Abstract

Adolescent delinquency behavior begins with a transitional period or a transition period from childhood to adulthood, which undergoes various changes, namely biological, cognitive and social. Vulnerable adolescent age; early adolescence at 12-15 years, middle adolescence at 16-18 years, and late adolescence at 19-21 years. Adolescent psychosocial development depends on family, peer, and school contexts that produce identity, independence, friendship, sexuality, and achievement. Adolescent delinquency is bad behavior that is a symptom of illness (pathological) socially caused by social neglect so that adolescents develop a form of deviant behavior. Juvenile delinquency refers to a wide range of socially unacceptable status offenses to criminal acts.Theoretical analysis of juvenile delinquency in schools/madrasahs are (1) the theory of adolescent behavior, (2) the theory of adolescent change, (3) the theory of juvenile delinquency which discusses the forms and factors of juvenile delinquency behavior, (4) meta-analysis of juvenile delinquency behavior, and ( 5) social ties as a factor in juvenile delinquency behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement instructional materials in the form of a Problem Based Learning (PBL) based electronic Student Worksheet (e LKPD) to enhance learning interest among third grade students at SDN 1 Maria. The focus of the research is mathematics, specifically whole numbers up to 1.000. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, comprising five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation results revealed that the media received an average score of 78.6 % in the first phase and 94.6 % in the second phase. Material experts yielded an average validation score of 83.6 % in the first phase and 92.7 % in the second phase-indicating that the e LKPD is highly suitable for instructional use. During the implementation phase, teacher responses averaged 94.4 % and student responses averaged 94.7 %, demonstrating that the e LKPD is very practical to apply. The effectiveness of the e LKPD was assessed through an N Gain test, comparing pre test and post test scores. The average N Gain score was 0.84, categorized as High. In conclusion, the PBL based e LKPD is considered highly feasible, practical, and effective as a teaching medium to enhance students’ learning interest.

Abstract

The latest results from PISA 2022 and the National Assessment show that Indonesian primary school students’ numeracy proficiency remains weak, with most exhibiting low learning motivation and lacking media to support interactive learning. This study examined the role of the Battle Math educational game in improving learning motivation and numeracy skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 71 Wenggo, Bima City. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was applied, involving eight students over four game-based learning sessions. Data were collected using a numeracy test and a motivation questionnaire based on the ARCS model. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test revealed that the mean motivation score increased significantly from 41.13 to 88.00 (p = 0.012) after the intervention. The Battle Math educational game appears to bridge the gap between what students are expected to learn and what they can meaningfully apply. Integrating such game-based media is recommended as a pragmatic and scalable approach to improving early mathematics learning, particularly in under-resourced elementary schools.

Abstract

 Dalam sudut pandang masyarakat secara umum brangkas adalah alat alternatif yang memiliki tingkat keamanan yang tinggi serta tidak membutuhkan banyak ruang atau tempat. Meskipun brangkas dianggap alat penyimpanan yang cukup praktis akan tetapi juga mempunyai resiko yang cukup tinggi, terdapat beberapa kemungkinan bahwa brangkas mudah dibobol oleh orang lain tanpa diketahui pemiliknya. Dari permasalahan tersebut muncul ide untuk merancang sebuah alat “Sistem keamanan brangkas menggunakan kombinasi password dan sidik jari dengan notifikasi sms”. Alat ini alat ini dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan berlapis yaitu dengan menggunakan password dan sidik jari juga dilengkapi dengan modul sms supaya pemilik bisa mengetahui kondisi brangkas ketika ditinggal berpergian. Perancangan ini dibuat dengan cara mencari referensi yang berasal dari jurnal, buku dan juga artikel yang selanjutnya dibuatlah suatu perencanaan atau gambaran alat. Perancangan dalam bentuk perangkat keras berupa koneksi antara perangkat input, proses dan juga output, sedangkan perangkat lunak berupa program sebagai penggerak sistem. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, ketika input password dan sidik jari salah lebih dari tiga kali maka alaram pada brangkas akan berbunyi dan sistem akan mengirim notifikasi sms kepada pemilik, kemudian sistem terblokir. Ketika brangkas diakses tanpa melalui prosedur (dibobol paksa) maka sistem juga akan mengirimkan sebuah notifikasi kepada pemilik brangkas. In the general view point of the community safe is an alternative tool that has a high level of security and does not require a lot of space or space. Although a safe is considered a practical storage device but also has a high enough risk, there are several possibilities that the safe is easily broken into by other people without the owner knowing. From this problem came the idea to design a tool "Safety deposit system using a combination of passwords and fingerprints with SMS notifications". This tool is equipped with a layered security system that is by using a password and fingerprint also is equipped with an SMS module so that the owner can know the condition of the safe when left traveling. The design in the form of hardware in the form of connections between input devices, processes and also outputs, while the software in the form of programs as a system driver. Based on the results of tests conducted, when the password and fingerprint input are correct, the safe will open then when the password and fingerprint input is incorrect more than three times, the alarm will sound and the system will send an SMS notification to the owner, then the system is blocked. When the safe is accessed without going through the right procedure, the system will also send a notification to the safe owner.

Abstract

Severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARSCOV-2) is a virus that causes corona virus desease (Covid-19), namely a respiratory sindrome desease that comes from the beta corona virus group. A serious problem with Sarscov-2 infection is when a cytokine storm appears which is produced as the body’s response to an inflammatory reaction, but the presence of interleukin (cytokine)-10 as an anti-inflammatory cytokine can suppress inflammatory reactions to avoid cytokine storms. The study's objective was to characterize IL-10 levels in people who may have Covid-19. The research method is to use an analytical survey with a retrospective design. Interleukin-10 levels were measured utilizing the ELISA (Enzime Linked Immunosorbant Assay) method. Result: The average level of IL-10 in SARSCOV-2 utilizing the Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) method to detect positive Covid-19 suspect samples (83.16 pg/ml) was higher than SARSCOV-2 negative Covid-19 suspects (81.03 pg/ml). Conclusion: the comparison of IL-10 levels in positive Covid-19 suspects and negative Covid-19 suspects using the RT-PCR technique has an insignificant difference in levels because naturally Pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines' reciprocal responses show that the immune response of the samples from suspected Covid-19 patients used is still very strong (IL-10).

Abstract

Bakteri endofit merupakan bakteri yang mampu menghasilkan senyawa-senyawa bioaktif yang sama dengan tanaman inangnya, salah satunya senyawa antimikroba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri bakteri endofit daun pepaya (Carica papaya L) terhadap Staphylococcus aureus, Untuk menentukan daya hambat atau zona hambat bakteri endofit terhadap Staphylococcus aureus. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental laboratorium. Pengujian menggunakan metode Difusi sumuran pada media MHA. Dilakukan 5 perlakuan yaitu pada Replikasi 1, 2, 3, Kontrol positif ciprofloxacin, kontrol negative aquadest. Hasil pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan pada isolat yang telah dimurnikan dengan metode difusi sumuran yang menunjukkan bahwa pada bakteri uji Staphylococcus aureus tidak memiliki aktivitas antibakteri.

Abstract

Foodborne diseases adalah penyakit yang ditularkan melalui makanan yang terkontaminasi dan merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang utama. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Bakteri yang biasa mencemari makanan adalah Escherichia coli. Kontaminasi E. coli pada makanan dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya cemaran E Coli serta faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi Pada Makanan Di Daerah Wisata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Observasional Deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil positif pada uji pendugaan menyatakan bahwa isolat bakteri termasuk ke dalam kelompok bakteri coliform fecal. Hasil negatif pada uji Konfirmasi menyatakan bahwa tidak adanya jenis bakteri Eschericia coli, dan uji Indol terdapat bakteri Plesiomonas shigelloide, Vibriocholera, dan Aeromonas hydrophila. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Dari lima (5) jenis makanan yang diambil didaerah wisatapositif tercemar bakteri total coliform yang terdiri dari bakteri Plesiomonas shigelloide, Vibriocholera, dan Aeromonas hydrophila.

Abstract

Water is a very important element in human and plant life. The dry season makes the amount of water supply dwindling, this has an impact on farmers' yields to decline. Limited water from rivers makes farmers unable to meet the needs of crops and agricultural areas. Irrigation from rivers is often a social conflict that often occurs in the community because of the problem of water distribution that is not controlled. The huge water demand for farmers demands a water treatment system. Thus the irrigation system becomes a very important support for the smoothness and success of agricultural products, especially the agriculture of the Turi Village community, Jetis District. The design of this irrigation system controller and monitoring prototype uses an Arduino Mega based on NodeMCU (ESP 8266) as a system controller. The process of distributing river water which was previously done manually is replaced by using an automatic system that can be monitored via the telegram application. All components are controlled by arduino mega as a command interpreter from the user. Users can control the prototype using commands from the Telegram application installed on Android and IOS devices. The opening height of the irrigation door can be adjusted by the user. When there is an overflow of water in the river, the system will open all the floodgates automatically so that there is no flood. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained are that the JSN-SR04T proximity sensor will measure the water level of the river, if the water level exceeds the limit, the user will receive a notification via the telegram application and all floodgates will open automatically. When the sluice gate is forcibly opened, the user will receive a notification via the telegram application and the buzzer installed on the system will sound.

Abstract

The increase in food demand is not in line with the increase in the amount of production and quality of agricultural products. The strategy to increase agricultural production so far has been carried out through the provision of chemical synthetic fertilizers, this strategy has a negative impact on the quality of agricultural land, namely a decrease in the essential organic elements of the soil which are needed by plants. Organic farming is a necessary solution to restore land quality and Bacillus laterosporus is a microorganism that has the ability to produce various beneficial metabolites for plant growth and maintain soil fertility. B. laterosporus is a microorganism that requires a high-quality carbon source to produce high-quality metabolites, so it requires natural carbon sources that are cheap, easy to obtain and not widely used by humans, such as old coconut water, nira and molasses. The aim of the study was to determine the difference in the germination rate of soybeans treated with B. laterosporus suspension with different natural carbon sources so that the best natural carbon source for the growth of B. laterosporus could be identified as an essential component of quality organic fertilizer. Soybean germination rate was measured and observed and compared with the control. The results showed that the provision of natural carbon sources had a good effect on the growth of the number of bacterial cells and the germination rate of soybean seeds.
