Abstract

Abstract Human resources (HR) is very important in a company. The success of a company to achieve its goals is determined by the productivity of its employees. Every company must be able to maintain and improve the quality of the performance of its human resources. A good company will certainly pay attention to the needs of its employees so that employees are comfortable working. If employees feel their needs are met, employees will automatically do more than the company expects so that employee productivity will be assessed as good by the company. A good company will certainly pay attention to the needs of its employees so that employees are comfortable working by looking at how their compensation, work discipline and work motivation are. This study aims to determine the effect of employee productivity from compensation, work discipline, and work motivation at CV. Only Son. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the compensation variable has an insignificant effect. On the work discipline variable there is an insignificant effect. Abstract

Abstract Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies trying to create products and quality offered at competitive prices, which are potential producers to consider purchasing decisions of consumers. This study aims to investigate the impact of product quality, price, and digital marketing on consumer interest in purchasing Roughneck 1991 goods. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire through the Google form and measured using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were taken from the technique using the Malhotra formula. Furthermore, after the data is collected, to test the hypothesis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that digital marketing, product quality, and price have a significant effect on the intention to buy Roughneck 1991 products. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of discounts, service quality and customer experience on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users. The population of this study were students from the Faculty of Business Economics, Malang Islamic University, majoring in management, class of 2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Slovin formula and 82 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative data analysis using SPSS. The research results show that the discount variable has a significant effect on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users, the service quality variable has no significant effect on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users, and customer experience has a significant effect on repurchase intention among shopeefood service users. Keywords: Discount, Service Quality, Customer Experience and Repurchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Live Streaming on Impulsive Buying on TiktokShop-Tokopedia users Case study on Malang Islamic University Students, Class of 2021. The type of population to be studied is unlimited, because researchers do not know the exact number of student consumers who make impulsive buying on TiktokShop-Tokopedia. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method using the 24 x 5 = 120 respondents. Content marketing, affiliate marketing, and live streaming simultaneously affect impulsive buying. Content Marketing has no effect on Impulsive Buying. Affiliate marketing has an effect on impulsive buying. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine and test the partial and simultaneous influence of celebrities, digital marketing, and cafe atmosphere on intention to purchase coffee, Mojok Kopi in Malang City. Customers of coffee shops at Begawan Plaza, Malang City are the population of this study; the exact amount varies every day. with the help of the SPSS (Statistical package for social science) computer program. Purchasing interest is simultaneously influenced by digital marketing research findings, Instagram celebrities, and the cafe atmosphere. Purchase interest is not affected at all by digital marketing. Meanwhile, buying interest is somewhat influenced by the cafe atmosphere and Instagram celebrities. Keywords: Digital marketing, Celebrities, Cafe Atmosphere, and Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and assess how ease of use (X1), risk perception (X2), and customer trust (X3) affect BRImo user loyalty (Y). This study adopts a quantitative research design and uses a probability sampling technique specifically, stratified random sampling with a total of 60 respondents. These respondents are students of the 2021 intake at the Islamic University of Malang. The data were analyzed using various tests, including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, along with multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, the F test (for simultaneous effects), t test (for individual effects), and coefficient of determination tests were conducted using SPSS 30. The findings indicate that ease of use and customer trust have a significant positive effect on loyalty, both individually and collectively, while risk perception has a significant partial negative impact on loyalty. Keywords: Ease Of Use, Risk Perception, Customer Trust, User Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out; The Influence of Green Marketing on Purchase Intention. The type of research used is quantitative research with survey methods. The sample in this study was 101 respondents who were students at the Islamic University of Malang. The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The research results show that Green Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention. It can be concluded that environmentally friendly marketing strategies have an important role in influencing consumers' intentions to purchase products.  Keywords: Green Marketing, and Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation on employee productivity at PT. Daimatu Industri Indonesia. The research method employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while compensation has a significant negative effect on productivity. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 22.2% shows that the independent variables explain only a small portion of the variation in employee productivity, with the remaining 77.8% influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that the company should focus more on improving job satisfaction and employee motivation, while also reevaluating the compensation system to ensure it does not negatively impact productivity. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory and provides practical insights for manufacturing companies in formulating strategies to enhance employee productivity. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of income expectations, use of social media and digital literacy on increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is Economics and Business students at the Islamic University of Malang with a sample size of 82 students who have taken entrepreneurship courses and do not yet have a business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. This research uses a quantitative approach because the data is obtained in the form of numbers. Based on the results of research analysis, income expectations have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The use of social media has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. and digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Income Expectations, Use Of Social Media, Digital Literacy And Interest In Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of price, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Shopee e-commerce. This type of research uses an explanatory research method through a quantitative approach, with the data analysis technique used, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling was taken using non-probability sampling with a snowball sampling method with a total of 82 respondents who were students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics and Business and had made at least 2 purchases at e-commerce Shopee. The results show that price, service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty and each independent variable, price, service quality and customer satisfaction have a partial effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Price, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
