Abstract

Motivasi adalah peran penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan ialah pemberian kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kompensasi pada Kemenko PMK Bagian Biro Umum Dan Sumber Daya Manusia. Data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan divisi Biro Umum Dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kemenko PMK. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi terhadap kompensasi yang ditunjukkan dari uji thitung sebesar 3.279 > > ttabel 2.003  dengan signifikan 0.002. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kinerja karyawan terhadap kompensasi yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji Thitung sebesar 4.190 > ttabel2.003 dengan signifikansi 0.000. Dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara motivasi dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kompensasi yang ditunjukkan dari hasil Fhitung 119.365 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 80% sedangkan sisanya 20% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.   Motivation is an important role that influences employee performance. One thing that can influence employee motivation and performance is compensation. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of employee motivation and performance on compensation at the Coordinating Ministry for PMK, General Bureau and Human Resources Division. The data used is quantitative using primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the General Bureau and Human Resources division of the Coordinating Ministry for PMK. The population of this study was 60 people using a non-probability sampling method using a saturated sample. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and partially significant influence between motivation and compensation as shown by the t-test of 3.279 > ttable 2.003 with a significance of 0.002. There is a positive and partially significant influence between employee performance on compensation as shown by the T-test results of 4.190 > ttable 2.003 with a significance of 0.000. And there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between employee motivation and performance on compensation as shown by the Fcount result of 119.365 with a significance value of 0.000. The adjusted R Square value is 80%, while the remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to examine the relationship between anxiety and emotion regulation with emotional eating among final-year students. A quantitative correlational design was employed with a sample of 111 final-year students from one public and one private university in Surabaya, selected using purposive sampling, with the sample size determined through an a priori analysis using G*Power. The instruments used were the Anxiety Scale, the modified Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, and the modified Dutch Eating Behaviour Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that anxiety and emotion regulation were simultaneously significantly associated with emotional eating (F = 28.868; R² = 0.348). Partially, anxiety was positively associated (t = 2.365; p = 0.010), whereas emotion regulation was negatively associated with emotional eating (t = −3.067; p = 0.003). These findings highlight the importance of anxiety management and strengthening emotion regulation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dan regulasi emosi dengan emotional eating pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel 111 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari satu universitas negeri dan satu universitas swasta di Surabaya yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan melalui analisis a priori menggunakan program G*Power. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Skala Kecemasan, Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, dan Dutch Eating Behaviour Questionnaire yang telah dimodifikasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan dan regulasi emosi secara simultan berhubungan signifikan dengan emotional eating (F = 28,868; R² = 0,348). Secara parsial, kecemasan berhubungan positif dengan emotional eating (t = 2,365; p = 0,010) dan regulasi emosi berhubungan negatif dengan emotional eating (t = −3,067; p = 0,003). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan kecemasan dan regulasi emosi.

Abstract

Fish farming has increased significantly compared to capture fisheries due to overfishing and the excessive exploitation of wild fish resources. However, the intensification of aquaculture systems is often followed by the emergence of various diseases, including ectoparasite infestations. Ectoparasites are important pathogens that can reduce fish productivity and health status. Their presence may cause clinical symptoms such as wounds and hemorrhages on the skin and gills, respiratory disorders, abnormal swimming behavior, and even mortality in fish. This study aimed to identify and inventory the types of ectoparasites infesting cultured fish at the Center for Aquaculture Technology Development (BPTPB) Cangkringan, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta, and to determine their prevalence and intensity levels. The research applied a descriptive method through field observations and microscopic examinations, with scraping techniques performed on the skin, fins, and gills of fish. A total of 85 fish samples were examined, consisting of tilapia (n=20), carp (n=21), koi (n=24), and catfish (n=20). The results revealed six ectoparasite taxa infecting cultured fish: Trichodina, Gyrodactylus, Dactylogyrus, Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Myxobolus, and Epistylis. Among these, Trichodina showed the highest prevalence and intensity, reaching 100% prevalence with an intensity of 840.5 parasite individuals per fish. In contrast, the lowest values were recorded for Gyrodactylus, with a prevalence of 4.76% and an intensity of 1 parasite individual per fish. These findings indicate the need for effective fish health management and parasite control strategies to prevent infections that may reduce aquaculture productivity.

Abstract

Fungal infections in shrimp are one of the main challenges in shrimp farming activities that have the potential to reduce productivity levels and crop quality. Fungi are known as opportunistic microorganisms that can cause serious problems, especially when pond environmental conditions are not supportive. Fungal attacks generally occur when shrimp experience physiological stress due to temperature fluctuations, changes in salinity, decreased water quality, or excessively high stocking densities. This study was conducted to identify and characterize the types of fungi associated with shrimp ponds in three main cultivation areas in East Java, namely Banyuwangi, Jember, and Gresik. The fungal isolation process was carried out using Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) media and incubated at 27°C. Morphological identification was carried out by observing the characteristics of colonies, the shape and color of hyphae, and the structure of conidia. The results of the observations obtained were 6 fungal isolates divided into two main groups, namely yeast including Candida sp., Rhodotorula sp., and Brettanomyces sp. The most commonly found mold species were Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Aspergillus niger. The results of this study demonstrate the potential of fungal probiotics in shrimp farming ecosystems and serve as a basis for developing disease prevention strategies for whiteleg shrimp in East Java's shrimp ponds.

Abstract

Ikan pogot (Odonus niger dan Melichthys niger) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan karang yang ditemukan di perairan Selat Bali, Indonesia. Ikan ini memiliki potensi untuk dibudidayakan, namun rentan terhadap infeksi parasit yang dapat memengaruhi kualitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi parasit yang menginfeksi ikan pogot sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pembudidaya dalam pencegahan dan penanganan. Sebanyak 48 ekor ikan pogot ditangkap dari perairan Selat Bali dan diperiksa secara makroskopis serta mikroskopis menggunakan teknik scraping dan biopsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tiga jenis parasit, yaitu Chilodonella sp., Diplectanum sp., dan Neoechinorhynchus sp., dengan Diplectanum sp. sebagai jenis yang paling dominan dan terdeteksi pada insang ikan. Gejala klinis yang muncul pada ikan terinfeksi meliputi kesulitan bernapas serta perubahan warna insang menjadi pucat. Analisis prevalensi dan intensitas menunjukkan bahwa Diplectanum sp. pada O. niger memiliki prevalensi 30% (umum) dengan intensitas 0,14 ind/ekor (sangat rendah), sedangkan pada M. niger prevalensinya 20% (sering) dengan intensitas 0,2 ind/ekor (sangat rendah). Neoechinorhynchus sp. hanya ditemukan pada M. niger dengan prevalensi 12% (sering) dan intensitas 0,33 ind/ekor (sangat rendah). Sementara itu, O. niger juga terinfeksi dengan prevalensi 17% (sering) dan intensitas 0,25 ind/ekor (sangat rendah). Temuan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa infeksi parasit pada ikan pogot di Selat Bali tergolong rendah, namun tetap perlu diwaspadai karena berpotensi memengaruhi kesehatan ikan dan keberhasilan budidaya.
