Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the effectiveness of performance appraisal strategies in increasing employee productivity at Indomaret, Serang City. The research method used is qualitative, with a focus on assessing the performance of Indomaret employees in Serang City. Data was obtained through interviews and observations, as well as referring to various sources such as books, journals, scientific articles and relevant references. Indomaret employee performance assessment was carried out using the Balanced Scorecard, and the research was carried out in November-December in Serang District, Serang City. The research results show that from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes and learning processes, the Balanced Scorecard records a high level of satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that the employee performance assessment at Indomaret Serang City succeeded in meeting the requirements in the assessment and also achieved a high level of satisfaction. The implications of analyzing the effectiveness of this performance appraisal strategy can provide guidance for similar companies in increasing the productivity of their human resources.Keywords: Indomaret, Performance Assessment, Employee Productivity.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi penilaian kinerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di Indomaret Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan fokus mengkaji penilaian kinerja karyawan Indomaret di Kota Serang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta merujuk pada berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan referensi relevan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan Indomaret dilakukan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard, dan penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November-Desember di Kecamatan Serang, Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan proses pembelajaran, Balanced Scorecard mencatat tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kinerja karyawan di Indomaret Kota Serang berhasil memenuhi syarat dalam penilaian dan juga mencapai tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Implikasi dari analisis efektivitas strategi penilaian kinerja ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan sejenis dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia mereka.Kata kunci: Indomaret, Penilaian Kinerja, Produktivitas Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT his research has a purpose to know and test the influence between Competency Assistant Program of Family of Hope (PKH) and UMKM together to increase education of children of PKH participant in District of Ciruas Regency of Serang. While the research method using quantitative research approach. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of simple correlation analysis (r) using SPSS program version 22 obtained value of 0.144, meaning that the closeness of the relationship between variables Competency Assistant PKH and SMEs on Education Children Participant PKH is strong because the value of 0.144> 0.5 and are in the low range ie (0.00 - 0.20). The amount of independent variable contribution is determined by the coefficient of determination and obtained calculation of 14.4%, meaning that the Competency Assistance variable of PKH and UMKM affects the Education of Child Participant PKH 14.4%, and the rest 85.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research model. While the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS program version 22 obtained Fcount value of 12.969 greater than Ftabel of 3.10 and Sig F value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 then there is a significant influence between Competency Assistance PKH and UMKM simultaneously to the Education of Participant Children PKH in Kecamatan Ciruas, Serang regency. Abstract

Industri manufaktur alat berat mengalami disrupsi signifikan akibat akselerasi digitalisasi dan intensifikasi kompetisi global. Kondisi ini mengharuskan konvergensi antara kepemimpinan strategis dengan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk mencapai optimalisasi Performance operasional dalam menghadapi volatilitas pasar dan kompleksitas supply chain. Riset ini bertujuan menganalisis secara empiris korelasi kepemimpinan Transformatif dan implementasi Dashboard Business Intelligence terhadap performansi penjualan dengan Lean Operation sebagai variabel intervening pada salah satu perusahaan manufaktur alat berat di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metodologi penelitian mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan teknik analisis jalur. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial. Instrumen penelitian telah melalui proses validasi dan uji reliabilitas untuk memastikan akurasi pengukuran variabel laten yang diteliti. Temuan empiris mengindikasikan bahwa kepemimpinan Transformatif dan Lean Operation menunjukkan signifikansi statistik terhadap performansi penjualan. Sebaliknya, Dashboard Business Intelligence hanya menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi Lean Operation tanpa efek langsung pada performansi penjualan. Efek mediasi Dasbor BI terhadap performansi penjualan terkonfirmasi melalui implementasi Lean Operation. Implikasi teoritis penelitian ini menegaskan urgensi kepemimpinan Transformatif dalam optimalisasi performansi penjualan melalui pengembangan role model kepemimpinan. Namun demikian, Dashboard Business Intelligence mengalami limitasi efektivitas akibat periode transisi digitalisasi platform yang belum mencapai maturitas optimal dalam organisasi.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan Transformatif, Lean Operation, Dasbor BI, kinerja penjualan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve environmental quality through community assistance in fostering clean living habits and household waste management in Serang City, Banten Province. The main issues faced by the community include low environmental awareness, inconsistent clean living behavior, and suboptimal household waste management practices. The program was conducted for one month in August 2025 using participatory and educational approaches. The methods applied included socialization, training, hands-on assistance, and participatory evaluation. The target participants were households, with the involvement of community leaders and environmental cadres. The results indicate a significant increase in community knowledge and awareness regarding environmental cleanliness and responsible waste management. Behavioral changes were observed, including regular waste segregation, improved neighborhood cleanliness, and increased community participation in collective cleaning activities. The program also contributed to reduced waste accumulation and improved environmental conditions in residential areas. Furthermore, it strengthened social cohesion and collective responsibility for environmental sustainability. This community service activity is expected to serve as a sustainable model that can be replicated in other urban areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy on the performance of culinary micro-enterprises in Serang City, both directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial education as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique using a Likert scale questionnaire. The research sample was determined through a purposive sampling method of culinary micro-SMEs. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy also have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial education. Entrepreneurial education has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance and acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy on MSME performance. These findings indicate that increasing motivation, self-confidence, and the quality of entrepreneurial education simultaneously can strengthen the performance of micro-enterprises in the culinary sector. This study provides theoretical contributions in the development of entrepreneurial behavior models and practical implications for local governments and stakeholders in designing more effective, targeted, and sustainable MSME empowerment programs to increase local economic competitiveness.

Abstract

Persaingan industri manufaktur yang semakin kompetitif menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebagai faktor utama keberhasilan organisasi. PT XYZ menghadapi tantangan terkait kualitas, kuantitas, dan ketepatan waktu hasil kerja karyawan, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya klaim pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh karyawan bagian produksi PT XYZ berjumlah 345 orang dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Sampel sebanyak 185 responden diperoleh melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup daring yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memediasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan inovasi terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai melalui optimalisasi pelatihan, penguatan inovasi, dan peningkatan motivasi kerja secara berkelanjutan, sehingga perusahaan mampu menghadapi tantangan persaingan industri secara efektif.
