance, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 50 respondents were obtained, which is the total number of members of Karang Taruna Karsa Bhirawa. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study that the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have an influence on member performance. Tests carried out with partial tests show that the variables of incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant influence. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variety products, brand image and taste on purchasing decisions. Using a sample of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisma Malang, this research is in November 2022 – January 2023. The results of this study showed that overall respondents chose strongly agreeing that Variety and Flavor Products had a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Mc'donalds. In addition to the Variety and Taste Product variables, the Brand Image variable has a low value so it does not significantly affect the purchasing decision of Mc'donalds. Keywords: Variety Product, Brand Image And Taste Of Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to find out and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce witth a casw study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 who were selected by purposive sampling and determining the number of samples using the Malholtra formula. The number of samples used in this research were 65 respondents.  Data analysis methods used in this research are Validity test and Reliability test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity test and Heteroscedasticity test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study state that brand image, product quality, and price simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions and partially brand image, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Consumer Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia, the industrial sector is a major part of national economic development. One of the sectors of the business industry that is being worked on is the fashion industry. In reality, fashion models are always changing, and developing. This makes producers have to be wise in issuing products that are in accordance with the needs needed by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine how the effect of product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsements on customer satisfaction.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Ghealsy consumers who are in the city of Malang, East Java. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula totaling 100 respondents to Ghealsy consumers in the city of Malang. The variables in this study are Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), Celebrity Endorsment (X3), and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The data analysis methods used are instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing, and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for Windows.The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, celebrity endorsement had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, celebrity endorsement together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Celebrity Endorsment, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine 1) Effect of work commitment, quality of human resources, work environment on employee performance, 2) Effect of work commitment on employee performance, 3) Effect of quality of human resources on employee performance. employee performance, 4) The influence of the work environment on employee performance.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used were 36 employee respondents at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements while the analysis used is instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that 1), work commitment has an influence on employee performance, 2), quality of human resources has an influence on employee performance, 3), work environment has an influence on employee performance. Keywords :   Work Commitment, Quality of Human Resources, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between information quality, system quality, and service quality on the repurchase intention of marketplace users on the Shopee site. This study used a study on Malang city students where the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via the g-form to Malang city students who were selected by purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 90 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2) data processing using the IBM SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that information quality, system quality, and service quality simultaneously influence repurchase intention, information quality partially influences repurchase intention, system quality partially influences repurchase intention, service quality has a partial effect on repurchase intention.  Keywords: information quality, system quality, service quality, repurchase intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of salary, work overload and work stress simultaneously on job satisfaction of Sandang Ayu Pasuruan employees. The population in this study were all employees of Sandang Ayu Department Store Pasuruan, totaling 160 people. The technique of determining the sample using the slovin formula with the level of validity of a sample, then a maximum Margin of error of 10% is used. So, the sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. While the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. The results of this study simultaneously salary, work overload and work stress have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The salary variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work overload also gives the same results in the form of a significant effect between work overload variables on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance. These factors are leadership style, work environment, and work safety. This research study on the performance of CV employees. Pasuruan Clean Industry Unit. CV. Unit Clean Industry is a household cleaning equipment company with various types of equipment such as floor mops, other brushes, and other cleaning tools. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work safety on employee performance. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 47 respondents and data processing using SPSS. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and adjusted R square test. This research has fulfilled the validity test and reliability test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) are accepted that leadership style, work environment, and work safety have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000. The second hypothesis (H2) is accepted which shows that there is a significant positive effect between leadership style on employee performance with a significance level of 0.031. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which indicates that there is a significant positive effect between the work environment on employee performance with a significance level of 0.001. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is accepted which indicates that there is a significant positive effect of work safety on employee performance with a significance level of 0.001. The results of this study concluded that the variables of leadership style, work environment, and work safety have both a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance Keywords : Employee Performance, Leadership Style, Work Environment, And Work Safety

Abstract Saving is one of the important ways of money management. Given the importance of the role of saving, saving activities need to be familiarized and instilled in every individual, especially in adolescence to adulthood, because at this time a child begins to be given the trust to be independent in managing his finances. In this case, it has never analyzed problems related to family financial education, self-control, and lifestyle in students of the Nurul Islam Malang Islamic boarding school. PurposeAof this study is to determine andAanalyze the Effect of Family FinancialAEducation, Self-Control, and Lifestyle on the Interest in Saving for Students of Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School Malang. The approach method that uses saturated sample techniques is nonprobability sampling, a sample collection technique using questionnaires distributed by 40 respondents. The results showed that family financial education, self-control, and lifestyle on the interest in saving for students of Nurul Islam IslamicTboarding school students had a significantOeffect on the interest in saving. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, training and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely by using the entire existing population to be used as a sample. The data analysis method used in this study is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). Based on the results of the research on the multiple linear regression analysis test it is known that work motivation, training and emotional intelligence have a positive effect and on the results of the f test it is known that work motivation, training and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. However, in the t test it is known that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive but not significant effect. Keywords : Work Motivation, Training, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance
