Abstract

The rise of corruption cases in Indonesia at this time every year is always increasing, this causes the community to feel uneasy with corruptors who are still rampant everywhere. The percentage and network of corruption Edy of the supreme court judge’s Decision no.23 /Pid.Sus-TPK/2019/Pn Mks is quite interesting to examine especially if we can see who the dominant actors are in this case, both from the planning process, the bidding process, the bid evaluation process, and implementation and evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach which illustrates the phenomenon of Edy corruption case in the supreme court’s decision no.23/Pid.Sus-TPK/ 2019/Pn Mks. Descriptive analysis in this study uses the Nvivo 12 Plus software. Data from this study were sourced from the supreme court decision no.23/Pid.Sus-TPK/2019/Pn Mks and previous research relating to the corruption of edy. the results of this discussion the conclusions that the author can take from the presentation of the analysis above are based on the decision of the supreme court no.23 / Pid.Sus-TPK/2019/Pn Mks analyzed with nvivo12 Plus in general from the four processes above can be seen corporate 44%, Government 52%.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to develop community skills through various activities by utilizing the potential of existing resources so that it has a positive impact on the socio-economic activities of the community. One significant role in community empowerment is the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). This study aims to analyze the role of the NGO Spedagi in empowering rural communities based on local wisdom through the Papringan Market activity in Temanggung, Central Java.This study used a qualitative method. The researchers collected the data through observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The observation was examining various activities in Spedagi NGOs and the community, as well as the condition of the Papringan Market, was the observation. The researchers collected data for documentation from several types of literature, documents, websites, and official social media. The NGO's manager, the village leaders, the community, and Papringan Market traders were the parts of interviews. The results of this study found two purposes of the NGO Spedagi in empowering communities based on local wisdom through the Papringan Market. They were political and non-political purposes. The political role could be seen from the efforts to strengthen the capacity and articulation of community interests to increase community bargaining to influence village government policies while the non-political role could be seen from the efforts of the NGO Spedagi along with the local community to carry out physical development, economic empowerment, and social empowerment that lead to sustainability by utilizing the local potential.

Abstract

Kemakmuran masjid bisa dilihat dari berbagai kegiatan dan partisipasi aktif jamaah dalam setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh masjid. Sebelum pandemi covid-19, berbagai kegiatan masjid, khususnya yang bersifat syiar dan dakwah bisa dilakukan sepenuhnya dengan metode tatap muka. Namun, dengan kondisi saat ini, aktivitas keagamaan di masjid dilakukan secara terbatas. Hal ini tentu berdampak pada suasana kemakmuran masjid dan menjadi tantangan bagi takmir masjid. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi dan mitra mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk mentransformasikan sebagain kegiatan dakwah di masjid melalui platform media sosial, yaitu Instagram. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Takmir Masjid Al Ihsan Trini, dengan sasaran 5 orang anggota takmir bidang dokumentasi, publikasi, dan dakwah. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan konten dakwah dalam bentuk foto/gambar/poster yang menarik dan video singkat untuk diupload di media sosial Instagram. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tersedianya akun Instagram resmi yang dikelola oleh takmir masjid dan konten-konten yang diupload dalam akun Instagram tersebut. Implikasi yang dirasakan adalah jamaah masjid bisa mengakses berbagai informasi kegiatan dan syiar dakwah alternatif karena keterbatasan kegiatan masjid secara offline. Dengan demikian, bisa disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan akun dan konten dakwah dengan menggunakan platform Instagram sesuai dengan target dan bermanfaat bagi mitra dalam menyampaikan berbagai informasi dan kegiatan dakwah kepada jamaah, sebagai media alternatif di masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Manusia perlu meningkatkan sumber daya manusia sebagai dasar pembentukan karakter dan pendidikan karakter. Hal ini harusdimulai sejak dini. Menghadapi situasi demikian, TPA Nurul Quran Segoroyoso hadir sebagai lembaga pendidikan informal anak usiadini yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam ini merupakan hal penting yang harus ditanamkansebagai dasar pembentukan karakter yang tertanam dalam kognisi, afeksi, dan perilaku santri. Tujuan dilaksanakannya programpengabdian masyarakat adalah sebagai bentuk komitmen pengabdi terhadap pendidikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dankemampuan ustaz dan ustazah dari perspektif pedagogis agar mampu merancang rencana pembelajaran yang baik danmeningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan ustaz dan ustazah untuk memahami anak didik dengan perkembangan sosialkultural dan teknologi yang melingkupinya sehingga bisa menghasilkan model-model pembelajaran yang kreatif sesuaiperkembangan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat terdiri atas tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahapevaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengabdian ini menggunakan analisisdata kualitatif untuk lebih memperjelas hasil program. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah modul yang meliputi desaincreativity dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai keislaman. Implikasi yang dilakukan pengabdi adalah diterapkandalam pembelajaran di TPA Aisyiyah Nurul Quran Segoroyoso.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya manusia adalah penghasil aktif sampah. Namun terlepas dari hal tersebut, manusia juga bisa menjadi solusi terbaik dari mengurangi permasalahan sampah. Pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat merupakan salah satu tindakan mengelola sampah dengan baik yang diikuti oleh peran serta masyarakat. Salah satu solusi pengelolaan sampah berwawasan lingkungan yakni Bank Sampah. Bank Sampah Srayan Makarya sendiri merupakan gagasan dari masyarakat guna mewadahi masyarakat luas dalam memilah sampah. Selain itu, Bank Sampah Srayan Makarya juga bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran masyarakat agar peduli terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan foto dokumentasi, sehingga peneliti mampu mengetahui mekanisme dan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah Srayan Makarya RT 01 RW 02. Hasil peneliitian menunjukan bahwa Bank Sampah Srayan Makarya sudah melakukan kegiatan dengan baik, seperti memilah sampah dari sumbernya, menyetorkan sampah sampai mencatat hasil dari tabungan nasabah. Selain itu, partisipasi masyarakat memang cenderung kurang dalam beberapa kegiatan. Karena pada dasarnya kegiatan rutin dilakukan hanya seminggu sekali, dan kegiatan lain biasanya dilakukan oleh pihak luar. Beberapa kegiatan seperti pelatihan kerajinan atau ecoprint dilakukan hanya diawal saja. Kesadaran masyarakat memang menjadi peran penting kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam beberapa kegiatan di Bank Sampah Srayan Makarya. Disarankan kepada pengelola Bank Sampah Srayan Makarya untuk lebih aktif dalam memberikan edukasi terhadap masyarakat terkait sampah, agar masyarakat menjadi aktif dalam mengelola sampah dan menjaga lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the representation of women in the 2019 elections in Bantul Regency and analyze what are the factors that influence the choice of women in the 2019 elections in Bantul Regency. This type of research is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Bantul Regency in the representation of women has fulfilled the quota of 30% or more and is precisely inversely proportional to the choice of women who did not reach the 30% quota. Therefore, researchers are interested in making Bantul Regency a case study in this research. The results of this study show that firstly, there was a gap in the number and percentage between women's representation totaling 204 people or equivalent to 46% with the electability of women in the 2019 elections in Bantul Regency only amounting to 4 people or 8.9%. Second, there are additional factors that can be categorized into supporting factors, namely political party support, cadre motivation, family factors, track record, and a lot of basis of mass and inhibiting factors namely incumbent who is re-nominating and money politics.

Abstract

In the current era, the digitalization system is highly utilized both in terms of communication and information that is used to assist the work of government agencies in meeting the needs of the community, namely the fulfillment of public services. the community with government agencies and previous service systems still have problems that prolong service delivery times and are less effective, therefore the application of a digitalization system is a solution to overcome these problems. This problem also occurs in BERAU Regency in population administration services, so DISDUKCAPIL implements the SIPENYU application as a solution to the service problem. The purpose of this study is to reveal hypotheses related to the influence and factors that support the use of the SIPENYU application in realizing the effectiveness of administrative services in the BERAU Regency. The findings of this study are that there is a significant effect related to the use of the SIPENYU application on the effectiveness of population administration services and this is evidenced by hypothesis testing with measurement indicators, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, on Perceived Enjoyment. on service effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public policy on the accessibility of persons with disabilities to get a job in Yogyakarta. It focuses on the actors implementing the policy in the Indonesian region, namely the provincial government of Yogyakarta as the implementer and policymaker, private companies, and Non-Government Organization (NGOs), which should be the stakeholders of the policy, program, and activities in distributing labors with disabilities. To approach this problem, the researchers use the theory of Van Meter and Horn as a reference. Data have been collected through interviews and documentation that later on analyzed qualitatively with the software of NVivo 12 plus. This study concludes that providing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities has not been implemented optimally. First, it is due to the absence of aftercare services, namely follow-up assistance for persons with disabilities after participating in training and rehabilitation programs held by the Regional Government. Secondly, law enforcement in the policy implementation that is pro disabilities (inclusion) to private companies is not optimal. Third, the lack of coordination among the actors in the efforts of empowering persons with disabilities.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pembangunan desa dan kawasan perdesaan. SID berisi tentang data desa, data pembangunan desa, kawasan perdesaan, serta informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan desa dan pembangunan Kawasan Perdesaan yang dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet, khususnya website desa. Pengelolaan website desa di Desa Margokaton belum dikelola secara optimal sebagai SID. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi Pemerintah Desa Margokaton untuk mengelola data potensi desa ke dalam website desa dalam format yang menarik, informatif, dan mudah diakses. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada staff desa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: meningkatnya kemampuan staff desa dalam pengelolaan website desa dan tersedianya data desa di website desa yang informatif, menarik, dan mudah diakses. Dari langkah awal ini, diharapkan ke depan website desa bisa menjadi rujukan informasi dan berkembang untuk memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat desa secara online. Dengan demikian, bisa disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan menjawab permasalahan mitra.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze regional heads' communication styles during the COVID-19 pandemic through the Twitter accounts @ganjarpranowo and @ridwankamil. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The data was obtained through the Twitter accounts @ganjarpranowo and @ridwankamil. The study results found that the intensity of twitter on the two accounts from April 2021 to March 2022 in 2021-2022 proves that the increase in COVID-19 cases is relatively increasing, so it is necessary to provide information by regional heads in conveying to the public. This effort shows the communication style represented by the two leaders of Central Java and West Java through indicators: controlling, equalizing, structuring, dynamic, letting go, and withdrawing. The communication style developed by the two regional heads during the COVID-19 pandemic through the Twitter accounts @ganjarpranowo, and @ridwankamil actively conveys related information to the public so that the information provided is adequately obtained; this can be seen in the communication style of communication through associated indicators. Regarding the communication style used by Ganjar Pranowo and Ridwan Kamil, each has advantages related to the communication style used by Ganjar Pranowo is more Equalitarian, while Ridwan Kamil is dynamic; both leaders have their respective advantages.
