Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance, which is often influenced by internal and external organizational factors, such as suboptimal organizational support, suboptimal levels of work engagement, and varying levels of job satisfaction. Employee performance is a crucial factor in supporting the successful achievement of an agency's goals, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that can drive its improvement. The purpose of this study is to strengthen previous empirical findings and provide academic contributions regarding the relationships between variables in the context of public sector organizations. In addition to this primary objective, this study aims to determine the significance of perceived organizational support, job engagement, and job satisfaction on performance. This study employed quantitative methods as its research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees working in the Department of Personnel and Human Resource Development. The data were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hypothesis testing was conducted through construct validity and reliability evaluation, as well as path coefficient analysis to determine the relationships between variables. The research findings indicate that increased job satisfaction is positively and significantly correlated with employee performance. Furthermore, perceived organizational support has been shown to positively impact job satisfaction levels, which in turn plays a role in indirectly driving performance improvement. Meanwhile, job engagement has a significant influence on employee performance, but does not show a significant relationship with job satisfaction, so this variable does not function as a mediator in the relationship between job engagement and performance. Overall, these results confirm the importance of job satisfaction and organizational support as key determinants in improving employee performance. The conclusion of this study confirms that employee performance can be improved through job satisfaction derived from adequate organizational support. While work engagement does impact performance, it is not strong enough to increase job satisfaction. Therefore, organizations need to strengthen tangible support for employees and improve job satisfaction management strategies to drive sustainable productivity and performance.

Abstract

Businesses increasingly face pressure to adopt digital technologies to remain competitive. This study aims to examine the effects of digital leadership and digital transformation readiness on MSME performance, with digital transformation readiness as a mediating variable in MSMEs in Serang City. The study employed a quantitative survey approach. Data were collected from 120 MSMEs using structured questionnaires and analyzed with SEM-PLS. The results showed that digital leadership positively and significantly affects MSME performance and digital transformation readiness. Digital transformation readiness also has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance and serves as a significant mediator between digital leadership and performance. This indicates that enhancing MSME performance depends not only on leaders’ ability to utilize digital technology but also on organizational readiness to integrate it across business processes. The study contributes theoretically to understanding digital leadership and transformation in MSMEs and offers practical guidance for policymakers and business actors to strengthen digital capacity, supporting adaptive and competitive MSME development in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Purpose – This research is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of basic education through effective leadership of school principals and a conducive organizational culture. Public Elementary Schools in Walantaka District, Serang City, face challenges in improving the quality of learning, necessitating the implementation of transformational leadership integrated with a positive organizational culture. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of transformational leadership and organizational culture to improve the quality of education, particularly by strengthening teacher professionalism, learning innovation, and active student involvement. Design/methodology/approach – A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, document analysis, and field observations involving 75 purposively selected participants. Data were analyzed using the six-phase thematic analysis framework (Braun & Clarke, 2006). Findings – The results reveal five main themes: visionary and exemplary leadership, motivational and innovative teaching, individualized professional support, collaborative organizational culture, and positive impact on student engagement. Transformational leadership—through a clear vision, inspirational motivation, individualized attention, and learning innovation—drives significant improvements in teaching quality. Research limitations – This study is limited to theoretical literature analysis and does not involve primary empirical data collection; therefore, causal relationships among variables cannot be statistically verified, and the findings have not been tested on a specific population sample. Implications – A collaborative, disciplined, and professional organizational culture strengthens its impact, resulting in continuous improvement in education quality. The implementation of transformational leadership, supported by a positive organizational culture, contributes significantly to improving the quality of education at State Elementary Schools in the Walantaka District, Serang City. Originality – A unique contextual finding is the role of the local gotong royong (collective cooperation) cultural value as an organic amplifier of leadership effects.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah berperan penting pada kurikulum merdeka, sertifikasi guru, dan prestasi belajar siswa.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran kepala sekolah dalam kurikulum merdeka, sertifikasi guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan 150 responden.  Hasil penelitian antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka. 2) ada pengaruh Kepala Sekolah terhadap sertifikasi guru. 3) ada pengaruh Kepala Sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.  4) ada pengaruh Kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 5) ada pengaruh Kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 6) ada Pengaruh Motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Upaya antisipasi kenakalan siswa di lingkungan sekolah dasar dan mengembangkan pengaruh mediasi lingkungan teradap mental siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey pada guru sekolah dasar sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah menganalisis data responden dan membahas pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabelnya dengan statistic structural equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil peneltian antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh Kesehatan siswa terhadap lingkungan kerja. 2) tidak ada pengaruh Kesehatan siswa terhadap mental siswa. 3) ada pengaruh prestasi siwa terhadap lingkungan sekolah. 4) tidak ada pengaruh prestasi siswa terhadap mental siswa. 5) tidak ada pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap mental siswa. 6)  hasil uji mediasi diperoleh P value 0.287 > 0.05 dan 0.249>0.05 yang artinya terjadinya  mediasi penuh  (Fully mediating). Simpulan, lingkungan kerja dipengaruhi oleh keehatan siswa dan prestasi siswa, maka sekolah perlu menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif seperti mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

Komitmen guru merupakan esksistensi guru pada kemajuan Pendidikan dan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi kepuasan hidup, dan perilaku emosi sebagai predictor pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung antara sikap kolaboratif terhadap kepuasan guru. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey pada guru sekolah dasar sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah menganalisis data responden dan membahas pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabelnya dengan statistic structural equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh sikap kolaboratif terhadap kepuasan hidup; (2) ada pengaruh sikap kolaboratif terhadap perilaku emosi; (3) ada pengaruh sikap kolaboratif terhadap komitmen guru; (4) ada pengaruh kepuasan hidup terhadap komitmen guru; (5) bahwa tidak ada pengaruh perilaku emosi terhadap komitmen; serta (6)  peran mediasi (kepuasan hidup dan perilaku emosi) dapat memediasi secara penuh antara variable independent (sikap kolaboratif) terhadap komitmen guru). Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu komitmen guru dipengaruhi banyak factor seperti sikap kolaboratif, dan kepuasan hidup yang menggambarkan keikhlasan bekerja pada Pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kepuasan hidup melalui peran mediasi lingkungan kerja. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada 200 guru sekolah dasar, dan menganalisis data dengan alat statistitik Structural equation Modelling (SEM) untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung dan tidak lansung antar variabelnya. Hasil penelitian antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Bahagia terhadap lingkungan, kerja. 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Bahagia terhadap pendampingan Kepala Sekolah 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Bahagia terhadap kepuasan hidup guru non-ASN. 4) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan hidup guru non-ASN. 5) Hasil uji mediasi menunjukan pengaruh variabel Bahagia terhadap kepuasan hidup guru non-ASN dengan mediasi lingkungan kerja dengan p-value 0.001< 0.05 yang artinya variable independent mampu memengaruhi variable dependent secara langsung. Simpulan, bahwa kepuasan hidup tidak dapat berdiri sendiri, dan membutuhkan mediasi seperti lingkungan kerja sehingga tercipta rasa Bahagia saat bekerja.

Abstract

Prestasi kerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang diperoleh seseorang pegawai dalam melakukan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi (lingkungan kerja fisik dan kedisiplinan) antara peran kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Jenis metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif melalui metode survey sebagai cara untuk mengumpulkan data responden melalui google form pada guru sekolah dasar, dan dianalisis dengan alat statistic structural equation modelling (SEM) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung pada variabel. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik; (2) tidak ada pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan; (3) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap prestasi kerja guru; serta (4) tidak ada pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah prestasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan fisik yang didukung oleh peran kepala sekolah dengan cara menegakkan kedisiplinan.

Abstract

Kompetensi kepala sekolah dan kompetensi guru merupakan hal penting untuk meningkatkan standar mutu dan iklim organisasi.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan standar mutu Pendidikan, kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru terhadap iklim organisasi dan akreditasi sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui survey pada guru sekolah dasar berjumlah 200 orang dengan alat analisis Structural equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh Kompetensi Kepala sekolah terhadap akreditasi sekolah dasar. 2) ada pengaruh Kompetensi Kepala sekolah terhadap iklim organisasi. 3) Standar ada pengaruh Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap  Standar Mutu. 4)  ada pengaruh Pengaruh standar mutu terhadap akreditasi sekolah dasar. 5) ada Pengaruh Kompetensi guru terhadap akreditasi sekolah dasar. 6) ada Pengaruh Kompetensi guru terhadap  iklim organisasi. 7) ada Pengaruh Pengaruh Kompetensi guru terhadap  standar mutu. 8) Mediasi. Variabel kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru terhadap standar mutu  dengan mediasi akreditasi sekolah dasar, dan kom P value 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya terjadinya  mediasi semu (partially mediating).

Abstract

Manajemen humanis merupakan manajemen yang brsumber dari rasa Bahagia pada setiap anggota kelompok. Tujuan penelitian adalah membangun model manajemen humanis untuk mencapai inovasi kinerja guru dalam rangka membangun lingkungan kerja yang sesuai dengan kepuasan pegawai sehingga tercipta suasana kerja yang nyaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitattif dengan metode survey pada guru sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon. Riset ini memasukan variabel mediasi kepuasan sebagai predictor antara variable independent (kepemimpinan dan pendampingan) terhadap rasa bahagia pada pegawai. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan; (2) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap rasa bahagia; (3) ada pengaruh pendampingan terhadap kepuasan; (4) ada pengaruh pendampingan terhadap rasa bahagia; serta (5) ada kepuasan terhadap rasa bahagia. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat interaksi positif antar variabel penelitian terhadap kepuasan kerja.
