Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur biaya, tingkat pendapatan dan strategi pengembangan pada usaha perdagangan lobster laut di CV. Sea Queen Kota Kendari.Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang bersumber dari pemilik usaha (1 orang) dan karyawan (6 orang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur biaya usaha terdiri dari, investasi  usaha sebesar Rp1.357.721.000, biaya tetap sebesar Rp192.406.548/tahun dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp1.637.932.600/tahun, sehingga total biaya  sebesar Rp1.830.339.148/tahun. Pendapatan kotor (penerimaan) sebesar Rp2.100.000.000/tahun dan pendapatan bersih (keuntungan) Rp269.660.852/tahun.  Dalam pengembangan usaha perusahaan terdapat 8 strategi yaitu memanfaatkan teknologi yang semakin pesat, menambah modal usaha, meningkatkan kapasitas produk, meningkatkan promosi, perekrutan tenaga kerja, meningkatkan volume produksi lobster, melakukan strategi stok bahan baku, dan meningkatkan seluruh sumberdaya yang dimiliki usaha lobster. Kata Kunci: Keuntungan, lobster laut, struktur biaya, strategi

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem agribisnisikan teri kering skala industri rumah tangga, dimana kegiatan produksi ikan teri kering darihulu sampai hilir yaitu dari nelayan tangkap sampai pengumpul atau pengolah ikan teri, pengolahan sampai dengan pemasaran, danuntuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usaha ikan teri kering berdasarkan aspek finansial dari usaha ikan teri kering. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Waitii Kecamatan Tomia Kabupaten Wakatobi.Sampel sebanyak 30 orang ditentukan dengan metodesensus. Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan analisis kelayakan R/C Rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skema alur agribisnis ikan teri skala industri rumah tangga masih kurang yaitu dari segi inovasi dan pengolahannya masih bersifat tradisional. Berdasarkan aspek kelayakan usaha ikan teri kering diperoleh nilai rata-rata total biaya yang dikeluarkan Rp1.996.923/bulan, dengan nilai rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp2.910.000/bulan, keuntungan sebesar 913.000/bulan dan R/C Rasio sebesar 1,46>1 yang berarti bahwa usaha ikan teri kering skala industri rumah tangga di Desa Waitii Kecamatan Tomia Kabupaten Wakatobi layak dikembangkan.Kata Kunci: Desa Waitii, ikan teri kering, kelayakan finansial, sistem agribisnis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen dan bagaimana hubungan antara motivasi konsumen, persepsi harga dan tempat terhadap keputusan membeli ikan laut di rumah makan Kota Kendari. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung dengan responden menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan  proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan jumlah 33 orang responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis koefisien korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi konsumen, persepsi harga dan tempat berhubungan erat terhadap keputusan membeli ikan laut di rumah makan Kota Kendari. Kata Kunci: Keputusan membeli, motivasi konsumen, persepsi harga, tempat

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan Desa Lalowaru Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lalowaru, sumber informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 orang nelayan dibagi kedalam dua kelompok yaitu 12 orang nelayan juragan atau pemilik dan 5 nelayan buruh, dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Kondisi sosial masyarakat nelayan di Desa Lalowaru yaitu berdasarkan rumah tinggal, pekerjaan sampingan, kesehatan dan transportasi. Jenis rumah tinggal yang ada di Desa Lalowaru dapat dilihat dari atap rumahnya yaitu sebagian besar menggunakan seng dan rumbia, status kepemilikan adalah rumah sendiri, dinding rumah berupa semi permanen, serta luas rumah 7x5 m. Sedangkan untuk pekerjaan sampingan sebagian kecil masyarakat nelayan ada yang melakukan pekerjaan sampingan seperti tukang batu, buruh bangunan, pemikul kayu, tambang emas dan pedagang. Selain itu kondisi kesehatan masyarakat cukup baik dan transportasi yang digunakan lebih banyak menggunakan kendaraan bermotor dibandingkan dengan mobil.Kondisi ekonomi masyarakat nelayan di Desa Lalowaru yaitu pendapatan nelayan pemilik lebih tinggi yaitu Rp1.495.000-9.720.000/bulan dibandingkan dengan pendapatan nelayan buruh Rp2.327.586/bulan dan pendapatan sampingan sebesar Rp100.000-400.000.Berdasarkan kajian sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan di Desa Lalowaru dapat dikatakan bahwa kehidupan mereka termasuk kedalam kategori keluarga sejahtera sedang.Kata Kunci: Buruh, Juragan, Nelayan, Pendapatan,Sosial Ekonomi, Lalowaru, Moramo Utara

Abstract

Processing of target species do not optimal, especially the processing of the by-catch product. This is caused by the weak capacity of the fishing groups, particularly in the utilization of marine products in the dry season and the acquisition of market information, so it requires increased knowledge and transferal appropriate technology. Purpose of the study: (1) generate a group of fishermen who are skilled, creative and innovative in the processing of marine products; (2) create a group of fishermen who are good entrepreneurs with venture capital is cheap, affordable and sustainable; (3) make the fishing village groups as independent business pioneer advanced and community known as a producer and marketer of processed fish products as one of the typical souvenir of Kendari. Method of determining the sample was done by purposive sampling. This activity involves two groups of partners consisting of fishermen processors groups and fishermen fishing groups each of 20 people. The data were analyzed descriptively of the results of the implementation of the two activities, namely non-physical activities (socialization and education) and physical activity (manufacture plots hygienic drying fish and puffer fish burger-making). Action research results make a positive contribution to the strengthening of the capacity of a group of fishermen in the economic, scientific, cultural and social skills. Another positive contribution is opening insights and ways of thinking to make use of by-catch product into marketable products and process raw materials of marine fish with a hygienic manner that supports the improvement of the quality of the product to be accepted in the market, and create jobs in the village with the ability of a group of fishermen in entrepreneurship independent, which in turn can improve the economics of fishing households and assist the government in the construction of coastal villages.

Abstract

Action research on marine lobster farmer group in the Rumba Rumba Village of the District Kolono performed using Participatory Action Learning System which is a method of community empowerment in regional development. This activity has a purpose, namely to: help create beraitan management cultivation techniques, marketing and bookkeeping better cultivation sea lobster. The results achieved in this activity include: 1) the application of methods of cultivation lobster sea water in a better way for business productivity thereby increasing the revenue of fishermen cultivating lobster 2) management of cultivation of lobster more effectively by arranging bookkeeping cultivation of lobster so that businesses more profitable, 3 ) institutional formation of fishermen. With some methods are introduced, able to contribute to the social, ie unlock insights and ways of thinking group of fishermen to manage their business and create jobs in the village and the ability of the fishermen cultivation in entrepreneurship on their own, which in turn can improve the economics of the household and help the development of the coastal village.Keywords: Institutional, Entrepreneurship, Fishermen, Sea Lobster

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify marketing problems, analyze the marketing pattern, and to find out the market map and the direction of the marketing target of abon ikan. This research was conducted by survey method. Methods of collecting data by direct observation and in-depth interviews. The research respondents were producers, traders and consumers of shredded fish products, which were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis with descriptive methods, using qualitative analysis, namely tracking marketing channels, and market mapping. The results of the study show that the main problem of marketing abon ikan is the availability of raw materials that are not continuous, low production technology, low business capital, production houses do not meet standards, incomplete business licensing, product certificates, training and development of quality human resources are still lacking and the availability of clean water. There are three types of marketing channel patterns, namely from producers to consumers, from producers to the center of Kendari then to consumers, and from producers to traders in Surabaya. Processing businesses cannot yet produce sustainably, the market area is only limited in Kendari City and the surrounding districts in Southeast Sulawesi, so there is still a need to develop a broader market development strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the needs of business investment, the cost structure, cost efficiency, and profitability of the business. Collecting data using interview techniques to the owner miniplant crab (Portunus pelagicus) is a group in the village Bahari Manage Lapulu Abeli District of Kendari. Data was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The analytical tool used is investment analysis, cost analysis, defresiasi analysis, and break-even point. Results of the analysis showed that the total investment needs of businesses miniplant crab is Rp15.770.000. The ratio of return on investment of 0.23 years shows that the investments made can be returned for ± 3 months. Rajungan miniplant business cost structure is dominated by the cost of procurement of raw materials rajungan by 90%, the remaining 10% for payment of taxes, home care production, depreciation, wages, consumption, plastic bags, charcoal and salt. The use of business costs miniplant rajungan already efficient with R / C of 1.35, B / C ratio of 0.35, BEP (unit) of 92 kg and BEP (price) of Rp10.580.650. Profitability of business or level of ability of businesses generate profits of 0.35, meaning any business investment miniplant Rp1 crab will yield a profit of Rp0.35Keyword : Cost, business profitability, investation, rajungan miniplant

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost structure, income level and trade development strategy on marine lobster in CV.Sea Queen City of Kendari. The research location determined by purposive.  Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation, which are sourced from business owners (1) and employees (6).  The results showed that the cost structure of the business consists of investment operations of Rp1,357,721,000, a fixed fee of Rp192,406,548/year and variable costs of Rp1,637,932,600/year, bringing the total cost of Rp1,830,339,148/year, Gross revenue of Rp2,100,000,000/year and net income Rp269,660,852/year. In the company's business development strategy there are 8 of harnessing the rapid technological, increase business capital, increase product capacity, improve the promotion, recruitment, increase production volumes lobster, pursuing a strategy of stocks of raw materials, and improve the whole lobster resources owned businesses.
