Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Image and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Cafe Litchi customers using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 86 respondents was obtained. This research method uses simple regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Partially, this research shows that Brand Image has an effect on Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty, price has an effect on Customer Satisfaction, price has an effect on Customer Loyalty, Brand Image has an effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, price has no effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty.  Keywords: Brand Image, price, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, cafe shop

Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to examine the influence of product variations, word of mouth, and lifestyle on interest in buying gold, with a case study of consumers at Mahkota Gold Shop. The type of research used is quantitative with the research method used is a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This research has met the requirements for validity, reliability and normality. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that product variety, word of mouth, and lifestyle have a significant influence on interest in buying gold.   Keywords: Product Variations, Word of Mouth, Lifestyle, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of style leadership and work motivation on employee perfomance at PT.PLN (Persero) KP GEBE in kec. Gebe island kab. Central Halmahera. Deep sample this research is all employees of PT.PLN (Persero) KP GEBE totaling 35 employees. Thid data collection method uses the distribution method questionaire. This data analysis technique uses linear regression analysis techniques duplicated wits SPSS tools. The result showed that simultaneously leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employees performance and partially leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. Keywords : Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, customer reviews and trust on online purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace, a case study of FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. The number of samples in the study were 80 respondents. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that brand image and customer reviews partially affect online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace, while trust partially has no effect on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Review, Trust, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates how Lifestyle, Price, and Product Quality influence purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones in Bugul Kidul District, Pasuruan City. Employing multiple linear regression analysis, the research adopts a quantitative, explanatory approach. The sample comprised 80 respondents selected using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was performed with SPSS version 25, encompassing validity, reliability, normality, classical assumption, hypothesis, and R² coefficient of determination tests. The findings reveal that Lifestyle, Price, and Product Quality collectively impact purchasing decisions significantly. Specifically, Lifestyle and Product Quality positively affect the choice to purchase Samsung smartphones in Bugul Kidul District, whereas Price does not have a notable effect on consumer purchasing decisions.  Keywords: lifestyle, price, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the influence of Influencer Marketing, Word of Mouth, and Brand Image on Purchase Intentions for Scarlett Whitening products. The sample used in this research uses the Snowball sampling technique, which is a data source sampling technique which at first is small in number, over time it becomes large and to determine the sample size using the Slovin formula which has a sample size of 82 samples used in the results of this research as well as showing There is a significant positive influence between Influencer Marketing, Word of Mouth and Brand Image variables on Purchase Intentions for Scarlett Whitening products. Likewise, the Influencer Marketing, Word of Mouth and Brand Image variables have a partial and simultaneous influence on the Purchase Intention variable for Scarlett Whitening products. Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Word of Mouth, and Brand Image

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, profitability, company size on company value which is moderated by managerial ownership. The population in this research is primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2020 to 2022. Using the purposive sampling method, a total sample of 78 primary consumer goods sector companies was obtained, so the total observations in this research were 234 observations. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis technique is used to test the interaction of independent variables and moderating variables to see whether they have an effect on dependent variable. The results of this research show that capital structure as measured by DER has a significant influence on company value, profitability as measured by ROA has no effect on company value, company size has no effect on company value, managerial ownership is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of capital structure on company value, Managerial ownership is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of profitability on company value, while managerial ownership is not able to moderate the influence of company size on company value.   Keywords: Capital structure, profitability, company size, managerial ownership, company value

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of free shipping, online customer reviews and flash sales on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop marketplace (case study of TikTok Shop marketplace users in Malang City). The population in this study were consumers in Malang who had purchased at the Tiktok Shop. Determining the number of samples used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. To solve the problem in this research using SPSS assistance with the analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R2) . The research results of online customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while free shipping and flash sales do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Free Shipping, Online Customer Reviews, Flash Sales, And Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the Influence of Kaizen Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at BCA KFKK Malang. The population and sample in this study were 60 respondents, with a saturated sample method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t). The results of simultaneous testing indicate that kaizen culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test, kaizen culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Kaizen Culture, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out how much influence entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial traits, and digital literacy have on readiness for entrepreneurship. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population that is the focus is the students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. A total of 96 students were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression using Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the research showed that entrepreneurship education had an effect on readiness of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial traits had an effect on readiness of entrepreneurship and digital literacy also influences readiness of entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Traits, Digital Literacy, And Readiness Of Entrepreneurship.
