Abstract

The community service activity with the title “Implementation of Transformational Leadership in Community Service through a Virtual Zoom Meeting Book Review Seminar” succeeded in achieving positive results. This virtual seminar was attended by 100 participants who showed active involvement and high enthusiasm in the question and answer and discussion sessions. The speaker delivered material of excellent quality, in participant assessment. The use of Zoom Meetings has proven effective in facilitating interaction and accessibility. The application of transformational leadership creates an inspiring seminar atmosphere, increasing active participation and involvement of participants. Recommendations for future activities include extending discussion time and improving interactive technology for a more immersive experience. This seminar made a significant contribution to the development of participants' knowledge and skills and became an effective model for future community service activities

Abstract

Clinics as one of the public service institutions in the health sector require several attentions such as service quality, facilities and performance of health workers. To improve services to patients and other related environments, this research specifically aims to identify the influence of patient satisfaction in mediating the quality of services and facilities on the performance of Health Personnel (NAKES) at public clinics in the city of Serang. Human resources are one of the most crucial components in a service at a health clinic, so it is appropriate for health clinics to carry out a mechanism for maintaining human resources by paying attention to service quality and evaluating performance in order to obtain quality health clinic services. This research used a quantitative method with structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis with a sample of 120 patients and families of public clinic patients in Serang City. The research results prove that from the coefficient column there is a significant positive influence between Service Quality and Job Satisfaction, there is a significant positive influence between Facilities and Job Satisfaction, and there is a significant positive influence between Job Satisfaction and Performance. There is a significant positive influence of Service Quality on Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction. There is a significant positive influence of Facilities on Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction. Abstract

Komitmen guru merupakan esksistensi guru pada kemajuan Pendidikan dan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi kepuasan hidup, dan perilaku emosi sebagai predictor pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung antara sikap kolaboratif terhadap kepuasan guru. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey pada guru sekolah dasar sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah menganalisis data responden dan membahas pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabelnya dengan statistic structural equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh sikap kolaboratif terhadap kepuasan hidup; (2) ada pengaruh sikap kolaboratif terhadap perilaku emosi; (3) ada pengaruh sikap kolaboratif terhadap komitmen guru; (4) ada pengaruh kepuasan hidup terhadap komitmen guru; (5) bahwa tidak ada pengaruh perilaku emosi terhadap komitmen; serta (6)  peran mediasi (kepuasan hidup dan perilaku emosi) dapat memediasi secara penuh antara variable independent (sikap kolaboratif) terhadap komitmen guru). Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu komitmen guru dipengaruhi banyak factor seperti sikap kolaboratif, dan kepuasan hidup yang menggambarkan keikhlasan bekerja pada Pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan aplikasi EMIS 4.0 pada Lembaga Non Formal Kementerian Agama Pandeglang sebagai langkah Pengambilan Keputusan pada Program Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 komponen penelitian penerapan EMIS 4.0 pada lembaga non formal, pertama, pengambilan keputusan; kedua, sumber daya manusia; ketiga, pengendalian program kementerian Agama. Data dalam penerapan EMIS 4.0 dilihat dari 3 sub indikator yaitu kategori, ketepatan waktu pengumpulan data, dan aturan dalam proses pengumpulan data ketiga unsur tersebut telah dilakukan dengan cukup baik oleh operator EMIS lembaga non formal. Faktor pendukung penerapan EMIS 4.0 Pertama, peran pimpinan dalam disiplin data lembaga terlaksana dengan baik. Kedua, Pemahaman dalam pendataan di EMIS 4.0, pengelola lembaga cukup memahami tentang EMIS 4.0 bukan hanya pendataan tapi lembaga memahami EMIS 4.0 sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan pada program Kementerian Agama. Pengelolaan EMIS 4.0 yang baik oleh lembaga non formal akan menentukan keaktifan lembaga. Kualitas operator dapat dilihat dari pendataan di EMIS 4.0 dri disiplin pelaksanaannya tiap semester, peningkatan pendidikan kualitas operator lembaga non formal yaitu dengan pelatihan dari Kementerian Agama, serta disiplin lembaga dalam menyajikan data pada 4D (Dukung Dampingi Demi Data).

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a model for marketing staff performance by considering motivation as a mediating variable. The research methodology employed includes a survey conducted among 333 employees of PT Quadra Inti Solusi, with a sample size of 77 respondents. The findings reveal the following: 1) there is no significant impact of marketing staff loyalty on marketing staff performance; 2) social interaction positively influences marketing staff performance; 3) marketing staff loyalty does not significantly affect motivation; 4) work performance has a positive effect on motivation; 5) motivation significantly impacts marketing staff performance; 6) marketing staff loyalty does not influence marketing staff performance through motivation; and 7) work performance positively affects marketing staff performance through motivation.. Conclusion, to improve marketing staff performance, encouragement from leaders and colleagues is needed, and it is important to give awards for employee achievements.

Abstract

The objectives of this Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) activity are (1) To provide legal assistance related to the legal legality of BUMDes in the form of a Notarial Deed and to increase legal understanding, (2) To increase the knowledge and skills of partners in good and correct business and production management. through the application of science and technology, and (3) To increase the role of BUMDes in empowering the community's economy, so that community welfare also increases. To achieve this goal, the service team prepared an activity plan which included 4 (four) stages, namely stage 1 analysis of the situation and conditions of partners, stage 2 preparation and transfer of science and technology, stage 3 training and mentoring and stage 4 evaluation and program sustainability. By using a chronological method, the implementation of this activity can result in increased knowledge and understanding of law, increased knowledge and skills of partners regarding the management and production of BUMDes. This PKM partner is the Tegal Maja Village Government and the manager of the BUMDes "Maja Utama" Tegal Maja Village.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance parents’ role in instilling clean and active lifestyle habits in children in Desa Winong Mancak, Serang Regency. The methods included training, household mentoring, and group discussions conducted in March. Results indicated a significant improvement in parents’ knowledge and awareness of healthy lifestyles, implementation of cleanliness habits at home, and increased physical activity among children. Mentoring and group discussions strengthened parents’ motivation and commitment to maintain healthy habits. This program effectively empowers parents as change agents within families and communities. Recommendations for follow-up include forming parent working groups and continuous support from village authorities to sustain healthy habits with long-term positive impacts

Abstract

Strategically, regional apparatus organizations (OPD) have an important role in the continuity of government, the division of tasks and authority is an effective way to achieve the stated goals. Achieving strategic targets cannot be separated from the employee's performance, so the importance of employee performance in achieving the goals that have been set as a whole by the agency This research was conducted on employees of regional organizations in Serang City with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, career path on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, E-performance assessment on work discipline, career path on discipline work, E-performance assessment of employee performance through work discipline and levels of employee performance through work discipline. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational design with a total population of 3,646 OPD employees in Serang City with sample determination using multiplication of the number of indicators with the highest value on the Likert scale so that the total sample used is 215 employees. The analysis method in this research uses regression analysis with the Smart PLS statistical tool. The results of the H1 test obtained a P-value of 0.199 > 0.05 and a T-Statistics value of 1.283 < 1.96 so that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, the results of the H2 test obtained a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the T-value The statistics are 4.851 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H3 test show a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T-Statistic value of 6.996 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H4 test are obtained The P-value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the T-Statistic value is 7.354 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H5 test show a P-value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a T-Statistic value of 3.182 > 1.96 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of testing H6 get a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T-Statistics of 3.555 > 1.98 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of testing H7 get a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T-Statistics of 4.136 > 1.98 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Work discipline influences employee performance, career level influences performance and work discipline, and E-performance assessment and career level influence employee performance through work discipline. The study's findings indicate that while E-performance assessment has no effect on employee performance, it has a significant impact on work discipline.

Abstract

This study explores the complex dynamics of gender and diversity challenges in compensation management in modern industries. This comprehensive study aims to analyse the structural mechanisms that influence compensation gaps, identify causal factors, and formulate transformative strategies to achieve equity. Through a multidisciplinary methodological approach, the study combines quantitative and qualitative analyses of academic literature and policy documents. Findings reveal that complex factors, including cultural bias, organisational structures, and limited opportunities, influence compensation gaps. The study offers a comprehensive theoretical framework to understand and address compensation inequity, emphasising the importance of multidimensional interventions. Recommendations include the development of gender-responsive audit mechanisms, inclusive capacity-building programs, and organisational culture transformation. The main contribution of this study is the systematic mapping of compensation equity challenges and the provision of a strategic blueprint for organisations and policymakers.

Abstract

This research was conducted on non-Asn employees in Curug District with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment on employee performance, self-regulation on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, work environment on job satisfaction, self-regulation on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction and self-regulation on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational design with a total population of 58 non-ASN employees in Curug District with sample determination using a quota sampling technique, namely the entire population is sampled so that the total sample used is 58 non-ASN employees. The analysis method in this research uses regression analysis with the SmartPls statistical tool. The research results obtained from seven hypotheses, three hypotheses were rejected and four hypotheses were accepted, the conclusion of this research is that work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, self-regulation has no effect on employee performance but has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has no effect on performance through job satisfaction and self-regulation has no effect on performance through job satisfaction
