Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor keberhasilan dan penghambat dalam pengembangan edupreneurship di Business Center "Moekamart" SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo. Transformasi dari koperasi siswa menjadi minimarket modern pada awal tahun 2019 ditinjau dari berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Keberhasilan Moekamart diidentifikasi melalui perubahan menjadi toko ritel modern dengan dukungan mesin kasir POS (point of sales), yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan penampilan profesional. Selain itu, perluasan target pasar dari hanya warga sekolah ke masyarakat umum, meskipun belum maksimal, turut berkontribusi pada peningkatan omzet. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengungkap beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti rendahnya jumlah konsumen dari masyarakat umum yang disebabkan oleh persaingan dengan toko ritel besar lainnya di Karangmojo, serta harga produk yang kurang bersaing. Tambahan kebijakan potongan wajib pembelian bagi guru dan karyawan juga diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu kendala operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dan strategi peningkatan kinerja Moekamart di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan karir pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung, baik faktor internal maupun eksternal, serta menganalisis interaksi antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan 69 siswa kelas XII dari berbagai jurusan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat dan bakat merupakan faktor dominan dalam pemilihan karir, dengan 68,1% siswa memilih karir berdasarkan minat dan bakat mereka. Orang tua juga berperan signifikan dalam keputusan karir siswa dengan 15,9% pengaruh. Faktor eksternal lainnya termasuk informasi tentang dunia kerja, pengaruh teman sebaya, saran guru, dan lokasi pekerjaan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori Holland yang menekankan pentingnya kesesuaian antara tipe kepribadian individu dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya bimbingan karir di sekolah untuk membantu siswa membuat keputusan karir yang lebih terinformasi dan matang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya angka pengangguran di kalangan lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Cilacap, yang menunjukkan ketidakcocokan antara pendidikan dan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan motivasi dan kreativitas siswa serta menciptakan minat berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi di dua SMK Muhammadiyah di Cilacap. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa untuk mendapatkan perspektif yang komprehensif mengenai implementasi strategi pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan SMK melalui penguatan motivasi belajar siswa, pengembangan kreativitas, dan peningkatan minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini juga berupaya memberikan rekomendasi bagi kepala sekolah dan pihak terkait dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan vokasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah yang meliputi sosialisasi visi misi, bimbingan motivasional, dan pengembangan program kreatif berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas siswa. Partisipasi aktif dari seluruh warga sekolah dalam menjalankan strategi tersebut terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan manajerial kepala sekolah yang proaktif dan kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK, serta menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan strategi pendidikan yang lebih terencana dan dukungan yang kuat dari semua pihak untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

The very rapid development of DUDI demand quality unit education vocation. Especially on the relevance in accordance with DUDI needs. SMK as printer graduates who are ready Work need do effort alignment for increase absorption graduates. Research objectives This is explore alignment on units education vocational, developing instrument alignment education vocation, and make guidelines alignment education vocational. The method used in study This is a mixed method design with exploratory sequential design approach. The results of the study show that results research data analysis qualitative explore related to 12 categorizations and 40 coding. Development instrument alignment education vocation FGD results consist of of 7 components / dimensions and 23 items. Instrument has tested in a way reliable through proof validity and reliability. Results of the proof validity Contents the 7 (seven) experts were analyzed use index Aiken V average 0.89 > 0.8 which means own validity high. Proof second using EFA with KMO value 0.956 > 0.5 and CFA has good fit criteria X2, GFI, AGFI, CFI, TLI, CMIN/DF, and RMSEA values > cut of value. Measurement results alignment education vocation with use results development instrument the to 77 vocational schools and their DUDI partners that is show quadrant 2, meaning that SMK and DUDI have do alignment in accordance with indicator development instrument.

Abstract

Government training institutions are very limited and management has not been accredited. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the quality of productive teacher training management at the Quality Assurance Development Center Vocational Education in Arts and Culture, Yogyakarta. Management analysis focused on the quality of programs, services, and instructors. The research method used qualitative methods. The subjects of the study were instructors and training participants. The object of the study was the management of the implementation of productive teacher training for arts and crafts. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documents. Data validation using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis using descriptive techniques and mathematical analysis. Research results; (1) the quality of the training program is categorized as very satisfactory (average 93.31) with details; 10% of the assessment frequency is categorized as satisfactory and 90% of the assessment frequency is categorized as very satisfactory, (2) the quality of training services is categorized as very satisfactory (average 92.42) with details; 22.5% of service elements are categorized as satisfactory and 77.5% of service elements are categorized as very satisfactory, and (3) the quality of the instructors is categorized as very satisfactory (average 93.10), with the note; the lowest average value of instructors is in the wood craft expertise concentration (90.18) and the highest average value of instructors is in the ceramic craft expertise concentration (96.21). Judging from the quality of instructors; 12% are categorized as satisfactory and 88% are categorized as very satisfactory.

Abstract

Vocational education plays an important role in producing young generations who are ready to enter the workforce and become entrepreneurs. This study aims to develop microlearning web innovations to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of vocational students through the implementation of project-based cooperative learning. The research method used is a three-stage development, namely: (1) analysis of needs and design of microlearning web, (2) development of microlearning web, and (3) evaluation of microlearning web. This development process is carried out using the ADDIE Instructional Model. The results of the study indicate that the developed microlearning web is effective in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of vocational students through the implementation of project-based cooperative learning. This is evidenced by the increase in questionnaire scores, observation results, and project products produced by students. This microlearning web can be an alternative innovative and interesting learning media for vocational students to improve their knowledge, Skills, and entrepreneurial Attitudes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of edupreneurship through the business center at SMKN 1 Kaligondang and how to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students through this program. The research method used is a qualitative method, which aims to understand the implementation of edupreneurship and business center in the school. The research was conducted by observation and interviews with informants who were directly involved in edupreneurship activities. The results of this study show that: 1) the implementation of education is carried out through the business center, 2) Learning in the business center is carried out through business practices involving Accounting students in market observation activities, inventory of consumer needs, ordering/purchasing from the business center, determining selling prices, recording transactions and making reports, as well as managing their own finances. This activity succeeded in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit which included confidence, the courage to take risks, focus on tasks and results, as well as honesty and thoroughness.

Abstract

One aspect of the concept of building design development is interior design. The accuracy of the placement of interior materials is very important for (SMK) students majoring in Building Drawing Engineering. However, it may be difficult to present and organize material in real life. This barrier can be caused by a lack of materials or the ability to see objects from multiple angles. To realize the Vocational Center of Excellence and SMK Bisa programs, augmented reality technology is present as a solution in vocational education. Augmented reality is a technology that allows virtual things to be placed in the real world. The reason for choosing this research topic is that users can interact with virtual things in an augmented reality environment providing them with hands-on experiences. Objects that are displayed in the form of interior materials can be in 3D so that they look as close as possible to the original object. Users can interact and change the location of interior materials directly and realistically using augmented reality applications. The method used in this research is the Lee & Owens Development Model starting from Assessment/analysis, Need assessment, front-end analysis, design, development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The application developed only includes some interior design materials, Design markers have a high level of augmentability, so users will be able to immediately see a 3D model when the marker is scanned, The application has been tested on several smartphones and the results are successful

Abstract

The research aims to; (1) analyze the current monitoring model of field work practice (PKL) at SMKN 1 Bantul; (2) develop a periodic monitoring model of PKL in accordance with the principles of an independent curriculum; and (3) analyze the effectiveness of the developed periodic monitoring model in the concentration of expertise in Computer and Network Engineering at SMKN 1 Bantul. The research method uses research and development with the analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate model. The research sample was 70 students divided into an experimental class of 35 students from class XII TKJ 1 and a control class of 35 students from class XII TKJ 2. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Quantitative analysis using independent sample t-test and effectiveness test using N-Gain test. The results showed; (1) the PKL periodic monitoring model currently used in the TKJ expertise concentration at SMKN 1 Bantul in assessing students' technical and non-technical skills is carried out by regular monitoring through daily journals, monitoring students to receive real-time feedback, improve competence, and work readiness. In addition, industry involvement in monitoring helps align students' skills with the needs of the world of work; (2) the development of a periodic monitoring model at SMK N 1 Bantul is compiled in the form of a guidebook to facilitate teachers in implementing the model. The guidebook is structured, systematic, and attractive so that it is easy to understand and apply. The develop design stage produced a valid and feasible PKL periodic monitoring model. Periodic monitoring of PKL is optimized through the use of a digital-based monitoring website; and (3) the website-based PKL periodic monitoring model for the TKJ concentration at SMKN 1 Bantul is effective. This model allows assessment, filling in student daily journals, and real-time monitoring, making it more efficient. With high accessibility, this model facilitates communication between schools and industries, supports the digitalization of vocational education, and improves the quality of learning and student work readiness.

Abstract

The challenge of limited resources faced by vocational schools makes innovative learning strategies such as Project Based Learning (PjBL) a relevant alternative. This article aims to investigate the implementation of PjBL in the project of creating school uniforms as a means to instill edupreneurship values at Muhammadiyah Sumowono Vocational School. This research adopts a literature study approach. The data sources for this research are obtained from three main categories: textbooks, national and international scientific journal articles, and official policy documents. The data analysis techniques in this literature study are carried out through three main stages: concept classification, analysis of relationships between concepts, and synthesis. The results of the analysis show that vocational education in the era of digital disruption is required not only to produce graduates who are technically ready for work but also to possess an innovative and adaptive entrepreneurial spirit. The implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the form of a uniform manufacturing project has proven to be an effective medium for integrating productive learning with the instillation of entrepreneurial values. Through this activity, students are actively involved in the entire production process: from identifying needs, designing, calculating costs, to marketing strategies. This full involvement encourages the emergence of proactive attitudes, responsibility, creativity, teamwork, and the courage to take risks, all of which are essential elements in the entrepreneurial spirit.
