Abstract

This study aims to (1) Describe how the edupreneurship implementation through Teaching Factory (TEFA) on the mechanical engineering expertise competence at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo; (2) Describe the factors supporting the successful implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory on the mechanical engineering expertise competence at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo; and (3) Describes the contribution of the edupreneurship implementation through the teaching factory in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in mechanical engineering students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The informants comprised principals, vice-principals of curriculum, heads of engineering expertise programs, productive teachers, and students. The data analysis technique employed interactive analysis techniques, starting from data collection and then the data were reduced; after being reduced, the data were presented, and the last was verification. The data validity was then tested by triangulation of sources. The findings in this study revealed that (1) In terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring/evaluating, the edupreneurship implementation through teaching factory on the mechanical engineering expertise competence at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo has been going very well by producing medical device products, especially patient beds that were produced and have been marketed to PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Central Java; (2) The factors driving the success of edupreneurship through technology factory comprised: quality educator resources, adequate infrastructure both in quantity and quality, standard operating procedures according to industry standards, quality products, and a well-established product marketing network; and (3) The edupreneurship implementation through the teaching factory contributes to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit by directly involving students in planning, production, and marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan edupreneurship yang telah berlangsung di empat SMK di Bantul, serta efektivitas kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah untuk pelaksanaan edupreneurship dan dampak kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap program pengembangan edupreneurship. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan edupreneurship yang telah berlangsung di empat SMK di Bantul secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini disebabkan adanya sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai komitmen dan etos kerja tinggi berfikir kreatif. Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah sangat efektif untuk mendorong pelaksanaan dan pengembangan edupreneurship di SMK. Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdampak sangat baik pada program pengembangan edupreneurship di SMK, tumbuh kembangnya unit usaha di setiap kompetensi keahlian berupa produk maupun jasa, terbentuknya teaching factory di SMK, bekerja sama dengan IDUKA sebagai proyek riil dari industri yang dilaksanakan oleh peserta didik, terbentuknya market place yang difasilitasi sekolah untuk pemasaran produk.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan (1) menganalisis pengaruh keluarga terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa SMK program keahlian asisten keperawatan di kota Metro Lampung, (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa SMK program keahlian asisten keperawatan di kota Metro Lampung. (3) menganalisis pengaruh minat berwirausaha terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa SMK program keahlian asisten keperawatan di kota Metro Lampung. (4) menganalisis pengaruh keluarga, pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan minat berwirausaha secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa SMK program keahlian asisten keperawatan di kota Metro Lampung. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi siswa kelas XI SMK Program Keahlian Asisten Keperawatan di kota Metro Lampung yang terdiri dari 3 SMK asisten keperawatan yakni SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro, SMK Aku Cinta Indonesia, dan SMK Wahana Medika, yang berjumlah 129 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan angket, melakukan observasi, serta dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji prasyarat analisis dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) ada pengaruh antara keluarga terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 1,8 % (2) ada pengaruh antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 0,3% (3) ada pengaruh antara minat berwirausaha terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 1% (4) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keluarga, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, minat berwirausaha terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 62,4%.

Abstract

This research and development aim to evaluate the learning of creative products and entrepreneurship at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School in Surakarta, develop product-based learning, and assess its suitability in fostering entrepreneurial spirit. The development method used is ADDIE, with 30 students from Class XII A as the experimental group, and 25 students from Class XII B as the control group. The research design adopts a quasi-experimental design known as the non-equivalent control group design. Data were collected through validation, observation, and questionnaires. The study results indicate that the current learning approach in this school is teacher-centered. However, the implementation of product-based learning using the ADDIE model effectively enhances students' entrepreneurial spirit. The T-test shows a significant difference in average scores between the experimental group (27.22) and the control group (2.944). Additionally, the N-Gain test indicates higher effectiveness (64.7450) for product-based learning compared to traditional methods (7.0428). Overall, this research proposes a highly suitable model for the development of product-based learning at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School in Surakarta, with an emphasis on fostering entrepreneurial spirit

Abstract

This study aims to develop a feasible and effective problem-based learning module. This research is a type of research and development with the stages of preliminary research, model development, and model testing. The number of samples in this study consisted of 10 teachers of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK), one material expert, one media expert, and 182 students. The instruments used are interview guides, questionnaires, and pretest and post-test questions. The data analysis technique in this study used a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results show that the learning model for PKK subjects used in Vocational High Schools is quite varied; learning activities use learning models oriented to student activities. However, teachers still experience several obstacles, such as teaching materials or textbooks that are still limited to support active learning activities, so it is necessary to develop problem-based learning module (PBL). The results of the module assessment carried out by experts, vocational teachers, and students were categorized as "feasible." Testing the module by acquiring an average N-Gain score for pretest and post-test shows that the problem-based module is quite effective in use with an effective contribution in the "strong effect" category

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, develop, and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media in 3D Animation subjects. This research uses research and development methods using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were class XI students of Multimedia SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman. This research design uses data collection techniques using questionnaires to analyze product needs, using validity tests to test the feasibility of the developed products and using Quasy experiment pretest-posttest to test effectiveness. This research uses validators of design experts, material experts, linguists and media experts to validate interactive learning media to be developed. The validity results that have been given by experts in the product validity test show an average percentage of 96% which shows very good and valid qualification. Analysis of research data was carried out by using the validity of questionnaires and T-tests to compare achievement results in classes before being applied to experimental and control classes. The significant difference is evidenced by the results of the T-test calculation which explains that equal variances assumed sig values. (2-tailled) of 0.012 < 0.05, so the data shows significant. These results show the effectiveness of the "3D Teacher" learning media in improving learning in 3D Animation subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership, work environment, and interpersonal communication on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah Wonosobo Regency.  The methodology in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 75 teachers using Issac and Michael's table so that the number of samples was obtained as many as 63 people and then determined based on proportional random sampling. This research instrument uses a closed questionnaire based on the Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is performed based on t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the principal's leadership, work environment, and interpersonal communication together had a significant and positive effect on teacher performance with an R Square result of 0.460. However, the results of the t-test showed that the principal's leadership had no partial effect on teacher performance. The t-test also showed that the work environment had no significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, only interpersonal communication showed a positive and significant influence on teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze government policies on dual skill transfer of teacher functions from the perspective of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, structuring, responsiveness, and accuracy, analyzing teacher attitudes towards teacher dual skill transfer policies. This research is a qualitative public policy and descriptive research. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The respondents in this study were school principals, vocational school supervisors, Widyaiswara, PTK lecturers, heads of expertise competencies, dual skilled participant teachers, dual skilled participant companions, dual skill instructors and Hospitality and Tourism experts. Data validation using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the results achieved have focused on upskilling, re-skilling, and lifelong learning for teachers, efficiently producing teachers who have competence in hospitality expertise competencies, the adequacy of the results of the dual skill program for teacher function transfer has not been fully realized. The policy strength is very high because it is the government's response to vocational education and job skills education and training with Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2016 concerning the Revitalization of Vocational Schools. The most substantive weakness of this program is the lack of certainty of IDUKA internships and the fulfillment of the number of vocational hospitality specialization teachers who lack specialization teachers.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat sudah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Republik Indonesia Tokyo (SRIT) yang terletak di 4-4-6 Meguro Meguro-ku Japan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tentang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital dan pembelajaran kreatif. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan guru tentang pembelajaran kreatif serta mampu mengimplementasikan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan meningkatnya ketrampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberi informasi kepada guru bagaimana melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran kreatif. Kegiatan pelatihan berupa pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR. Kegiatan pendampingan berupa mendampingi implementasi pembelajaran kreatif dan pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR. Peran serta AUM adalah mengkomunikasikan ke Sekolah Republik Indonesia Tokyo (SRIT).Target luaran dari kegiatan PPM ini adalah satu artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan melalui proceeding yang ber ISBN, satu artikel yang diterbitkan Koran Kedaulatan Rakyat online, Video penyampaian materi pembelajaran kreatif dan cara membuat media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR yang diunggah di youtube LPPM UAD, juga peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra. Adapun keterkaitan dengan AIK adalah setiap kegiatan diawali dengan membaca doa.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarak at sudah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Republik Indonesia Tokyo (SRIT) yang terletak di Meguro Jepang.
