Abstract

Unregulated sleep patterns are often experienced by students, mainly due to dense academic and non-academic activities. This study aims to find out how 5th semester students perceive their sleep patterns and their impact on stress levels. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 100 5th semester students were selected purposively and filled out questionnaires as research instruments. The study showed that most respondents (72%) had irregular sleep patterns with an average sleep duration of less than six hours per night. In addition, 68% of students admitted that they experienced stress at a moderate to high level. Students claim that lack of sleep makes them tired, difficult to focus, and emotional. From these results, it can be concluded that poor sleep patterns are related to increasing stress levels. Therefore, it is important for students to start paying attention to the quality of sleep in order to maintain mental health and academic performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the cooperation system between rice mill owners and rice farmers and the income of rice mill owners in Sukamulya Village, Air Sugihan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Sukamulya Village, Air Sugihan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The sampling method used in this study uses purposive sampling (intentionally). The data collection method used is using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data processing method uses data editing, coding, and tabulation. And the data analysis method uses qualitative (descriptive) analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study that the cooperation system between rice mill owners and rice farmers is using Bergining Cooperation, namely a system of cooperation in the exchange of goods and services. Where farmers bring their harvested grain to the mill and the mill provides services in the form of grinding the grain into rice, While the income of the mill owner in Sukamulya Village is Rp. Rp. 9,339,674 / month. This result is obtained from the income received, which is Rp. 14,434,750/month, and is subtracted from the production costs during operations, which is Rp. 5,095,076/month. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kerjasama antara pemilik penggilingan padi dengan petani padi sawah dan pendapatan pemilik penggilingan di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Air Sugihan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Air Sugihan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling (secara sengaja). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode pengolahan data yaitu menggunakan pengeditan data, pengkodean, dan tabulasi. Dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif (deskriptif) dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa sistem kerja sama antara pemilik penggilingan padi dan petani padi sawah adalah menggunakan Kerjasama bergining, yaitu sistem Kerjasama pertukaran barang dan jasa. Dimana petani membawa gabah hasil panennya ke penggilingan dan penggilingan menyediakan jasa berupa gilingan gabah menjadi beras, Sementara pendapatan pemilik penggilingan di Desa Sukamulya yaitu sebesar Rp. Rp.9.339.674/bln. hasil ini diperoleh dari penerimaan yang didapat yaitu sebesar Rp.14.434.750/bln. dan dikurang dari hasil biaya produksi selama beroprasi yaitu sebesar Rp.5.095.076/bln.
