Abstract

Background: Recent technological advancements in smartphones, including 5G connectivity, AI-enhanced cameras, foldable screens, and improved biometric security, have notably transformed the telecommunications sector.Purpose: This research examines the impact of these innovations on the sales growth of mobile phone products at Atlantic Cell stores in Bandung.Design/methodology/approach: Using quantitative analysis, we collected sales data before and after the launch of the latest smartphone models, applying statistical techniques such as regression analysis and paired t-tests.Findings/Result: Our results show that sales of 5G-enabled smartphones increased by 12%, foldable phones by 7%, and AI-powered cameras contributed to a 9% growth. This indicates a strong relationship between technological innovations and shifts in consumer purchasing behavior.Conclusion: The findings highlight the importance for industry stakeholders, particularly retailers like Atlantic Cell, to stay aligned with emerging technological trends to remain competitive. By offering products that incorporate the latest innovations, businesses can enhance sales growth and ensure long-term success in a rapidly changing market.Originality/value (State of the art): This study emphasizes the necessity of continuously adapting to technological advancements to thrive in the competitive landscape of mobile phones. Abstract

The creative industry also has a fast-paced work dynamic and a constant demand for innovation, requiring employees to always be creative and productive, often at the expense of work-life balance, where the boundaries between work time and personal time become blurred. Employees who experience high levels of stress and struggle to maintain work-life balance tend to have a higher turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and work-life balance on turnover intention among employees of PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative method and a saturated sample, with a total of 75 respondents consisting of employees of PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire containing questions related to job stress, work-life balance, and turnover intention. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, multicollinearity test, t-test, F-test, as well as correlation and determination tests using SPSS Version 26 software. The results indicate that job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, work-life balance does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, suggesting that maintaining a balance between work and personal life can reduce employees' desire to change jobs. Overall, both factors have a significant influence on employees' turnover intention at PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia. This study recommends that PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia enhance policies to reduce job stress and pay more attention to employees' work-life balance to lower turnover intention rates. Abstract

The shift in consumer behavior toward purchasing skincare products through e-commerce platforms presents challenges for companies in determining the most effective digital marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers, e-advertisement, and e-service quality on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through an online questionnaire. The population of this study consisted of consumers who had purchased Goddesskin by Athena products through the Official Online Store on Shopee, with a total sample of 140 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the three independent variables—celebrity endorsers, e-advertisement, and e-service quality—have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these variables also contribute significantly to consumers’ decisions to purchase the product. These findings suggest that effective digital marketing strategies involving public figures, engaging online promotions, and quality online services can increase consumer purchasing tendencies for skincare products in the e-commerce environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technostress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance on employee performance at LLDIKTI Region II. A quantitative approach was used with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 60 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 27. The results show that technostress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Among these, work-life balance has the greatest influence, followed by self-efficacy and technostress. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 53.1% indicates that these three variables explain more than half of the variation in employee performance. These findings imply that in facing digital transformation, LLDIKTI Region II needs to pay special attention to the factors affecting employee performance, particularly in managing technostress and enhancing self-efficacy. Practical recommendations for LLDIKTI Region II include providing regular technology training, implementing mentorship programs for senior employees, and offering self-efficacy enhancement programs through coaching and mentoring. Additionally, adopting flexible work policies is crucial to support employees’ work-life balance, ensuring optimal productivity in a dynamic digital work environment.

Abstract

Today eco-friendly rice farming system becomes interesting agribusiness among farmers, traders and regulators. The use of organic fertilizers as one of eco-friendly components in rice farming system is still low. In some rice production center the farmers of organic rice farming system looks higher than non-organic farmers. The question is: is there any difference among farmers whom use organic, semi-organic and inorganic fertilizers statistically? This research aims to know the difference of rice farmer income (organic and inorganic fertilizer) in East Ogan Komering Ulu (EastOKU), South Sumatra. The method used in this research is comparative analysis (independent t-test). The sample farmers are classified into the three clusters. The research shows that the contribution fertilizer cost from semi-organic farming is higher than full organic and inorganic farming. On the other side, t-test result shows that there is no different income among three kinds of using fertilizer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Mobil 88 Palembang Branch. The data in this study are primary and secondary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The number of respondents in this study were 35 respondents. The analytical method applied in this study is the analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction employee performance is also proven to have a positive effect on job satisfaction . The results of this study are expected to be useful for Mobil 88 Palembang Branch to improve employee performance through motivation and job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan tabungan petani untuk menanggung biaya peremajaan karetnya. Pengumpulan data primer secara acak dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai Nopember 2015 dengan mewawancara sebanyak 120 petani responden pada di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tabungan petani tradisional dan maju mampu membiayai peremajaan kebun karetnya karena hanya sekitar 8% dari tabungan petani per tahun Kata Kunci; Kata kunci : Analisis ekonomi,tabungan petani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengeluaran rumah tangga petani. Pengumpulan data primer secara acak dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2016 dengan mewawancara sebanyak 60 petani responden pada 6 desa sebagai perwakilan dari Kabupaten Banyuasin di Sumatera Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengeluaran rumah tangga petani berpengaruh positif, terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani, jumlah keluarga dan peremajaan karet dan pengaruh negatif terhadap tabungan rumah tangga, pendidikan formal dan pengeluaran konsumsi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Awareness, Brand association, perceived quality, Brand loyalty terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Tbk. Cabang Palembang, secara parsial dan secara bersama terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Cabang Palembang. Didisain menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan sampel sebanyak 92 nasabah yang diambil dari 1126 nasabah dengan menggunakan Teknik Sloven. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik kuesioner dan data diolah dengan tools analisis SPSS 22.Melalui uji hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa Brand awareness tidak dapat memengaruhi Loyalitas Pelangan dengan P 0,152>0,05 dan t. hitung 1.445<t.tabel 1.9839, terdapat pengaruh perceived quality terhadap loyalitas pelangan dengan signifikansi 0.038<0,05 dan t.-hitung 1.998>t-tabel 1.9839, Brand loyalty berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelangan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,026<0,05 dan t. hitung 2.219>t.tabel 1.9839, brans association memengaruhi loyalitas merk dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,00<0,05 dan t hitung 3.699> t.tabel 1.9838, dan Brand Awareness,Brand association, perceived quality, Brand loyalty berpengaruh terhadap loyalitasnasabah Bank Panin Dubai Syariahsignifikansi 0,00<0,05 dan F hitung 7,655> F.tabel 2.700. Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion of Consumer Satisfaction in Palembang City (Consumer Case Study of Grab) Palembang. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion together and partially on Consumer Satisfaction as well as to determine the effect of variables that have the most significant effect on Grab Palembang Customer Satisfaction. This research method uses the multiple regresssion model method which is a research design that will reveal the collective influence of the independent variable on one dependent variable. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires and data from Grab consumers directly. The total population is 3262 respondents and the sample is 256 respondents from consumers who use services from Grab. The results of the study show that the Consumer Decision partially has three influential variables, namely Price, Service, and Temporary Promotion Brand Image is not too influential on Consumer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously the four variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction Grab Palembang. This is evidenced by regression analysis on variables Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Brand Image, Price, Service, Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction.
