Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Indonesia National Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013) of mathematics at junior secondary school level. The tool used is the Web-based Curriculum Review Mapping System (CRMS). The CRMS was developed to analyze the curriculum, as expected outcome, through teachers lesson plan. The method used in this research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. In this research, the research was the main instrument assisted with interview guide sheets and documentations. The object of this research is the national curriculum for mathematics at a junior high school with three mathematics teachers as respondents to be interviewed. Analysis of the data used in the study is a qualitative analysis with three stages: data reduction, exposure, and drawing conclusions and verification. Qualitative data analysis is carried out simultaneously with data collection process. The results of the study state that the CRMS is at easy to implement by the teachers of mathematics. They can review their mathematics lesson plan using this system. Furthermore, by this system teachers could create various lesson plans.

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 that is currently being implemented in Indonesia, still holds many obstacles in its implementation. One of them is the constraints in making a lesson plan. Some tools can help teachers create better lesson plans, one of which is a tool called Curriculum Review Mapping System (CRMS). This research aims to find out the results of national curriculum analysis in mathematics in high school using CRMS and also teacher response to these results. This study used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The instruments used are documentation, interviews, and researchers themselves. CRMS uses a technology called a mapping system to analyze the curriculum. The description of the national curriculum analysis results is contained in the result and discussion section. CRMS can be used as a teacher lesson plan analysis tool as teacher preparation before the teacher presents his/her learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the competencies that can be formed through the use of project-based learning (PjBL) learning models. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This study analyzes search results from the Scopus, Erics, and Google Scholar databases, with a span of the last 10 years. Based on the search results, 100 relevant articles were obtained which were then filtered based on the inclusion criteria and 41 articles were used as the primary study. Each article in the data, then analyzed based on the capabilities developed from research results. The results of the review analysis of this article can be drawn conclusions and findings that the learning model (PjBL) has a good impact on improving hard skills and soft skills in learning mathematics both at the elementary, junior high and high school / vocational levels. At the elementary level, PjBL is able to improve critical thinking skills and increase motivation to learn, at the SMP level PjBL is able to improve creative thinking skills and increase students' learning motivation, and at the high school level PjBL is able to improve creative thinking skills and increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara sistematis efektivitas serta strategi implementasi pembelajaran berbasis permainan dalam pendidikan matematika. Latar belakang kajian ini adalah masih dominannya pembelajaran matematika yang bersifat konvensional, abstrak, dan kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep. Dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka sistematis, analisis dilakukan sebanyak dari 30 artikel hanya 14 artikel memenuhi seluruh kriteria dari berbagai sumber. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi elemen permainan dalam pembelajaran matematika secara konsisten memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi, keterlibatan emosional dan kognitif siswa, serta peningkatan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Meskipun demikian, penerapannya menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kompetensi guru, kurangnya media dan teknologi pendukung, serta belum optimalnya dukungan dari sisi kebijakan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, strategi implementasi yang mencakup pelatihan guru, pengembangan media pembelajaran, serta integrasi ke dalam kurikulum sangat diperlukan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis permainan layak diterapkan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran matematika yang lebih kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes yang valid, reliabel, dan kontekstual guna mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Proses pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 35 siswa kelas XI program keahlian Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor di SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan indikator pemecahan masalah menurut tahapan Polya, meliputi memahami masalah, merencanakan penyelesaian, melaksanakan rencana, dan mengevaluasi hasil. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa instrumen memenuhi kriteria kesesuaian isi, konstruksi soal, dan relevansi konteks kejuruan. Uji coba instrumen menghasilkan nilai validitas tinggi (r = 0,853–0,907), reliabilitas kuat (α = 0,847), tingkat kesukaran tergolong mudah (0,736–0,779), dan daya pembeda pada kategori sedang hingga baik (0,38–0,53). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen layak digunakan untuk asesmen formatif dan diagnostik dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMK. Selain sebagai alat ukur, instrumen ini juga dapat merepresentasikan proses berpikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual. Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan lanjutan dengan menambah variasi soal berlevel sedang hingga sulit untuk memperluas cakupan kemampuan yang diukur.

Abstract

The concept of multiculturalism has been widely discussed, but its implementation in various educational environments shows less variation. This study aims to analyze various studies related to CRT to identify patterns, supporting factors, and their impact on learning. This type of research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) methodology. The sample in this study consists of scientific articles that discuss the practice and implications of culturally responsive teaching in formal educational contexts, both at elementary, secondary, and higher levels. The data collection method in this study was carried out through a systematic literature search process using academic databases. The data analysis method used in this study is thematic analysis, which aims to identify, group, and interpret the main patterns that emerge from the articles reviewed. The results of the study indicate that CRT is able to improve learning outcomes, student engagement, and the development of critical thinking skills. This approach is also practical in bridging the cultural gap between students and learning materials, creating an inclusive environment, and supporting the development of soft skills such as collaboration and problem-solving. The implications of this study are to show that culturally responsive teaching can increase student engagement, strengthen cultural identity, and encourage a more inclusive learning environment. Therefore, educational institutions and policymakers need to consider integrating this approach into the curriculum, learning planning, and teacher training and professional development programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang disebabkan oleh model pembelajaran yang belum tepat pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa terutama pada materi perbandingan trigonometri. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini diterapkanlah model pembelajaran LAPS – Heuristik untuk melihat apakah berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi perbandingan trigonometri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan dengan desain penelitian yaitu The Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 6 Kota Serang dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah kelas X1 (kelas eksperimen) jumlah 31 siswa dan X6 (kelas control) jumlah 34 siswa yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji prasyarat (normalitas dan homogenitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian dari uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung = 16,147 dengan t tabel = 1,988 maka Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran LAPS – Heuristik terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi perbandingan trigonometri.

Abstract

This research constitutes a two-cycle School Action Research involving 29 teachers at SMAN 1 Jawilan, Serang, Banten. Employing data collection methods such as observation, field notes, and documentation, coupled with a comprehensive analysis utilizing both descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study aimed to discern the impact of academic supervision on teachers' pedagogic competency in developing differentiated learning strategies. The data analysis demonstrated a discernible progression in pedagogic competency scores over the cycles. In the pre-cycle, scores were recorded at 44.17 with an average of 1.52, which subsequently increased to 65.44 with an average of 2.26 in cycle 1, and further elevated to 77.43 with an average of 2.67 in cycle 2. Similarly, an analogous advancement was observed in teachers' pedagogical competency scores for differentiated learning against predetermined standards, ascending from 38% in the pre-cycle to 69% in cycle 1, culminating in 97% in cycle 2. These findings substantiate the assertion that academic supervision plays a pivotal role in augmenting teachers' pedagogical competence, particularly in the context of developing differentiated learning methodologies.

Abstract

Sebagian besar dosen seringkali menerapkan satu model pembelajaran tertentu saat mereka mengajar di kelas, namun model pembelajaran yang mereka terapkan bukan merupakan model pembelajaran yang telah teruji dan dikembangkan oleh dosen yang bersangkutan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan menerapkan model discovery learning yang telah teruji oleh dosen dan tim. Metode riset yang dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas terhadap tiga puluh mahasiswa sarjana yang berada di semester tiga. Riset menunjukan hasil terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar tiga belas persen dari prasiklus ke siklus satu, dan tujuh persen dari siklus satu ke siklus dua. Hasil belajar mahasiswa yang terukur secara umum adalah keaktifan mereka saat model discovery learning teruji diterapkan di kelas. Model discovery learning teruji tersebut dapat diterapkan di kelas-kelas lainnya pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi, karena model ini telah teruji.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan jenis kesalahan serta faktor penyebab kesalahan yang siswa lakukan dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematis berdasarkan teori Kastolan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 5 SMAN 1 Ciruas. Intrumen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari instrumen tes literasi matematis yang berjumlah 6 butir soal dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian melakukan 3 jenis kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematis, yaitu kesalahan konseptual sebesar 42,53%, kesalahan prosedural sebesar 31,61%, dan kesalahan teknik sebesar 25,86%. Kesalahan konseptual terjadi karena subjek penelitian terbiasa mengerjakan soal secara langsung ke prosedur penyelesaiannya tanpa menuliskan rumusnya terlebih dahulu. Penyebab terjadinya kesalahan prosedural antara lain tidak mengetahui langkah penyelesaian yang harus dilakukan selanjutnya, kurangnya kemampuan dalam memanipulasi langkah penyelesaian, kurangnya kemampuan dalam menerapkan operasi perpangkatan pada suatu bilangan, dan kurang terbiasanya mengerjakan jenis soal seperti yang diberikan. Penyebab terjadinya kesalahan teknik antara lain kurangnya kemampuan dalam melakukan operasi aljabar bentuk akar, belum selesainya prosedur penyelesaian yang dilakukan sehingga berdampak pada tidak adanya hasil, serta tidak menerapkan prosedur penyelesaian soal dengan tepat sehingga berdampak pada salahnya perhitungan. Kata Kunci: analisis kesalahan, soal literasi matematis, teori kastolan   Abstract : This study aims to identify and describe the types of errors and factors that cause errors made by students in solving mathematical literacy problems based on Kastolan theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were students of class XII IPA 5 at SMAN 1 Ciruas. The instrument in this research consisted of a mathematical literacy test instrument consisting of 6 questions and an interview guide. The research results showed that research subjects made 3 types of errors in solving mathematical literacy questions, namely conceptual errors of 42.53%, procedural errors of 31.61%, and technical errors of 25.86%. Conceptual errors occur because research subjects are used to working on problems directly to the solution procedure without writing down the formula first. Causes of procedural errors include not knowing what solution steps to take next, not being able to manipulate the solution steps, not being able to apply exponentiation operations of a number, and not understanding how to work on the type of problem given. Causes of technical errors include lack of ability to perform algebraic operations in the form of roots, not completing the solution procedure so that it does not produce results, and not applying the problem solving procedure correctly resulting in incorrect calculations. Keywords: error analysis, mathematical literacy problems, castolan theory Â
