Abstract

PKM bertujuan mencari solusi pengetahuan guru pada sekolah imbas dalam penulisan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic) berorientasi pada soal HOTS (Higher order thinking skills) pada pengembangan sekolah model dalam menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan pendampingan sekolah zonasi ke sekolah Imbas. Kerjasama IKIP PGRI Bali dengan SMA N 7 Denpasar terkait Sekolah Model Zonasi tahun 2019 dan memberikan pengimbasan terhadap 5 sekolah imbas di Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sosialisasi (workshop) dan pendampingan dengan mengundang semua guru pada sekolah zonasi dan tiga guru pada masing-masing sekolah Imbas. Hasil yang diperoleh saat pendampingan pertama di lima sekolah imbas secara umum yaitu: (1) Guru belum bisa membuat RPP dengan pendekatan STEM berorientasi pada soal HOTS sehingga perlu pendampingan dan diskusi yang lebih intensif. (2) Tidak semua materi pembelajaran pada bidang studi bisa dibuat soal HOTS. Setelah pendampingan tahap kedua pada sekolah imbas, hasil yang diperoleh pada sekolah imbas secara umum yaitu: (1) guru sudah bisa membuat RPP dengan pendekatan STEM berorientasi soal HOTS, (2) guru sudah bisa memilih materi pembelajaran yang bisa dibuat soal HOTS

Abstract

Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) learning is a teaching approach that focuses on student learning readiness, not just at the class level. The TaRL approach provides latitude or flexibility in teaching according to students' abilities. Students are not tied to grade levels, but are adjusted based on the abilities of the same students. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) assisted by E-LKPD can increase students' motivation to learn mathematics. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were class VIII.I students of SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara for the academic year 2022/2023 and the object of this study was students' motivation to learn mathematics. In this research through two cycles consisting of four stages of the activity process which includes (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques using non-test techniques, observation techniques, and interview techniques. The results of the study show that the application of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) learning with the help of E-LKPD can increase students' motivation to learn mathematics in class VIII.2 students of SMP Negeri 6 Denpasar in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Cooperative learning model with Jigsaw Type is a model that can be applied to guide students to be more active and help each other in discussed with the jigsaw type, namely the home group and the original group. The purpose of this research is to improve students' conceptual understanding with the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in biology subjects on mutation material. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were class XII MIPA 2 students and the object of research was students' understanding of the concept of students in biology subjects on mutation material on the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research consists of four stages, namely (1) Planning; (2) Actions; (3) Observation; (4) Reflection. Data collection techniques using the description test method. The results of the study show that applying the jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve students' understanding of concepts in biology subject matter for class XII MIPA 2 mutations at SMA Negeri 1 North Kuta in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Nature tourism is a form of recreation and tourism activity that utilizes the potential of natural resources, both in their natural state and after cultivation efforts. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop natural tourism objects based on ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom and to find out the supporters and obstacles in developing natural tourism objects based on ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom in Apuan village, Susut District, Bangli Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This type of research is phenomological while the data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. The informants in this research were village and community officials. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The research results showed that the cultural dimensions of local wisdom in the attraction of ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom-based nature tourism in Apuan village came from local sources, local culture and local knowledge. The supporting facilities available for nature tourism based on local wisdom in Apuan village are complete, such as toilets and parking lots which are still in fairly good condition. However, improvements still need to be made in terms of numbers, such as toilet facilities. Inhibiting Factors (1) Accessibility, there is no public transportation for large cars that go directly to tourist attractions in Apuan Village. 2) Amenities, accommodation, health facilities, banks, automated teller machines (ATMs) are not yet available.

Abstract

NHT cooperative learning focused on cooperation in groups, student centered learning and with the numbering model will make the students more active in classroom discussions. This classroom action research aims to find out whether the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes and to describe the implementation of learning using the NHT. The subjects in this research were class X E6 students at SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar for the 2023/2024 academic year. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles which included initial reflection, action planning, action implementation, observation/data collection, and reflection. Data collection was carried out through observation and written assessments. The instruments used were observation sheets and description questions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of observations, the average percentage of student achievement of learning objectives increased from cycle I of 69.05% to 78.57% in cycle II. Based on these results, it is concluded that the application of the NHT type cooperative learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in Trigonometry material for class X E6 students at SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

Teachers employ various methods for classroom instruction, but achieving optimal results remains challenging. Recognizing the need for innovation, this study focuses on implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance mathematical learning outcomes, particularly in Trigonometry for class X.E1 at SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar during the 2023/2024 academic year. The two-cycle class action research reveals improved outcomes, demonstrating that the application of the PBL model leads to enhanced results and identifies sequential steps for implementation. The research, utilizing a class action methodology, involves students from class X.E1 during the academic year 2023/2024. The study emphasizes Trigonometry outcomes, employing the PBL model in two cycles, including initial reflection, action planning, implementation, observation/data collection, and reflection. Data, collected through observation and written tests using instruments such as observation sheets and descriptive questions, undergoes descriptive analysis. The findings underscore the efficacy of the PBL model in improving mathematics learning outcomes, offering insights into its application for Trigonometry in the specific context of class X.E1 at SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar during the first semester

Abstract

Independent learning is an activity that students carry out without depending on the help of other people, both friends and lecturers, in achieving learning goals, namely mastering material or knowledge well with their own awareness and students can apply their knowledge in solving problems in everyday life. However, there are still students who experience difficulties in independent learning. The purpose of this research is (1) to determine student learning independence in flat and spatial geometry courses through the application of problem solving learning models in mathematics education study programs. (2) to determine student learning outcomes in flat and spatial geometry courses through the application of problem solving learning models in mathematics education study programs. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were students in the fourth semester of the mathematics education study program for the 2023/2024 academic year, PGRI Mahadewa University, Indonesia. The object of this research is student independence and learning outcomes after implementing the problem solving learning model. This research uses two cycles and each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection stages. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that the application of the problem solving learning model can increase learning independence and learning outcomes for students in the fourth semester of the mathematics education study program for the 2023/2024 academic year in the flat and space geometry courses at PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University.

Abstract

Kestabilan kondisi psikologis siswa selama pembelajaran berdampak pada prestasi akademik siswa. Kondisi yang stabil akan membangkitkan motivasi siswa untuk berprestasi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi siswa adalah efikasi diri. Percaya pada diri sendiri bahwa dirinya mampu dan siap menghadapi tantangan akan mengantarkan siswa menjadi individu yang tangguh. Efikasi diri perlu dikembangkan, untuk itu pelatihan efikasi diri diperlukan untuk menjaga kestabilan kondisi psikologis siswa dan motivasi berprestasinya. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa mengenali potensi diri dan menanamkan mindset positif. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di SMA N 1 Mengwi dengan sasaran siswa kelas XII. Pelatihan efikasi diri dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Metode pelaksanaan dilaksakanan melalui metode penyuluhan, diskusi, dan hypnoterapi. Pelatihan efikasi diri memberikan manfaat positif bagi siswa yaitu membantu siswa memahami potensi dirinya dan menanamkan rasa syukur. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan mendapat respon yang baik dari siswa dimana pelatihan berlangsung sangat interaktif yang terlihat dari antusias siswa mengikuti kegiatan.

Abstract

The low ability of students to solve HOTS questions is caused by a lack of self-confidence as well as exercises provided by the teacher, so in the learning process, students need media that can help their learning process. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the group worksheet method was more effective than the individual worksheet method in solving questions and whether there was an interaction between the method and students' level of confidence in solving HOTS questions. This type of research is experimental research using a factorial treatment design at level 3x2. The population of this study was all students in class X, totaling 420 children. Sampling in the study was carried out using a double-stage sampling technique. The first stage is to select as many as 3 classes out of 10 existing classes, then determine which classes will be given the treatment of methods A1, A2, and A3. Data collection in the study was carried out using the test method, with the research instrument being a test with HOTS questions. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and factorial analysis. All of these analyses used the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the analysis show that there is a very significant difference between the average group LKPD group and the individual LKPD group, as well as between individual and conventional LKPD groups. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of LKPD accompanied by a high level of student confidence can effectively improve students' ability to solve HOTS questions.

Abstract

Balinese Ethno Bee Agrotourism is located in Baha village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali Province, which is engaged in cultivating honey bees, Kele is a partner in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities. The aim of this PKM is to overcome pests that attack Kele honey bees in an effort to increase the production of Kele Honey Bee Cultivation, and to increase sales of honey production from Kele Honey Bee Cultivation. The partner priority problems being assisted are as follows: (1) Pest problems in kele honey bee cultivation. (2) Marketing problems. The solution to deal with all attacks from bee enemies, beekeepers must look for and know the prevention: 1) to prevent ants from entering the bee house, the legs supporting the bee house are smeared with oil or put in a bowl filled with water. To prevent night moths, you can do this by keeping the bee house clean, making the door smaller so that the butterflies cannot enter, strengthening the colony and setting traps at night. If eggs, caterpillars and moths are found in the nest, they must be immediately removed and destroyed. Strengthens bee colonies so they can kill bacteria that attack larvae. Take the infected comb, then destroy it by burning it. Likewise, dealing with lizard and toke attacks requires traps. 2) For marketing, there needs to be online and off-line marketing promotions. The group continues to improve production quality, maintains the quality of honey sold to consumers, makes bottle packaging as attractive as possible and contains special labels to maintain the good name of the producer.
