Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation of contribution experts team on learning outcomes of home team and correlation of contribution experts team on learning outcomes on Jigsaw learning. Samples are 26 students of XI IPA 1 SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung. Data obtained were qualitative data and quantitative data. The qualitative data is description of student activity in home team, while the quantitative data is pretest and posttest. The data is analyzed by using product moment correlation test. The result test contribution correlation experts team on learning outcomes of home team was -0.13, while result of test correlation of contribution experts team on outcomes learning was 0.403. This result showed that there was not correlation between correlation of contribution experts team on outcomes learning of home team and there is a correlation between contribution experts team on their learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kontribusi tim ahli terhadap hasil belajar tim asal serta hubungan kontribusi tim ahli terhadap hasil belajarnya pada pembelajaran Jigsaw. Sampel berupa 26 siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 5 Bandarlampung. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif berupa deskripsi aktivitas ahli di tim asal, sedangkan data kuantitatif berupa pretes dan postes. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil uji korelasi kontribusi tim ahli terhadap hasil belajar tim asal sebesar -0.13, sedangkan hasil uji korelasi kontribusi tim ahli terhadap hasil belajarnya sebesar 0,403. Hasil ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara antara kontribusi tim ahli terhadap hasil belajar tim asal dan terdapat hubungan kategori sedang antara kontribusi tim ahli terhadap hasil belajarnya .Kata kunci: hasil belajar, jigsaw, kontribusi, tim ahli, tim asal

Abstract

This research was knowing the use of applicating approach science technology community toward students learning result and students affective abilities. The research designs were non equivalent pretest – posttest. The research sample were students in IXA and IXB class that was selected by purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data was gotten by students affective abilities and questionnaire of students, that were analyzed descriptive. The quantitative data were the average score of test, that was analyzed by t-test and U-test. The result showed that the students affective (asking questions, proposing an opinion, working together, convince in answering questions) achieve an average of 80% which is in good criteria. Beside that the students learning outcomes also develop, with N-gain average score was 74.42. The students also gives positive responses to applicating approach STC. Thus, it can be concluded that the used of approach STC increase with of students learning result and students affective abilities in application of biotechnology.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan afektif siswa. Desain penelitian adalah pretes postes tak ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IXA dan IXB yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data kualitatif berupa kemampuan afektif siswa, dan angket tanggapan siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai tes yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan afektif siswa yaitu mengajukan pertanyaan, mengusulkan pendapat, bekerjasama, dan meyakinkan dalam menjawab pertanyaan mencapai rata-rata yaitu 80% berkriteria baik. Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, dengan rata-rata nilai N-gain 74.42. Selain itu, semua siswa memberikan tanggapan positif yaitu senang terhadap penggunaan pendekatan STM. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan STM berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar dan kemampuan afektif siswa pada materi penerapan bioteknologi.Kata kunci : bioteknologi, hasil belajar, kemampuan afektif, STM

Abstract

This study aims were to produce worksheets based on science process skills that effectively improve science process skill of students and determine the response of students. Design of the research was research and development. Test was performed on grade VII1 and VII2 student of SMP Pembangunan Kalianda chosen by purposive sampling. Results from this study showed the average N-gain of science process skill students in the experimental class was higher than the control class, thus the aspect of observing, interpreting, grouping, and communicating. In addition, the average of science process skill students increased from worksheet 1 (25.83%), worksheet 2 (75%), and worksheet 3 (83.33%). Worksheet gained by the student assessment criteria of 95% was attractive to very attractive. Thus worksheet based science process skill on material classification of plant was effectively improve students science process skill and very exciting to be used as one of alternative teaching materials for teachers and students.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis KPS yang efektif meningkatkan KPS siswa dan mengetahui tanggapan siswa. Desain penelitian adalah research and development. Uji coba dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII1 dan VII2SMP Pembangunan Kalianda dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata N-gain KPS siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol baik aspek mengamati, menginterpretasi, mengelompokkan, dan mengomunikasikan. Selain itu, rata-rata KPS siswa meningkat dari LKS 1 (25.83%), LKS 2 (75%), dan LKS 3 (83.33%). LKS memperoleh penilaian oleh siswa sebesar 95% kriteria menarik hingga sangat menarik. Dengan demikian LKS berbasis KPS pada materi klasifikasi tumbuhan efektif meningkatkan KPS siswa dan sangat menarik untuk digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar alternatif bagi guru dan siswa.Kata kunci: keterampilan proses sains, klasifikasi tumbuhan, lembarkerja siswa (LKS)

Abstract

This study described the result of science learning implementation assessment, that is based on 2013 curriculum. Samples of study are teachers of 4thgrade elemantary of Tanjungkarang Bandar Lampung that was chosen by purposive sampling. Data were obtained from learning activity observation list that was compared with proccessing standard, scientific approach, and tematic integration. The result showed that implementation of 4th grade learning activity had suitability with proccessing standard the average was 71,91% in medium category. Suitable with the sciencetific approach has average 68,29% in medium category and tematic integration has average 80,59% in high category. Therefore science learning implementation based on 2013 curriculum in Tanjungkarang district was medium category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran IPA kurikulum 2013. Sampel penelitian adalah guru kelas yang mengajar kelas IV SD di Kecamatan Tanjungkarang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif berupa deskripsi gambaran implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan oleh guru berdasarkan dengan standar proses, pendekatan saintifik dan tematik integratif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada kegiatan pembelajaran kelas IV memiliki kesesuaian dengan standar proses dengan presentase skor rata-rata 71,91% berkategori sedang,sesuai dengan pendekatan saintifik dengan persentase skor rata-rata 68,29% berkategori sedang dan telah sesuai dengan pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan persentase skor rata-rata 80,59% berkategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPA berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 di SD kecamatan Tanjungkarang berkategori Sedang.Kata kunci : kurikulum 2013, pembelajaran IPA, pendekatan saintifik, standar proses, tematik terpadu

Abstract

This study was aimed to know the influence of using remedial modules learning material on the minimum completeness criteria (MCC) student achievement. The research design was equivalent control group. Samples were all of the VIII class who have remedial and was selected by purposive sampling. The research data were quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative data were the average of pretest, posttest and gain were analyzed by U-test. The qualitative data was the student responses questionnaire were analyzed decriptively. The results showed that student achievement was increase with value average of pretest (35.38); posttest (73.42); and gain (0.59). The most of students (90.44%) gived positive respond to the using of remedial modules learning material. Thus, learning use remedial modules learning material influence to increas the MCC in the Human Circulatory System subject matter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan ajar modul remedial terhadap pencapaian kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) siswa. Desain penelitian adalah kelompok kontrol ekivalen. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh kelas VIII yang mengalami remedial dan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai pretest, postest dan gain yang dianalisis menggunakan uji U. Data kualitatif berupa angket tanggapan siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata nilai pretest (35,38); posttest (73,42); dan gain (0,59). Sebagian besar siswa (90,44%) memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar modul remedial. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan ajar modul remedial berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan KKM siswa pada materi pokok Sistem Peredaran Darah Manusia.  Kata kunci : hasil belajar kognitif siswa, modul remedial, sistem peredaran darah manusia

Abstract

This study was to describe the profile and patterns of cooperation ability of students in science learning on class IV and V in 2015/2016. The research samples were students of class IVa and Va that were selected by purposive sampling. The study design was a simple descriptive.Collecting data used observation sheets, questionnaires student, teacher interviews, photo and video documentation.Data analysis was performed by descriptive technique which is the result of qualitative data then was described. The results showed that overall average of students cooperation ability have "medium" criteria with a value of 55.16%. There were formed four patterns, which were spontaneous cooperation, direct cooperation, contract cooperation, and traditional cooperation. The most patterns of students cooperation on the class IVa and Va was the contract cooperation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan kerjasama dan pola kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas IV dan V Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVa dan Va SD N 1 Rajabasa Raya yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, angket siswa, wawancara guru, serta dokumentasi foto dan video. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif yakni hasil penelitian berupa data kualitatif yang kemudian dideskripsikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan rerata kemampuan kerjasama siswa SD Negeri 1 Rajabasa Raya berkriteria sedang dengan nilai 55,16%. Terbentuk empat pola yaitu kerjasama spontan, kerjasama langsung, kerjasama kontrak, dan kerjasama tradisional. Pola kerjasama siswa yang paling menonjol pada kelas IVa dan kelas Va adalah pola kerjasama kontrak.Kata kunci: kemampuan kerjasama, pembelajaran IPA, pola kerjasama

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the use of real media and picture media for improving student KPS. The design was pretest postest non equivalent group by purposive sampling, class X MIA 1 and X MIA 2 were choosen as research samples. Quantitative data were a student KPS that obtained from the average value of N-gain analyzed by t-test and U test. Qualitative data were percentage of the student KPS and student questionnaire that were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the use of real media with average N-gain 61,95±13,18 was more affected improving student KPS significantly then picture media with average N-gain 34,45±16,20. Based on the observation sheet, the average of student KPS in real media class had high criteria (61%) while picture media class had medium criteria (46,13%). Most of the students gave positive responses to the use of real media (91,15%) and picture media (93,91%).Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan penggunan media realia dan media gambar terhadap peningkatan KPS siswa. Desain penelitian adalah pretes postes kelompok non ekuivalen dengan purposive sampling sehingga kelas X MIA 1 dan X MIA 2 diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Data kuantitatif berupa KPS siswa yang diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai N-gain dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji U. Data kualitatif berupa  persentase KPS siswa dan tanggapan siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media realia dengan rata-rata N-gain 61,95±13,18 lebih berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan KPS siswa secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan media gambar dengan rata-rata N-gain 34,45±16,20. Berdasarkan lembar observasi, rata-rata KPS siswa kelas media realia yaitu berkriteria tinggi (61%) sedangkan kelas media gambar yaitu berkriteria sedang (46,13%). Sebagian besar siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan media realia (91,15%) dan media gambar (93,91%). Kata kunci : keterampilan proses sains, media gambar, media realia

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the use at environment around the school to the students critical thinking skills. The design is pretest - posttest non equivalent. The samples were class VIIA and VIIB which selected by purposive sampling. The quantitative data obtained from the average of pretest, posttest and gain were analyzed by using U test. The qualitative data obtained from observation sheet of learning activities and questionnaire responses of students treated descriptively. The results showed that the use of the environment around the school was effective in improving learning outcomes seen from (N-gain 0.74) higher and significantly different and student learning activities by 78.49 % , aspects of collecting data was the highest activity of the student . In addition , most students (± 70 %) gave a positive response . Thus the use of the environment around the school has a positive effect on the ability of critical thinking and activity of students in the subject matter of the ecosystem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan lingkungan sekitar sekolah terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Desain penelitian adalah pretest-postest non ekuivalen.  Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIIA dan VIIB  dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa kuantitatif dan  kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest diolah menggunakan uji-U. Data kualitatif merupakan aktivitas belajar siswa dan angket tanggapan siswa diolah secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan lingkungan sekitar sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dilihat dari (N-gain 0,74) lebih tinggi serta berbeda nyata dan aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 78,49%,  aspek mengumpulkan data merupakan aktivitas tertinggi yang dilakukan siswa. Selain itu, sebagian besar siswa (±70%) memberikan tanggapan positif. Dengan demikian penggunaan lingkungan sekitar sekolah berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas siswa pada materi pokok ekosistem.Kata kunci: ekosistem, kemampuan berpikir kritis, lingkungan sekitar sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of problem based learning model on creative thinking skill at SMP N 2 Jati Agung. The design of this reserach was quasi experimental with samples students VIIC and VIID that were chosen by Purposive Sampling. The research data were quantitative data which were obtained from pre test, post test and N-gain which analyzed using t-test and qualitative data which were obtained from observation students activity and questionnaire of students responses. The research result showed that experiment class average (53,33) was higher than control class (48,30) and percentage average students activity on experiment class (81,66%) was higher than control class (64,22%) and almost all students give positive responses on using PBL. Therefore, it can be concluded that PBL model influenced creative thinking skill in environmental management subject matter.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif di SMP N 2 Jati Agung. Penelitian bersifat quasi eksperimental dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIIC dan VIID yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai pretes postes dan N-gain yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi aktivitas belajar dan angket tanggapan siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan pada kelas eksperimen (53,33) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (48,30) dan rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen (81,66%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (64,22%) serta mendapat tanggapan positif dari siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PBL berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam materi pengelolaan lingkunganKata kunci: aktivitas belajar, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, model PBL

Abstract

The study aim was to describe the learning style based on gender and its correlation with students learning achievement. Design research was a qualitative descriptive. The research samples were 259 students of class VIII SMP Tanjung Karang Barat sub-district that were selected by purposive sampling. The research data were learning styles and learning achievement, that were obtained from questionnaires and written tests, data were analyzed descriptively and statistically using different test Mann-Whitney U and Kendall's Tau correlation test. As a result, auditory learning styles more dominant than the visual and kinesthetic learning styles. On test Mann-Whitney U there was no significant difference between the auditorial learning styles of male and female students. There was significant differences between visual learning styles and kinaesthetic learning styles among male and female students. There was no significant correlation between learning styles with learning achievement of male and female students.Keywords: gender, learning style, learning achievement, science learningPenelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya belajar ber-dasarkan gender dan hubungannya dengan hasil belajar siswa. Desain penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 259 siswa kelas VIII SMP se-Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa gaya belajar dan hasil belajar, diperoleh dari angket dan tes tertulis pilihan jamak, dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik menggunakan uji beda Mann-Whitney U dan uji korelasi Kendalls Tau. Hasilnya, jumlah siswa dengan gaya belajar audiotorial lebih dominan dibandingkan gaya belajar visual dan kinestetik. Pada Uji Mann-Whitney U tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara gaya belajar auditorial antar siswa laki-laki dan perempuan, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara gaya belajar visual dan gaya belajar kinestetik antar siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar pada siswa laki-laki dan perempuan.Kata kunci: gaya belajar, gender, hasil belajar, pembelajaran IPA
