Abstract

Ecotourism improvement has been a challenge in developing the community’s welfare. This study investigated the potential role of Panglima Laôt as traditional wisdom for the sustainable development of marine ecotourism. Its role was responsible for a sustainable environment and preservation of culture through a traditional approach. Teupin Layeu Iboih beach has potential and fantastic scenery on the coast and under seawater that attracts many tourists. These merits should provide many benefits for the residents in the tourist spot. In this sense, the contributions of the Panglima Laôt have appeared to improve the marine resources and the quality of the landscape in Teupin Layeu Iboih, Sabang city. The Panglima Laôt has formulated and promulgated strict regulations to encourage a sustainable coastal and marine environment. The local wisdom would increase the welfare of the people living in the coastal area, and the harmonization between humans and the biosphere can be achieved.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat telah merambah di bidang kesehatan. Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah menggagas terciptanya sistem pendaftaran secara online dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Pendaftaran secara online merupakan suatu alur yang dilakukan oleh pasien ketika mendaftar pada pelayanan rawat jalan tanpa harus datang ke loket pendaftaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membandingkan beberapa aplikasi antrean online di beberapa rumah sakit berdasarkan aspek kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, durasi waktu tunggu pasien, serta efisiensi kinerja petugas. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review dengan metode kualitatif. Literatur diperoleh menggunakan mesin pencari googlescholar berdasarkan kata kunci dari topik yang telah ditentukan. Artikel yang telah diperoleh selanjutnya dipilah berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya, kemudian data ditinjau dengan metode naratif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis web dapat meningkatkan kinerja pada setiap unit kerja yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan publik serta mensukseskan program peningkatan mutu pelayanan kepada pasien. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit melalui pengembangan sistem pendaftaran online menjadi solusi dari sistem lama yang memiliki banyak kekurangan. Penggunaan aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis web di rumah sakit dapat mempermudah pelayanan dan lebih efisien bagi pasien rawat jalan. Rumah sakit perlu memberikan pelatihan kepada tenaga kesehatan tentang penggunaan aplikasi antrean online, serta memberikan sosialisasi kepada pasien agar memahami cara penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Kata Kunci : Rumah Sakit, Sistem Pendaftaran Online, Kemudahan, Kecepatan.

Abstract

Trends in tourism motives include socio-cultural, customs, environment, and panorama, as well as economics and welfare. However, the implementation of tourism will undoubtedly be disrupted by management and development that are not founded on the principles of sustainability. Therefore, through the process of environmental education, preventative and awareness initiatives are required. The main objective of this research was to examine the effectiveness of an ethnoecotourism-based environmental education model for tourism actors in Aceh Province. This model was developed to increase environmental literacy in marine tourism management. Model trials were carried out in the Sabang City Marine Tourism Area. The participants of this research were tourism actors in Aceh Province. The research design uses a quasi-experimental method consisting of pretest-posttest groups and uses multiple-choice questions as a research tool. The data analysis technique applied in this research was quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, in which data were processed inductively using an interactive analysis model. It is known that this model could improve the environmental literacy skills of tourism actors at the research location. It was shown by the significant value obtained at p = 0.000 (< 0.05), where there was a difference in students’ scores after being given the learning process, with the average post-test score of 12.43, higher than the pretest score of 8.40, which means there was an increase in understanding of environmental literacy after being given a learning process using an ethnoecotourism-based environmental education model.

Abstract

This study aimed to collect information relating to the influence of conservation biology lecture program through Acehnese local wisdom-based contextual approach to improving the environmental literacy. The study was conducted using Quasi Experiment design with One Group Pretest-Postest Design and involved a number of students (n = 33) of the VI semester who opted Conservation Biology course as a research subject. One group was given pretest and postest. The tests were used to measure the environmental literacy based on six components and 40 sub-components of environmental literacy. Experimental groups were treated with conservation biology course through Acehnese local wisdom-based contextual approach. Qualitative data analysis techniques derived fromdirect observations and analyzed descriptively, while quantitative data were obtained from the pre-test and post-test score, analyzed using excel program and statistical tests through normalized gain. From the pretest, posttest, and learning observations, it was obtained that conservation biology lecture program through Acehnese local wisdom-based contextual approach can improve the environmental literacy of students. Improved learning outcomes occurred in the superior, medium, and low group, in all components of environmental literacy and all sub-components in the components of environmental literacy. The largest increased learning outcomes were seen in the component of cognitive skills while the smallest was showed in the components of knowledge regarding environmental issues, problems and measures (environmentally responsibled behavior).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) terhadap kemampuan penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan serta pemanfaatannya dalam teknologi di SMPN Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre-test pos-test kontrol group desain dengan menggunakan model SQ3R. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa-siswi SMP Negeri Banda Aceh sebanyak 128 siswa. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII-1 (17 siswa) ditetapkan sebagai kelas eksprimen yang diajarkan dengan model SQ3R dan kelas VIII-2 (17 siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol yang diajarkan dengan metode konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa silabus, RPP, LKPD, tes, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pedoman perhitungan Normalized gain (N-Gain), dan uji hipotesis dengan “uji-t”. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Adanya perbedaan yang positif antara penggunaan model SQ3R dan konvensional terhadap kemampuan penguasaan konsep siswa..

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of learning the conceptof conserving biological natural resources (SDAH) in high school studentsthrough a community science technology approach (STS) with a roleplaying method. This research is qualitative in nature, an analysis of thedevelopment of learning the concept of conservation of natural resources iscarried out through the STS approach with a role-playing method related toAceh's environmental issues. A trial was conducted on a limited scale on theimplementation of learning in class X-4 with 34 students as a subject in oneof the State Senior High Schools in Darul Imarah District, Aceh BesarDistrict. Data were collected by classroom observation, interviews andconcept understanding tests. The results showed that the development oflearning the concept of conservation of SDAH can be done through the STSapproach with the role playing method, can increase students' motivation,creativity in learning; By playing a role, students can place themselves as ifthey were in a real situation so that they can instill roles, understandconcepts, can improve science and technology for the preservation of livingnatural resources related to Aceh's environmental issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis sikap ilmiah pada pembelajaran pelestarian makhluk hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Kualitatif (Qualitative Research), dilakukan analisis pengembangan yang berhubungan dengan isu-isu lingkungan Aceh. Dari analisis pengembangan ini diperoleh hasil bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis sikap ilmiah pada pembelajaran pelestarian makhluk hidup dapat diterapkan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang mengkaji permasalahan pelestarian makhluk hidup dan lingkungan Aceh; pembelajaran yang efektif, terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan lapangan yang dapat memperjelas pembelajaran di kelas; menekankan pada kemampuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan agar siswa peduli terhadap pelestarian makhluk hidup dan lingkungan Aceh; mengembangkan aktivitas inkuiri dan aktivitas sikap ilmiah secara nyata; menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Materi pembelajaran pelestarian makhluk hidup dapat diintegrasikan dengan sasaran, prinsip, dan metode dalam model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis sikap ilmiah (pengembangan silabus inkuiri berbasis sikap ilmiah, bahan ajar, lembar kegiatan siswa (LKS), tes pelestarian makhluk hidup, dan skala sikap).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the proper dosage of natural phosphate and potash fertilizers for peanut growth and yield. This research was conducted in Tanjung Village, Darul Hasanah District, Southeast Aceh Regency from October to December 2020. This study used 3x3 factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 3 repeats. The results showed that the dose of Natural Super Phosphat fertilizer had a significant effect on the weight of 100 dry seeds of peanut plants.  The highest growth and soaking of dried peanut seeds tends to be obtained at a dose of Natural Super Phospat 100 kg P205 I ha. The dose of potash fertilizer had no significant effect on plant height at the age of 15, 30 and 45 watersheds, the number of well-fused pods per clump, the number of empty pods per clump, the weight of dry pods per clump, the weight of 100 dry seeds, the weight of dry seeds per net plot and the weight of dry seeds per hectare. Better growth and yield of dry seeds in peanut plants tend to be obtained with a dose of potash fertilizer of 75 kg K20 I ha. There is an insignificant interaction between the dose treatment of Natural Super Phosphate fertilizer and the dose of potassium fertilizer.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach in Conservation Biology lectures and its impact on improving students' knowledge, practical skills, and attitudes towards conservation issues in the campus environment. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental design, where data is collected through pre-test and post-test questionnaires, field observations, interviews, and evaluation of conservation projects carried out by students. The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge of conservation, with the average post-test score increasing by 30%. Students also demonstrate improved practical skills in designing and implementing conservation projects, such as greening and waste management on campus. In addition, the implementation of OBE has succeeded in fostering a more caring attitude towards environmental conservation, with 75% of students showing a stronger commitment to conservation issues after attending OBE-based lectures. Student involvement in conservation activities on campus has also increased, with 70% of students actively participating in various conservation programs. However, this study also finds challenges related to limited resources and time in the implementation of larger conservation projects. Overall, this study indicates that the OBE approach can be an effective method in improving students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards conservation, and can strengthen environmental conservation efforts on campus.
