Abstract

Research Objective: The growth of MSMEs is very rapid every year, where the rapid growth of MSMEs, business owners need to increase their knowledge in finance, utilize financial institutions as a tool for business development and also need to keep up with growing technological growth. So this study aims to find out about the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion and the development of fintech payments on the performance of MSMEs in Pare. Research Method: This study uses an associative quantitative approach with a sample of 90 MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector and using fintech payments in Pare District. Samples will be collected by distributing questionnaires to informants with various terminals that have been tested for validity and reliability. Then to test it using multiple linear regression test with the SPSS application. And the acquisition of research results showing that financial literacy, financial inclusion and the development of fintech payments have a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs. Research Finding: The results of this study state that the performance of MSMEs is influenced by financial literacy, financial inclusion and the development of fintech payments.

Abstract

Research Aim : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment knowledge, investment risk and pocket money on students' interest in investing in the capital market. Research Method : This research was conducted through a quantitative approach using primary data obtained from 78 respondents, namely students from Nusantara University PGRI Kediri Faculty of Economics and Business who had received capital market lessons. Data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. Research Finding : The results showed that investment knowledge had a significant positive effect on interest in investing in the capital market. Investment risk has no effect on interest in investing in the capital market. Pocket money has a significant positive effect on the interest in investing in the capital market. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it is known that there is a significant positive effect between the variables of investment knowledge, investment risk, and pocket money with interest in investing in the capital market.

Abstract

Research aim: The purpose of this research is toconduct an analysis of the impact of the RGECcomponents which include Non-Performing Loans(NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG),Return onAssets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) onshare prices of banking sector companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2020-2022period.Design/Methode/Approach:This research uses secondarydata obtained from the Financial Services Authority(OJK), the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), and theofficial websites of the companies concerned.Research Finding: The results of the research show thatoverall RGEC (NPL, GCG, ROA, and CAR) has asignificant impact on banking company share prices. Inparticular, the NPL variable has no significant impact,while GCG and ROA have a significant positiveinfluence on stock prices. On the other hand, the CARvariable does not show a significant impact on stockprices. These findings can provide insight tostakeholders, especially investors, regulators andbanking company management, to better understand thefactors that influence share prices. This information canbe used as a basis for making more appropriatedecisions in managing investments and carrying outcorporate governance
