Abstract

Ketuban pecah dini (KPD) menyebabkan infeksi ibu, sedangkan infeksi sendiri merupakan penyebab ketiga kematian pada ibu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kejadian KPD pada ibu bersalin di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan analitik observasional rancangan kasus-kontrol, dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi penelitian seluruh ibu bersalin dengan KPD sebanyak 225 ibu. Sampel ibu bersalin dengan KPD (kasus) sebanyak 144 ibu secara purposive sampling dan ibu bersalin tanpa KPD (kontrol) sebanyak 144 secara systematic random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengumpul data dan rekam medis pasien. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian, kejadian KPD di RSUD Panembahan Senopati berhubungan dengan beberapa faktor meliputi 1) faktor umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 102 ibu (70,8%) dengan p-value 0,018 dan OR 1,96; 2) faktor usia kehamilan pre-term (<37 minggu) sebanyak 112 ibu (77,8%) dengan p-value 0,048 dan OR 1,84; 3) faktor riwayat KPD sebelumnya hanya berjumlah 13 ibu (9,0) % paling banyak dialami oleh ibu tanpa riwayat KPD sebelumnya sebanyak 131 ibu (91,0) dengan p-value 0,024 dan OR 3,47; 4) faktor pekerjaan, ibu yang bekerja yaitu sebanyak 90 ibu (62,5%) dengan p-value 0,01 dan OR 1,51; dan 5) faktor penyulit, malpresentasi dan malposisi sebanyak 125 ibu (86,8%) dengan p-value 0,00 dan OR 7,56. Kesimpulannya jumlah kejadian KPD yang tinggi pada ibu umur produktif yaitu umur 20-35 tahun dengan usia kehamilan preterm (<37 minggu), disertai dengan riwayat KPD sebelumnya dan penyulit malpresentasi/ malposisi, sebagian besar ibu adalah pekerja. Disarankan menyusun SOP deteksi dini kejadian KPD dan upaya promosi kesehatan mengenai faktor penyebab kejadian KPD.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kurangnya pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi tentang seksualitas pada remaja dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kehamilan tidak diinginkan (KTD), aborsi, dan penyakit menular seksual (PMS) pada remaja. Data Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) tahun 2013 sebanyak 41,8% remaja melakukan aktivitas seksual pranikah. Modul multimedia sebagai salahsatu alternatif media yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemanfaatan modul multimedia pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang seksualitas. Metode: Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 417 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Depok yang berjumlah 80 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan multimedia dan kuesioner yang dikembangkan peneliti. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji GLM dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji manova. Hasil: Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan adanya peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah pemanfaatan multimedia dengan selisih 10,53poin pada variabel pengetahuan dan 12.3 pada variabel sikap. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan (pre-post) menggunakan multimedia (F=5149.22; Sig=0,00; Partial Eta=98%) dan sikap menunjukan (F=461.52; Sig=0.00; Partial Eta=85%). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang seksualitas menggunakan multimedia (F=5576.18; Sig=0.00). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemanfaatan modul multimedia pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang seksualitas. Modul multimedia dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada remaja yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh remaja, guru penanggungjawab upaya kesehatan sekolah dan tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing the effect of the Virtual Instrument System Laboratory (Vis-Lab) to enhance technological literacy and problem-solving skills among junior high school students. This type of research can be categorized as Quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this study were the seventh-grade students in one of the junior high schools in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The research instrument consisted of pretest and posttest on technological literacy and problem-solving skills. The data analysis technique used N-Gain analysis, prerequisite test, hypothesis testing with MANOVA, and effect size. Based on the MANOVA test, the Sig. value of 0,000 less than α (0.05) indicated that there was a gap in the students’ technological literacy and problem-solving skills between the control and the experimental class. The use of VIS-Lab learning media enhanced the ability of technological literacy by 9.0% for the experimental class and 2.1% for the control class respectively. Meanwhile, the effective contribution to the use of VIS-Lab learning media was 36.5% for the experimental class and 4.73% for the control class. It means that the use of VIS-Lab learning media contribute effectively to improving the ability of technological literacy and problem-solving.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menghasilkan alat penilaian pembelajaran Fisika berupa lembar penilaian kinerja yang layak digunakan untuk mengukur tanggung jawab peserta didik, (2) mengetahui sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik dan, (3) mengetahui efektivitas penerapan instrumen penilaian kinerja di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development ( R&D ). Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar penilaian kinerja dan angket respon. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan penilaian ahli menggunakan statistik V Aiken, uji validitas menggunakan pendekatan IRT dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan pendekatan inter-rater ICC. Hasil penelitian ini (1) lembar penilaian kinerja yang layak digunakan untuk mengukur tanggung jawab peserta didik, (2) tanggung jawab peserta didik mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 92,85 menunjukkan predikat “sangat baik”, dan (3) lembar penilaian kinerja efektif untuk mengukur tanggung jawab, dilihat dari hasil respon guru dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Performance assessment for measuring the attitude of responsibilities of learners AbstractThis study aims (1) to produce an assessment tool for physics learning in the form of sheet votes decent performance used to measure the responsibility of learners, (2) to determine the attitude of the responsibility of learners, (3) to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of performance assessment in schools. The method used is Research and Development (R & D). Collecting data using the performance assessment form and questionnaire responses. To determine the feasibility of using the expert assessment of statistical V Aiken, using the validity test and reliability test IRT approach using inter-rater ICC approach. The results of this study (1) sheet decent performance assessment used to measure the responsibility of learners, (2) the responsibility of learners obtain an average value of 92.85 indicates the predicate "very good", (3) an effective performance appraisal sheet measure of responsibility, seen from the response of the teacher in the category of "very good".

Abstract

This research is aimed to asses the validity and reliability of Islamic-science integrated test instrument. The instrument was formed in multiple-choice test instrument which is regarded as appropriate to assist student critical thinking ability. The validity of the instrument and its reliability were assessed quantitively. While Aiken’s V was used for assessing content validity, and Alpa Cronbach was used for assessing content reliability. In terms of Item Response Theory, it was assessed through the test I Function information and Standard Error of Measurement (SEM). The result of developing Islamic-science integrated test instrument to measure critical thinking ability was formed in the form of closed-minded multiple choice that consisting of two test packages. The total test items on the instrument are 45 items consisting of 25 items with 5 shared items (anchor). Estimation of the validity test instrument obtained an index ranging from 0.75 to 1. According to classical test theory, the coefficient of reliability was  0.70 and according to the total function information and Standart Error of Measurement, the test instrument was suitable for rangeability from 1.75 to +3. Thus, the test instrument is proved reliable and valid. A total of seven teachers using the declared that the test instrument is appropriate to use in measuring learning outcomes, especially the critical thinking abilities of the student Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten validitas dan reliabilitas dari intrumen tes terintegrasi agama dan sains. Konten validitas dan reliabilitas dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif untuk konten validitas menggunakan Aiken’s V, sedangkan untuk konten reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dan secara teori respon butir menggunakan fungsi informasi dan kesalahan pengukuran. Hasil pengembangan berupa instrumen tes terintegrasi agama dan sains untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis berupa tes pilihan ganda beralasan tertutup yang terdiri atas dua paket tes. Total item tes pada instrumen sebanyak 45 item yang terdiri dari 25 item dengan 5 item bersama (anchor). Estimasi validitas instrumen tes menggunakan formula Aiken diperoleh rentang indeks antara 0,75 sampai 1. Estimasi reliabilitas tes menurut teori tes klasik ditunjukkan oleh koefisien Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,70 dan menurut kurva total  fungsi informasi dan SEM yang berdasar pada teori respon butir (IRT) instrumen tes cocok untuk  rentang kemampuan -1,75 sampai +3. Dengan demikian instrumen tes terbukti valid dan reliabel. Sejumlah tujuh guru pengguna instrumen tes menyatakan bahwa instrumen tes layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian instrumen tes cocok dan layak digunakan untuk mengukur hasil pembelajaran khususnya pada kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to develop physics e-book-based jigsaw cooperative learning (JCL) assisted by WhatsApp. This article describes the results of the validity and effectiveness of the developed media on physics learning outcomes in terms of student learning motivation. This article also describes the relationship between initial ability and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This research is development research with a 4-D model. This research was implemented with a quasi-experimental using a pretest-posttest control group research design. The sample in this research was 70 students of 10th grade science class at one of the high schools in Yogyakarta. The results of this research indicate that the development of WhatsApp-assisted JCL-based Physics e-book on the topic of straight motion is valid and reliable. This is evidenced by the results of the validator where the average value of validity and reliability is 0.75 in the high category and 94 in the reliable category. The use of WhatsApp-assisted JCL-based Physics e-book has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the significant value is 0.00 < 0.05. By analysis of covariance, initial ability and learning motivation have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the squared value of the regression coefficient is 38.6%.

Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk e-module physics in life berbasis SETS berbantuan aplikasi adobe indesign yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan produk e-module physics in life berbasis SETS terhadap peningkatan minat belajar dan penguasaan materi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (RD) dengan model 4D. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Slogohimo dengan subjek penelitian kelas X MIPA dan XI MIPA. Analisis efektivitas produk menggunakan MANOVA dan GLM Anava. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah dihasilkan e-module  physics in  life berbasis SETS dengan materi Usaha dan Energi yang layak untuk digunakan dengan  nilai kelayakan media dan materi sebesar 3,88 dan 3,89 serta keterbacaan peserta didik sebesar 3,28. Produk efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar dan penguasaan materi peserta didik. Berdasarkan nilai effect size, diperoleh nilai partial eta square minat belajar kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,109 dalam kategori sedang dan penguasaan materi kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,284 dalam kategori sangat besar.Kata-Kata Kunci: e-module, SETS, adobe indesign, minat belajar, dan penguasaan materi.

Abstract

The implementation of HOTS in the learning process is considered capable of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. However, in online learning conditions, there are many obstacles and limitations to training HOTS in Biology lesson. This study aims to describe biology teachers' knowledge, preparation, and implementation of HOTS training during online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. This study involved 12 Biology teachers at SMA and SMK in West Java. The data collection technique is carried out through interviews via WhatsApp Call. The data analysis technique used is through reduction, data review, and conclusions drawing. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the teacher’s understanding of HOTS learning is still weak, and the implementation of HOTS training during online learning is still not optimal. The most widely used learning model is Problem based Learning. The constraint implementation of online HOTS training is inseparable from the online learning barriers, but teachers also continue to try to handle these barriers with various solutions.

This paper was written to explain the influence or effectiveness of digital modules or physics e-modules in their contribution to improving the critical thinking skills of high school students or their equivalent. The descriptive qualitative study method is used to achieve the purpose of this paper. By using highly reputable international and national journals as references in the preparation of this paper. During this pandemic educator are required to design learning concepts and tools that can improve critical thinking skills, because critical thinking is a basic ability that must be possessed in the 21st century. From this paper it results that the use of e-modules in physics learning is very effective in improving students' critical thinking skills teach with various approaches.
