Abstract

This study aims to design adobe flash CS 6-based animation learning media and determine the feasibility of adobe flash-based animation learning media. The final result of this research is Adobe Flash CS 6-based animation learning media on computer network material for class X TKJ at SMKN 1 Kota Bima which has been tested for feasibility. This study uses the R&D method with the ADDIE model. The stages in this study include five stages, namely (1) the analysis stage (needs analysis), (2) design, (3) development (product development), (4) implementation (product trial) , and (5) evaluation (product maintenance). Based on the final assessment of media experts I and media experts II with a percentage of 92.5%, media experts stated that Adobe Flash-based animation learning media on computer network material that had been developed was declared very feasible. Based on the final assessment of the material experts with a percentage of 90% stated that Adobe Flash CS6-based animation learning media on computer network material that had been developed was declared Very Feasible. While the final result of the small group respondents' assessment of Adobe Flash CS6-based animation learning media on computer network material with a percentage of 81.25% was declared Feasible. The final result of the large group respondent's assessment of the android-based computer assembly learning media with a percentage of 85.87% was stated to be Very Feasible. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran animasi berbasis adobe flash CS 6 dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran animasi berbasis adobe flash. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah Media Pembelajaran animasi berbasis adobe flash pada materi jaringan komputer kelas X TKJ di SMKN 1 kota bima yang telah teruji kelayakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan model ADDIE Tnahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu (1) tahap analisys (analisis kebutuhan), (2) design, (3) development (pengembangan produk), (4) implementation (uji coba produk), dan (5) evaluation (pemeliharaan produk). Berdasarkan penilaian akhir dari Ahli media I dan Ahli media II dengan persentase 92,5% ahli media menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran animasi berbasis adobe flash CS 6 pada materi jaringan komputer yang telah dikembangan dinyatakan Sangan Layak. Berdasarkan penilaian akhir dari Ahli materi dengan persentase 90% menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran animasi berbasis adobe flash CS 6 pada materi jaringan komputer yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan Sangat Layak. Sedangkan hasil akhir dari penilaian responden kelompok kecil terhadap media pembelajaran animasi berbasis adobe flash CS 6 pada materi jaringan komputer dengan persentase 81,25% dinyatakan Layak. Hasil akhir dari penilaian responden kelompok besar terhadap media pembelajaran perakitan komputer berbasis android dengan persentase 85,87% dinyatakan Sangat Layak.

Abstract

With the rapid and significant development of the times, many software and sites have emerged in the form of websites based on AI (Artificial Intelligence), one of which is Chatgpt and Perplexity AI, which are commonly known as artificial intelligence that can help with assignments and teaching materials. , according to human desires and needs in a short time, depending on how the user describes the prompt to the AI. AI can also be useful and can be implemented in the world of education, in schools it can increase students' understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through the use of AI tools. This research aims to implement Artificial Intelligence technology as a learning tool, and it is hoped that students will be able to use AI, especially to support the learning of class Intelligence), and Data Analysis. With sampling with a total of 13 students and 1 teacher. The results of the research are that students understand and are able to operate several AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools, one example is Chatgpt and Perplexity AI, and understand how to utilize their respective Android systems. With this, students become active during the teaching and learning process, especially when collecting school assignments.   ABSTRAK Dengan perkembangan zaman yang sangat pesat dan cukup signifikan, sudah banyak bermunculan  software maupun situs dalam bentuk  website yang berbasis AI (Artificial intellegence), salah satunya adalah Chatgpt dan perplexity AI, yang biasa di kenal sebagai  kecerdasan buatan yang dapat membantu mengerjakan tugas maupun bahan ajar, sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan manusia dalam waktu yang singkat, tergantung bagaimana user mendeskipsikan promp pada AI. AI juga bisa bermanfaat dan dapat diimplementasikan pada dunia pendidikan, di sekolah dapat meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa tentang Artificial Intelligence (AI) melalui Penggunaan Tools AI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimpelmentasikan teknologi Artificiall Intelegence sebagai sarana belajar, dan diharapkan siswa dapat menggunakan AI, utamanya untuk mendukung pembelajaran siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Monta, Metode penelitian yang di gunakan  adalah metode kualitatif, dengan cara observasi, pengumpulan data, impelementasi AI (Artificial Intelegence), dan Analisis data. Dengan sampling dengan jumlah  13 siswa dan 1 orang guru. Hasil penelitian siswa paham dan mampu mengoperasikan beberapa tools AI (Artificiall Intelegence), salah satu contohnya adalah Chatgpt dan Perplexity AI, Dan paham dalam memanfaatkan sistem Android-nya masing-masing. Dengan ini siswa menjadi aktif ketika proses belajar-mengajar, lebih-lebih ketika mengumpulkan tugas sekolah.

Abstract

Sorong serah aji krama is a tradition of Lombok Sasak tribe community and as a symbol of appreciation in the marriage process of the Sasak tribe community. The symbol of this award is marked by the presence of aji krama. It does not merely have the symbolic meaning of the prospective groom to the bride but implied the symbolic meta meaning. That is, there is a profound meaning of the process of sorong serah aji krama that must be understood, internalized, and implemented in the marriage life of the prospective couple. To that end, this study wants to find the symbolic meta meaning of the tradition of sorong serah aji krama of the Sasak tribe community. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The result shows that the tradition of sorong serah aji krama is not only interpreted as mere preservation of a symbolic material tradition, namely the giving of dowry but also as a meta symbolic of the self-esteem as a human being in the life of the household. The Sasak tribe community views this tradition as the honor and respect of the groom to the bride. Tradisi sorong serah aji krama merupakan tradisi masyarakat suku Sasak Lombok dan sebagai simbol penghargaan dalam proses perkawinan masyarakat suku Sasak. Simbol penghargaan ini ditandai dengan adanya aji krama. Aji krama tidak semata-mata memiliki makna simbolik dari calon mempelai laki-laki kepada mempelai perempuan melainkan tersirat makna meta simbolik. Yakni, ada makna yang mendalam atas proses sorong serah aji krama yang harus dipahami, diinternalisasikan, dan dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan berumah tangga calon mempelai. Untuk itu, penelitian ini ingin menemukan makna meta simbolik tradisi sorong serah aji krama pada masyarakat suku Sasak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tradisi sorong serah aji krama tidak hanya dimaknai sekedar mempertahankan tradisi yang bersifat material simbolik, yakni pemberian maskawin semata, melainkan dimaknai sebagai meta sombolik akan harga diri sebagai manusia dalam menjalankan kehidupan rumah tangga. Masyarakat suku Sasak memandang tradisi ini sebagai penghargaan dan penghormatan calon mempelai laki-laki kepada mempelai perempuan.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the job equalization policy and the development of civil servant competencies in East Manggarai Regency, with a focus on the functional position of policy analysts. The research is motivated by concerns that the nationwide conversion of structural positions to functional ones, while administratively mandated, may not be accompanied by adequate competency development, particularly in under-resourced regions. Employing a qualitative case study design, the study collected data through interviews, document analysis, and field observations, and analyzed the findings using thematic coding supported by Edwards III’s implementation model, Kingdon’s Multiple Streams Framework, and Spencer’s competency theory. The results reveal that although structural transitions were formally implemented, the substantive preparation for new functional roles remains insufficient. Communication was top-down and unclear; training opportunities were severely limited; and performance indicators were misaligned with functional responsibilities. Most policy analysts lacked the technical and behavioral competencies required for their roles, resulting in diminished organizational performance and weakened public service outcomes. The absence of institutional support mechanisms, such as mentoring and performance benchmarks, further hindered adaptation and professional growth.The study concludes that successful implementation of job equalization policies requires more than administrative compliance—it demands strategic investment in human capital, institutional learning, and localized policy adaptation. This research contributes to public administration literature by illustrating how structural reforms must be paired with competency development to realize their intended impact, especially in decentralized, capacity-constrained environments. Abstract

Pesantren di Lombok Utara memiliki peran strategis dalam pembentukan karakter, moralitas, dan identitas keislaman masyarakat Sasak. Namun, hingga kini sistem pembelajarannya masih didominasi pendekatan teacher-centered, sementara penerapan Student-Centered Learning (SCL) dalam konteks pesantren belum banyak dikaji secara sistematis. Sebagian besar penelitian terdahulu berfokus pada madrasah atau sekolah umum, tanpa menelaah integrasi pedagogi modern dengan tradisi keilmuan Islam klasik (turats). Kesenjangan ini menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan akan model konseptual yang mampu menjembatani tradisi pesantren dengan tuntutan kompetensi abad ke-21.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual kritis dengan metode telaah pustaka sistematis terhadap 32 sumber ilmiah nasional dan internasional. Sintesis teori dilakukan melalui triangulasi teori, yang melibatkan konstruktivisme, teori kognitif sosial, dan filsafat pendidikan Islam; serta triangulasi empiris dan kontekstual berdasarkan studi implementasi SCL di madrasah dan pesantren Indonesia. Proses analisis dilakukan secara deduktif-komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola kesesuaian dan peluang adaptasi model pembelajaran.Hasil penelitian menghasilkan empat model konseptual integratif, yaitu, Blended Learning Pesantren, Problem-Based Learning Islami (PBL-I), Peer Teaching Terstruktur, dan Proyek Sosial Keagamaan (Service Learning Islami). Keempat model ini dirancang untuk memperkuat keterlibatan aktif, kolaborasi sosial, serta refleksi spiritual santri dengan tetap berlandaskan nilai-nilai pesantren. Validasi argumentatif menunjukkan bahwa model SCL-Pesantren memiliki konsistensi teoritis, relevansi empiris, dan potensi implementatif tinggi dalam konteks pendidikan Islam lokal.Penelitian ini menutup celah akademik dalam studi integrasi pedagogi Islam dan SCL, sekaligus memberikan kerangka konseptual berbasis bukti (evidence-based conceptual framework) untuk pengembangan kurikulum pesantren yang adaptif terhadap tantangan era digital dan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Gagging a Student-Centered Learning Model in Islamic Education Learning at Islamic Boarding Schools in North Lombok Abstract Islamic boarding schools in North Lombok have a strategic role in shaping the character, morality, and Islamic identity of the Sasak community. However, until now, the learning system is still dominated by a teacher-centered approach, while the application of Student-Centered Learning (SCL) in the context of pesantren has not been studied systematically. Most previous research has focused on madrassas or public schools, without examining the integration of modern pedagogy with classical Islamic scientific traditions (turats). This gap shows the need for a conceptual model that is able to bridge the tradition of pesantren with the demands of 21st century competencies. This study uses a critical conceptual approach with a systematic literature review method on 32 national and international scientific sources. The synthesis of theories is carried out through theoretical triangulation, which involves constructivism, social cognitive theory, and Islamic philosophy of education; and empirical and contextual triangulation based on SCL implementation studies in Indonesian madrassas and Islamic boarding schools. The analysis process was carried out in a deductive-comparative manner to identify patterns of suitability and opportunities for adaptation of the learning model. The results of the research produced four integrative conceptual models, namely, Blended Learning Islamic Boarding School, Islamic Problem-Based Learning (PBL-I), Structured Peer Teaching, and Socio-Religious Project (Islamic Service Learning). These four models are designed to strengthen active involvement, social collaboration, and spiritual reflection of students while still being based on pesantren values. Argumentative validation shows that the SCL-Pesantren model has theoretical consistency, empirical relevance, and high implementability potential in the context of local Islamic education. This research closes the academic gap in the study of the integration of Islamic pedagogy and SCL, while providing an evidence-based conceptual framework for the development of Islamic boarding school curricula that are adaptive to the challenges of the digital era and 21st century learning.

Abstract

The era of globalization and digitalization has brought significant impacts on the education system, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which faces both opportunities and challenges in maintaining its relevance and sustainability. This study aims to analyze how PAI can be developed with a global perspective as a responsive paradigm to the currents of globalization and digital transformation, thereby shaping a generation of Muslims who are character-driven, critical, and internationally competitive without losing their Islamic identity. The research method employed is a literature review using a narrative review approach, which examines articles, journals, and academic publications from the last five years related to globalization, digitalization, and Islamic education. The synthesis of results indicates that globalization and digitalization present opportunities such as expanded access to knowledge, the use of innovative learning technologies, and cross-cultural interactions. However, they also pose risks such as value shifts, identity crises, and the penetration of foreign cultures that can weaken students' spiritual foundations. A globally-minded PAI paradigm should be designed by emphasizing the integration of digital literacy, strengthening a multicultural-based curriculum, and applying critical pedagogical approaches to balance local wisdom with global demands. The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of an adaptive and constructive conceptual framework for PAI, providing strategic guidance for curriculum development, learning methods, and Islamic education policies in the digital era. These findings have practical implications for teachers, academics, and policymakers in implementing progressive, responsive, and relevant Islamic education strategies aligned with contemporary global dynamics.
