Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to review customer satisfaction at the Cipta Usaha Mandiri Cooperative. Methodology/approach: This research applies a qualitative case study method using service quality to measure customer satisfaction at the Cipta Usaha Mandiri Cooperative. Results/findings: The results of the research and discussion show that one of the indicators of service quality is responsiveness, the importance of employees' willingness and ability to help customers and respond to their requests, so employees must serve customers quickly so that customers feel satisfied and if they are satisfied, customers will return for more information. use the services of the Cipta Usaha Mandiri Cooperative. One indicator of service quality is reliability which refers to discipline, the importance of time discipline in working to increase customer satisfaction because it can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. If employees are disciplined on time when billing customers, the customer will certainly be ready to prepare funds to pay the bill, so that the customer will feel satisfied with the services at the Cipta Usaha Mandiri Cooperative. Limitation: The limitations of this research were that the research time was 3 month and the number of respondents was 20, which was considered insufficient. Contribution: Its contribution is to increase customer satisfaction and increase customer members.

Abstract

Hospitality is an aspect of a very large field of business and includes many access fields of work. Therefore, the hotel does not only function to provide services, but also emphasizes the service aspect. Aspects of supporting hotel services and facilities are important points in creating customer satisfaction in a hotel business, for example the completeness of hotel facilities and the friendliness of room service will be of added value in the eyes of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of room service and hotel facilities on customer satisfaction at V Hotel & Residence Bandung. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. In this study, the variables used are Room Service Quality (X1), Hotel Facilities (X2) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). This research carried out in V Hotel & Residence Bandung, with a total of 100 respondents. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that, the quality of room service (X1) and hotel facilities (X2) partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). This indicates that the quality of room service and hotel facilities can affect customer satisfaction V Hotel & Residence Bandung.

Abstract

Motorcycles are a favorite means of transportation that are chosen by the community, especially because the current level of congestion is very high, so that one alternative is to make it easier and smoother to reach destinations in the city. The growth of motorcycle consumers that continues to fluctuate resulting in many new entrants in various categories. This study aims to obtain data and information regarding product quality and price perceptions, and to determine the extent of their influence on purchasing decisions for Honda BEAT Motorcycles in Cianjur. This study uses quantitative methods and uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an incidental sampling technique approach of 72 people. The research findings found that the variable quality of the product on the Honda BEAT motorcycle can be seen that the score is 305.8. Variable price perception on the Honda BEAT motorcycle can be seen that the results are very good because it reaches a score of 304.25. Variable purchasing decisions for Honda BEAT motorcycles at CV. Supra Jaya Motor Cianjur Dealers can be seen the results are good because they reach a score of 296.4.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study on PD Raharja Cimahi that seeks to analyze how location and promotion influence judgments regarding the purchase of a home, as well as the extent to which these factors have an impact. The sample for this investigation consisted of 68 participants who were selected through the process of probability sampling using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the study findings that the value of R2 is 0.535, which is equivalent to 53.5%, suggests that the findings of this study reveal the influence of location on consumer purchasing decisions. A simultaneous influence on customer purchasing decisions of 0.463%, or 46.3%, is exerted through promotion. The results of the tests on the hypotheses suggest that the elements of location and promotion have a positive impact on the decisions on which products to purchase. The value of R^2, which is 0.535%, reflects this point of view accurately. With a value of R = 20.535, it is possible to deduce that the independent elements in this investigation, namely location and promotion, have an influence on consumer spending decisions that is equivalent to 53.5%. The factors of location and promotion have a large influence on purchase decisions, with an effect size of 53.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining influence comes from factors that were not investigated in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted on inpatients at Kasih Bunda Cimahi General Hospital. This study aims to determine how much influence quality and facilities had on inpatient satisfaction either partially or simultaneously in inpatients at Kasih Bunda Cimahi General Hospital. This study uses a descriptive and associative methodology with a quantitative approach. Inpatients in the Arjuna, Nakula, Shinta, and Bima rooms became the unit of analysis for this study. The sample for this study consisted of ninety respondents. By using stratified random sampling, this study used a systematic random sampling method. In addition to verifying the validity and reliability of research tools, the analytical approach uses multiple linear regression analysis. According to research findings, service quality has a partial effect of 12.01% on inpatient satisfaction, while facilities have a partial effect of 19.01%. Nevertheless, the total effect is only 31%. To further increase customer satisfaction, the hospital will provide outreach to all divisions related to hospital services.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan organisasi yang ada di desa dan dijalankan sama aparatur desa dan penduduk desa dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian di desa dan dibuat berlandaskan kepentingan dan kemampuan masyarakat desa. Pengumpulan informasi atas penelitian ini dari hasil pengamatan, Tanya jawab, juga pengumpulan riset. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di desa Banding Agung, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Dari itu peneliti terdorong melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Fungsi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Desa” yang akan dilaksanakan pada BUMDes Batara yang ada di desa Banding Agung, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas fungsi BUMDes Banding Agung dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Dari hasil penelitian BUMDes Batara desa Banding Agung membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan memperkuat ekonomi desa dengan menggabungkan barang dan jasa dari komunitas dengan layanan perbankan. Mereka juga memproduksi barang-barang seperti tempat penampungan air bersih dan toilet umum. BUMDes membantu memasarkan produk desa. Mereka menyediakan pelatihan, dukungan, dan jaringan pasar untuk bisnis lokal. BUMDes juga membantu masyarakat umum dengan menyediakan layanan kesehatan dan meningkatkan keuntungan finansial dari sumber daya budaya, keagamaan, dan alam.

Abstract

Pelatihan “Langkah Unggul: Meningkatkan Keterampilan Penulisan Akademik Mahasiswa Melalui Optimalisasi penggunaan Aplikasi Penunjang Penelitian” diharapkan dapat dijadikan solusi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa khususnya dalam membuat artikel jurnal penelitian secara lebih cepat serta berkualitas. Adapun fokus pelatihannya adalah peningkatan kapasitas pemahaman sistematika penulisan jurnal ilmiah, peningkatan pemahaman kegunaan aplikasi penunjang dalam pembuatan artikel ilmiah, serta peningkatan keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi penunjang dalam pembuatan artikel ilmiah. Peserta pelatihan akan diberikan materi terkait dengan strategi: membuat judul, membuat abstrak, membuat pendahuluan, memilih metode, memaparkan hasil, melakukan pembahasan, sampai dengan menarik kesimpulan. Selain itu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan aplikasi penunjang maka dijelaskan secara konsep dan teknis bagaimana menggunakan aplikasi untuk mencari ide, mencari gap penelitian dengan aplikasi, memperbaiki grammer tulisan berbahasa Inggris, membuatkan ringkasan dari artikel jurnal dengan aplikasi,dst.Abdimas ini mendukung program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDGs adalah rencana aksi pembangunan global yang telah disetujui oleh para pemimpin dunia untuk mengakhiri kemiskinan, mengurangi kesenjangan, dan melindungi lingkungan. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan abdimas ini salah satunya adalah terwujudnya pendidikan berkualitas sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan manusia secara global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait perangkat pembelajaran yangdikembangkan melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan untuk mengetahui permasalahan apasaja yang dihadapi oleh guru saat mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran melalui model inkuiri terbimbing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dimana data dibuat dalam bentuk persentase. Sampel penelitian 10 orang guru IPA Biologi yang berasal dari 5 SMP di Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kurangnya pemahaman guru terkait perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri (Silabus, RPP, Handout, LKPD, Media dan Evaluasi) terbimbing dan banyaknya masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran IPA Biologi mulai dari Silabus, RPP, Handout, LKPD, Media dan Evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa 70% guru pemahaman terkait perangkat pembelajaran masuk dalam kategori kurang dan 75% guru mengalami permasalahan pada saat mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa perlunya mengadakan sosialisasi dan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing IPA Biologi SMP.Kata Kunci: Analisis, Guru, Perangkat Pembelajaran, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Biologi

Abstract

Purpose: To determine the influence of improvement and motivation on the performance of Diskominfotik employees in the West Bandung Regency. Research methodology: The research instrument uses a questionnaire, the research method uses descriptive and associative methods, the application uses SPSS 25, and the survey used in this study uses a method of distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Results: The results show that Compensation and motivation affect employee performance by 53.4%. Limitations: The variables estimated to have a relationship with the dependent variable are only connected in the conceptual framework of this study. Therefore, this conceptual framework does not include variables that may not have been included. Contribution: This study provides an overview of the West Bandung Regency Diskominfotik in making policies in terms of resolution and motivation.

Abstract

Implementation of the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm in the classification of CAR Car company engine performance using RapidMiner software. The company's engine performance is a very important aspect in the automotive industry that greatly affects operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As an effort to monitor and improve engine performance, classification is an important key to identify machines that are feasible and require repair. The dataset used is a generated dataset from the AI Chat GPT bot whose prompts have been adapted to the research needs. The k-NN algorithm was chosen due to its ability to produce accurate predictions. The k-NN classification method utilizes training and testing data and calculates the distance between the data to determine the appropriate class. The results of this study show excellent performance in terms of accuracy, precision, and recall. The highest accuracy is 90.62% at the value of k = 2. The highest precision and recall are 100% and 93.75% at the values of k = 2, k = 4, and k = 7.
