Abstract

Rendahnya pemahaman siswa dalam memahami bacaan terutama dalam memahami soal mengakibatkan siswa kesulitan dalam menerima informasi dari teks bacaan, memahami instruksi guru dan menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran team games tournament (TGT) dengan berbantuan permainan jejak kata dalam meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Gugus 09 Pamulang tahun 2025, sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 40 orang di SD Islam Terpadu Al Inayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teks bacaan, soal-soal esai dan kartu kata kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan uji statistik parametrik yaitu uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji paired sample test. Hasil dari pengolahan data statistik dilakukan dengan uji paired samples test yang menunjukan Sig. 0,000 hal ini menunjukan Ha di terima dan H0 ditolak. Pengolahan data statistik menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan pada hasil belajar pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran team games tournament berbantuan permainan jejak kata dapat meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti untuk mengembangkan penelitian ini adalah dengan menambahkan kelompok kontrol serta dapat mengombinasikan jenis permainan edukatif yang berbeda, yang bertujuan untuk menemukan kombinasi baru untuk model pembelajaran lebih optimal.

Abstract

The research uses a type of literature study research by collecting data from several related journals according to the research focus. The results of this study are presented in the form of a descriptive, structured and systematic conceptual explanation. Various challenges and online learning strategies that require and require teachers to innovate and adapt well. In the new normal era, teachers need to design curriculum for learning materials to be delivered during online learning meetings with Zoom, Google Meet, Teachmint, and others. Teachers are required to adapt and develop themselves to face various complex educational challenges. There are several strategic steps for online learning methods in the new normal, namely 1.) Creating learning targets by aligning the conditions in the new normal, 2.) Identifying the resources needed and owned to achieve the new goals set, 3.) Mapping the situation of conditions for teachers and students to prepare to use the blended learning method, 4.) Assessing the gap between needs and availability as material for preparing strategic and operational steps, 5.) Executing these steps innovatively and creatively by establishing various partnerships with various external parties who care about education. Of course, these various strategic steps need to be carefully planned, then analyzed and evaluated before being applied in learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between debt policy and tobacco excise tax rates with stock prices. Data sources were obtained from data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and company websites. This research uses multiple regression analysis tools. The research found that first, the debt policy variable has a positive effect on the stock price of tobacco company Gudang Garam (GGRM), while for Sampoerna Company, the debt decision contributes negatively to the stock price. Second, the excise tax rate variable has a negative impact on tobacco stock prices. Third, debt policy and excise tax rates simultaneously affect tobacco stock prices. The implications of these findings indicate that company managers must carefully design debt policies to create optimal capital structure, as the effects of debt decisions can vary between companies. Government policies related to excise tax rates have a direct impact on stock market performance in the tobacco industry, meaning that investors and stakeholders must consider regulatory dynamics as an important factor in investment decision-making. The results of this research provide evidence that excise tax rate adjustments not only affect state revenues but also affect the stability and valuation of companies related to the tobacco industry in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between creativity and learning style on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons at SMP Al-Ijtihad Tangerang City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The population in this study were students of SMP Al-Ijtihad Tangerang City with a population of 270 people and a sample of 100 people. The data collection technique was carried out with a questionnaire to obtain data on creativity and learning styles, and PAI learning achievement. The analysis used in this research is multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education, namely ryx1 = 0.988 with very strong criteria. And creativity has a role of 97.61% on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between learning styles and student achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons, namely ryx2 = 0.985 with very strong criteria. And learning styles have a role of 97.02% of student achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and learning style on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons, namely ryx1x2 = 0.989 with very strong criteria. And creativity and learning styles simultaneously (together) have a role of 97.81% of student achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons.
