Abstract

Abstract. To increase the production of small industry enterprise (home industry) necessary to study and application of appropriate technology (TTG), as an example in household herbal medicine manufacturers. One of the production process is a process that is often a constraint extortion because the process is quite heavy if done manually. In this research, the assessment process is the process of designing a squeeze with centrifugal system. The method used is to do field studies, designing process and analyze theoretically. At the final stage of trials conducted within three (3) conditions that combine the tilt angle of the walls of the filter (extortion) with the amount of rotation. From the tests obtained optimal value tilt angle of the walls of the filter is 680 to 620 rpm rotation, because in this position grater herbal ingredients can be squeezed to the maximum (dryness level) is 96% with the time it takes to lift the dregs fast enough that 21 minutes and the volume filtering is 0.0079 m3 with filtering effectiveness of the prototype is at 72.1%.Keyword: slope of the filter wall, rpm, optimization of extortion, herbal ingredients

Abstract

Abstract. Household Enterprises variety of chips made from cassava, sweet potatoes, bananas, taro and suweg and assorted tubers have grown in the village Wonodadi Kulon, District Ngadirojo, Pacitan, it is necessary to get a touch of appropriate technologies ( TTG ) to assist its production capacity. During this process still done manually with production capacity of about 20-30 packs per week for each craftsman. While the demand reached 30-50 packs per day. Similarly, the management system is carried out is still very simple, do not engage in the production of the records so it is not known whether profit or loss. This effort is still regarded as a sideline, so do not do it at the time rare spare time, but from the business side is very promising. Under these conditions, IBM team to try to help the mothers to provide some activities ie manufacturing machine (TTG) that capable to increase production capacity to 50 kg/h. Provide guidance on the management of the business so that the business of this chips can be one of the livelihood of the local women.Keywords: production capacity, TTG chips slicer materials, business management

Abstract

chips Household Industry in Wonodadi Kulon-Pacitan village has a good prospect, it is because in the area and its surroundings have quite abundant raw materials. Long enough household businesses was developed by a group of villagers, but the development of this business is still very slow, it is possible because the business is run as a sideline. With a variety of approaches and provides an insight into this business opportunity, through IbM program, partners started running this business more seriously, and to make this effort as part of family activities for their livelihood. The group wants to spread to a wider market, then the team IbM provide assistance in terms of business management, financial and marketing. On the other hand, the team IbM provide additional technology is the method of cooking vacuum (vacuum frying). This technology is appropriate given with respect to the amount of fruit that has a fairly expensive price such as mango, pineapple, papaya, durian and bark generated this area. With the harvest is abundant and it price is cheap, then the partner is expected to help farmers to receive the crops which is then processed into fruit chips which have a higher selling price. To support the sales and make consumers more interested, then the appearance of the product to be one of arable IbM team. Therefore, IbM team gave a training to make packaging labels. Similarly, in order to products marketed accountable, trustworthy, and safe for consumption, then the team IbM assisting partners to do an assessment and permits PIRT.Keywords: Chips Industrial, Vacuum Frying Machine, Label Products, PIRT

Abstract

Program nasional gerakan menanam tanaman di lahan kosong dalam rangka mewujudkan ketahanan pangan, kemandirian pangan dan kedaulatan pangan sudah dicanangkan sejak 2015 dan setiap warga dilingkungan masyarakat diharapkan dapat berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Masyarakat di lingkungan RT.06 RW.02 Perumahan Sukolilo Park Regency dapat melaksanakan program tersebut demi mewujudkan ketahanan pangan, kamandirian dan kedaulatan pangan. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pemanfaatan lahan kosong jarang ada perhatian sehingga banyak ditumbuhi rumput, semak belukar yang menjadi tidak indah untuk dipandang bahkan sayang jika tidak bisa memberikan manfaat lebih yang bisa meningkatkan nilai ekonomi, pengetahuan dan wawasan bagi warga masyarakat sekitar perumahan. Hidroponik dianggap menjadi solusi pertanian bagi masyarakat dan kaum milenial. Hidroponik merupakan solusi pertanian bagi masyarakat perkotaan dan sangat membuka peluang dan kesempatan bagi kaum milenial tanpa harus menggunakan media tanah. Solusi Hidroponik akan menjadi program Kampung Mandiri di Lingkungan RT.06 RW.02 Perumahan Sukolilo Park Regency Surabaya. Solusi Hidroponik akhirnya dilaksanakan dengan kerjasama warga dilingkungan RT.06 RW.02 Perum Sukolilo Park Regency dengan dikomandani oleh Ketua RT setempat, mulai dari persiapan tempat, wadah, pembibitan, pemeliharaan pertumbuhan tanaman sampai dengan panen dibutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 1bulan. Adapun tanaman sayuran yang dibudidayakan secara hidroponik adalah tanaman kangkung.

Abstract

The transmission system distributes electricity from power plants to substations before reaching consumers. During this process, obstacles such as power loss and voltage regulation occur, which must meet specific standards to prevent equipment damage. Power loss can result from factors like corona effects and insulator leakage. This study aims to analyze power loss and voltage regulation based on daily peak load data at 14:00 over 15 days, recording current and voltage values on the extra-high voltage Krian-Grati transmission network. This system uses ACSR Gannet conductors with a cross-sectional area of 392.84 mm² and a length of 79.41 km, having a resistance of 0.00086 Ω/km. Manual calculations for short transmission lines show a voltage difference between sending and receiving ends, with the sending voltage being slightly higher due to reactance, preventing a drastic voltage drop. Over 15 days in December 2024, voltage regulation did not exceed the standard maximum of <10%, with the highest recorded value at 4.7%. The highest power loss occurred on day 7 at 0.089 MW, while the lowest was on day 9 at 0.023 MW. The total power loss over 15 days reached 1.024 MW, with a daily average of 0.068 MW.

Abstract

Abstrak: Buah mangrove belum banyak yang mengetahui dan memanfaatkan potensinya menjadi suatu produk olahan. Kelompok masyarakat Poklahsar raji Pandawa dan Pokmaswas Reng Paseser memiliki keinginan untuk mengolah mangrove menjadi produk olahan yang bernilai jual namun masih terkendala di aspek teknologi. Tujuan kegiatan abdimas yaitu memberikan teknologi tepat guna dan pemahaman pengolahan kopi dan sirup mangrove sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir yang sbelumnya hanya bertumpu pada perikanan tangkap. Keiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan sosialisai, pelatihan, pengukuran hasil pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang telah dicapai terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dalam penggunaan Teknologi Tepat Guna pada 20 orang mitra. Pemahaman Teknologi Tepat Guna pengolahan mangrove ini yaitu pada aspek pengetahuan pengoperasian alat pemeras mangrove dan alat sangrai masing – masing meningkat 50% sedangkan pada aspek pengetahuan tahapan proses pengolahan kopi mangrove sejumlah 35% dan peningkatan pengetahuan proses pengolahan sirup mangrove sejumlah 20%.Abstract: People do not know the potential of mangrove fruit as a food productThe Poklahsar Raji Pandawa and Pokmaswas Reng Paseser community groups have the desire to process mangroves into marketable food products but are still hampered by technological aspects. The aim of community service activities is to provide appropriate technology and understanding of coffee and mangrove syrup processing as an effort to increase the income of coastal communities which previously only relied on fishing. Activities are carried out in the stages of socialization, training, measuring training results, monitoring and evaluation. The results that have been achieved are an increase in understanding in the use of Appropriate Technology among 20 partners. Understanding Appropriate Technology for mangrove processing, namely in the aspect of knowledge of the operation of mangrove pressing tools and roasting equipment, each increased by 50%, while in the aspect of the stages of knowledge of the mangrove coffee processing process it was 35% and the increase in knowledge of the mangrove syrup processing process was 20%.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a car mat manufacturing company in Surabaya facing challenges due to sharp, fluctuating client demands and uncertainties in material procurement. The bullwhip effect occurring within the company poses a high risk of raw material overstock mat, as well as stockout risks that can cause production downtime. This study aims to measure the existing bullwhip effect value, analyze material handling, and compare the effectiveness of quantitative forecasting methods under the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) framework. Initial identification confirmed demand amplification, with bullwhip effect values of 1.349 in 2024 and 1.183 in 2025. Based on comparative accuracy testing for projecting the next 12 months' demand, the ARIMA (2,0,0) model was selected as the optimal method as it produced the minimum error value, with a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 2118.37 and a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 7.93%. Utilizing this selected model, inventory control planning can be optimized, establishing the safety stock after forecasting at 3,978 units with a constant 1-month lead time.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan bahan alam sebagai penguat komposit tanah liat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas bata ekspos yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi fraksi serat sabut kelapa dan serat bambu dengan filler abu sekam padi terhadap sifat fisik dan mekanik komposit tanah liat sebagai bahan alternatif bata ekspos. Komposisi matriks–penguat divariasikan sebesar 95%:5%, 92,5%:7,5%, 90%:10%, 87,5%:12,5%, dan 85%:15%, sedangkan perbandingan serat kelapa, serat bambu, dan abu sekam padi dijaga konstan sebesar 40%:40%:20% dari total penguat. Serat kelapa sepanjang 1 cm, serat bambu 2 cm, dan abu sekam padi berukuran 80–100 mesh dicampur secara manual selama 10 menit, kemudian dicetak pada tekanan 50 bar selama 1 menit, dikeringkan hingga massa konstan, dan dibakar pada suhu 600°C selama 5 jam. Karakterisasi meliputi pengujian densitas, porositas, kuat tarik, kuat tekan, serta pengamatan mikrostruktur menggunakan SEM. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan adanya komposisi optimum yang mampu meningkatkan kekuatan mekanik dan mengendalikan porositas bata ekspos. Temuan ini berpotensi mendukung pengembangan material bangunan berbasis sumber daya lokal yang lebih berkelanjutan dan bernilai tambah.

Abstract

Kabupaten Asmat bekerjasama dengan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum, dengan usulan dari Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak merencanakan Pembangunan Ruang Bermain Ramah Anak sebagai komitmen untuk menyediakan infrastruktur yang mendukung perkembangan anak, agar anak-anak Asmat dapat bermain dengan aman dan menyenangkan, serta mendukung hak-hak dasar mereka. Pembangunan Ruang Bermain Ramah Anak direncanakan di kawasan alun-alun kota, Lapangan Yos Sudarso Distrik Agats merupakan salah satu ikon kota yang memiliki peran penting sebagai pusat kegiatan publik dan simbol pembangunan daerah. Melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang diadakan, lapangan ini menjadi sarana bagi pemerintah daerah untuk menanamkan jiwa dan semangat nasionalisme kepada masyarakat. Karakteristik Ruang Bermain Ramah Anak adalah tempat yang aman, nyaman, inklusif dan mendukung perkembangan optimal anak, dengan ciri-ciri seperti 1) keamanan fisik berupa alat bermain aman, pagar, CCTV, 2) kenyamanan meliputi bebas asap rokok, pencahayaan baik, toilet anak, 3) aksesibilitas meliputi mudah dijangkau, gratis, untuk disabilitas serta 4) fasilitas pendukung meliputi P3K, pengawas terlatih, tempat sampah, jalur evakuasi yang bebas diskriminasi dan mendorong kreativitas serta interaksi sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi Tip Nozzle airless spray terhadap ketebalan lapisan (Wet Film Thickness (WFT) dan Dry Film Thickness (DFT)), efisiensi penggunaan material coating melalui parameter Material Usage Rate (MUR) dan Film Thickness Utilization Index (FTUI), serta hubungan antara WFT dan DFT pada aplikasi epoxy coating Interseal 670HS pada material H-Beam SS400. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan tiga variasi Tip Nozzle, yaitu 217, 219, dan 517, sedangkan parameter penyemprotan seperti tekanan, jarak semprot, sudut aplikasi, operator, dan kondisi lingkungan dijaga konstan. Pengukuran WFT dilakukan menggunakan Wet Film Comb Gauge, sedangkan DFT diukur menggunakan coating thickness gauge. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk, Levene's Test, One-Way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney U, serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi Tip Nozzle tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap WFT (p = 0,578), tetapi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap DFT (p = 0,038). Tip Nozzle 517 menghasilkan rata-rata WFT dan DFT tertinggi, sedangkan Tip Nozzle 217 menghasilkan DFT yang paling mendekati target 150 µm. Analisis efisiensi menunjukkan bahwa Tip Nozzle 219 memiliki nilai MUR tertinggi sebesar 47,8% dan efisiensi penggunaan cat sebesar 2,80 m²/L sehingga menjadi variasi nozzle yang paling efisien. Analisis regresi menunjukkan hubungan linier positif antara WFT dan DFT dengan persamaan DFT = 107,475 + 0,284(WFT), nilai koefisien korelasi R = 0,689, koefisien determinasi R² = 0,475, serta signifikansi p < 0,001, yang menunjukkan bahwa WFT berpengaruh nyata terhadap DFT. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam pemilihan Tip Nozzle untuk memperoleh ketebalan lapisan yang memenuhi spesifikasi dengan penggunaan material coating yang lebih efisien.
