Many risks affect the smooth flow of the supply chain, thereby necessitating numerous efforts to improve supply chain management by preventing and resolving these occurrences. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to determine the sources of possible and priority risks in the tobacco supply chain in Probolinggo Regency and design appropriate priority management strategies. This research investigated the flow of the tobacco supply chain and identified various possible risks using the Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, which analyzes the impact or severity and chance of occurrence. A risk event was conducted in the plan and source process to determine the type of risk and identify the priority agents that can be reduced by the House of risk (HOR) approach. Subsequently, this research obtained 11 risk events and 20 agents, including 4 priorities for handling, alongside 4 coping strategies designed to address and reduce possible sources of risk in the tobacco supply chain

This study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Tax Knowledge and tax Socialixation on Motivation to Pay Taxes. The population in this study are STIE Eka Prasetya Students. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples, which amounted to 35 students of 20.1 class. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. Partially Tax Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes and Tax Socialization has a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes. Simultaneously Tax Knowledge and Tax Socialization have a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that 56,1% of the Motivation to Pay Taxes variable is influenced by the Tax Knowledge and Tax Socializationvariable, while the remaining 43,9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Facilities, Company Image and Customer Perception on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The population in this research is the consumer from PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama as much as 2,496 respondent. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and totaling 96 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Facilities partially has no effect on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The results showed that Company Image and Customer Perception partially have a positive and significant effect on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The results showed that Facilities, Company Image and Customer Perceptions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The results of this study are supported by the value of R Square which mean Facilities, Company Image and Customer Perceptions can explain decisions of buyer and the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as price, and service quality.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi oleh Keterikatan Karyawan. Dalam perspektif global dan perubahan tenaga kerja , keterlibatan karyawan sekarang dianggap sebagai indikator yang berharga untuk keberhasilan organisasi dan menjadi issue penting dalam sumber daya manusia. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei dan kuisioner / angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik Saturation Sampling (sampel jenuh), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Model penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Alat untuk mengolah data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Job Characteristics memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 2) Job Characteristics memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 3) Employee Engagement juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 4) Hasil analisis pengaruh tidak langsung Job Characteristics terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi, bahwa pengaruh Job Characteristics terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening adalah positif dan signifikan. Dari variabel yang diteliti diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan.

In Indonesia, economic growth can be encouraged through the demographic bonus. Therefore, this research aims to explore the influence of the demographic bonus (labor force and human development index) on the economic growth of North Sumatra. The research method used is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra Province 2001-2021. Data testing in this study was carried out using eviews-10.The research results show: 1) In the short term, the Labor Force variable has a negative and insignificant relationship with the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021. 2) In the long term, the labor force variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021. 3) In the short term, the HDI variable has a negative and insignificant relationship with the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021. 40 In the long term, the HDI variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021.

This exploration depends on observational information as a survey which shows the consequences of the respondents' responses to the examination about BRILink HS Sampit. In response to this, the authors conducted observational data-based research with the goal of obtaining precise outcomes. This study aims to accomplish the following: 1) determining whether customer satisfaction is influenced by service, and 2) determining whether customer satisfaction is influenced by marketing strategy. Using a questionnaire with 100 respondents, data were gathered. While the information examination procedure utilized is quantitative investigation, utilizing numerous direct relapse. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling method.

This research aims to test the effect of convenience and trust on satisfaction and loyalty with Maxim transportation, with 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the research easily have a positive and significant effect on Maxim Transportation customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on Maxim Transportation customer satisfaction. Research findings reveal that the majority of respondents have used online transportation, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on maximal transportation loyalty.

In the midst of the current era of digitalization, technological advances have provided various conveniences for entrepreneurs. Technological development is a development that cannot be avoided in everyday life. The culinary MSMEs of Tenda Santai Sejak have a fairly high level of income in 2020 and above. the purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Digital Marketing, E-Payment and Quality Service on the sales revenue of culinary MSMEs in Tenda santai sejak. The type of research method used in this research is quantitative method, The population of this study were customers of MSMEs Tenda Santai Sejak with a total of 712 people. The sample of this study involved 90 respondents. The data used is primary data or data obtained directly from respondents, the data collection method used by researchers is to distribute questionnaires to customers of the Tenda Santai Sejenak UMKM directly by sampling using the sovlin technique. Based on partial hypothesis testing, it is concluded that there is an effect of Digital-Marketing and E-payment on Sales Revenue at Tenda Santai Sejenak and there is no effect of Quality Service on Sales Revenue at Tenda Santai Sejenak.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the absence of digital marketing in an MSME business in the era of globalization like now greatly affects its sales revenue, not only with Digital Marketing but E-payment also has an effect on increasing MSME sales, because nowadays consumers choose not to be complicated in transactions.

In the current digital era, the role of social media, especially TikTok, has rapidly evolved and become an integral part of the daily lives of the global community. TikTok, a social network initially focused on short music videos, has transformed into an e-commerce platform that is changing the way we shop. With features like the “yellow cart”, TikTok enables content creators to market products and earn money from their sales. This research aims to determine the influence of viral marketing and discount promotions on purchase intention using a quantitative research method by utilizing a questionnaire in the form of a Google form, which will be distributed to the public by the researcher. This type of research is quantitative with an unspecified or unknown number of respondents. Using the Hair formula, the maximum sample size is 70 respondents for 7 indicators. In this study, the sample size is 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 as the data processing tool. The results of this study indicate 37.2% of the variation in Price Discount can be explained by the variables Viral Marketing and Price Discount. the effect of Viral Marketing and Price Discount have a significant influence on Purchase Intention.

Bika Ambon is one of the specialty cakes from Medan, North Sumatra. One of the well-known Bika Ambon shops in Medan is Toko Bika Ambon Rika. Toko Bika Ambon Rika was previously only sold offline. Now, due to the development of technology and accessibility in the digitalization era, Toko Bika Ambon Rika has started selling online in order to maintain its business in this digitalization era. Thus, this study was conducted to analyse the effect of ease of information and ease of transactions on online purchasing decisions at Toko Bika Ambon Rika, Medan, in this digital era. The population in this study were consumers of Toko Bika Ambon Rika who had made at least one or more online purchases within the past year. The number of samples in this study was determined by the method of Hair et al. (1998), so the minimum sample size that researchers must obtain in this study is 165 respondents. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the effect of the Ease of Information and Ease of Transaction variables simultaneously on Y is 35.7%, while the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other factors.
