Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop an empowerment model for poor farmers in Jeneponto, South Sulawesi. This study used descriptive method, with three approaches, economics, social and cultural, and institutional approach. Results of this study are: 1) the farmers in Jeneponto have limited knowledge of modern agriculture. 2) most of poor farmers in Jeneponto was not caused by the condition of natural resources. 3) some of agriculture comoditions could enhance optimally with good water management system. 4) low rate of savings caused the low rate investation and productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital financing on revenues of members businesses at PEMK Cengkareng Timur Cooperative and BMT Ta'awun Finance, the difference of revenues of members businesses after and before receiving working capital financing from PEMK Cengkareng Timur Cooperative and BMT Ta'awun Finance, and difference revenues of members businesses after receiving working capital financing between Koperasi PEMK Cengkareng Timur and BMT Ta'awun Finace. Methods of data acquisition used with structured interview methods and in-depth interviews. The population in the study were all members who received working capital financing in 2016 at PEMK Cengkareng Timur Cooperative and BMT Ta'awun Finace. The sample used is 30 members from each cooperative with sampling technique in the form of census and purposive sampling. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, paired t sample test, and independent t test sample test. The result of research is showed there is the effect of working capital finance with revenues of members businesses at PEMK Cengkareng Timur tcount (2,142) > ttable (2.048) and in BMT Ta’awun Finance tcount (2,688) > ttable (2.048), there is difference before and after working capital financing to revenues of members businesses in both cooperatives because of the probability value of 0,000 <0.05, and there is a difference in the income of members who receive working capital financing from the two cooperatives seen from tcount 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of interest rates, inflation and national income against the rupiah exchange rate over the US dollar. As for the data used in this research is secondary data, with this type of time series data in the period 2006-2016 obtained from Bank Indonesia and the World Bank. The method of this research method using exposé facto. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression. By using multiple regression analysis model, the output shows that interest rates (X 1) positive and significant effect of the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar up (Y). Inflation rate (X 2) do not affect the exchange rate of the rupiah significantly to top u.s. dollars (Y). National income (X 3) a positive effect of the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar up (Y). Of test results by looking at their significance value F = 0.000 then it can be said to be 0.05 < simultaneously interest rates, inflation and national income effect significant at α = 5% against the rupiah exchange rate over the US dollar in the year 2006-2016. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) acquired for 0.660 has a sense that the rupiah exchange rate over the US dollar can be explained by the level of interest rates, inflation and national income amounted to 66% while the rest is explained by other factors that do not exist in the model for this research.

Abstract

The economic empowerment of the Indonesian people has been carried out through UMKM. Indonesian people are still learning in economic empowerment through UMKM in various aspects. The formulation of research problems is the factor of empowering UMKM in maintaining sustainable bioeconomics? The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of empowering any UMKM in maintaining a sustainable bio-economy. The concept used in research is community economic empowerment is a community skill in managing their economic efforts well. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents in several major cities in Indonesia. Reflective descriptive research is all positive in empowering UMKM in the community. The most influential factor in community economic empowerment is making the community more independent. The smallest value dimension is the occurrence of structural changes in the economy. Suggestion for research is that all aspects of society should help empower UMKM communities so that society does not depend on the system implemented by the government.

Abstract

New media gives color to human life. The messages in the new media are very helpful and some even have a negative impact on humans. The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of the use of new media literacy in the message of diversity in the conservation of the earth to the knowledge of new media users. Concept of research is media literacy and human knowledge. Media literacy is a human ability to use new media in terms of insight, processing messages, analysis messages and evaluating messages. Message. The research method used is quantitative with respondents consisting of large cities Serang, Depok, Makassar, Bandung, Medan, and Jakarta. Reflective descriptive research is positive in both indicator variables. The influence of these two variables is positive and has a strong influence on user knowledge. Research suggestions are that all messages in new media should directly use sentences and images that are understood by users.

Abstract

The aim of this objective reserach is to find a picture of the influence of brand image, price, product quality and perceive risk on purchase decision transformer product PT. Schneider Indonesia for business consumers in Indonesia. This research is quantitative study with descriptive and causal method undertaken at PT. Schneider Indonesia business unit transfomer in 2013. Data collection done towards 97 respondents and its surrounding others industries segment. The data were collected with questonnaire and analyzed with SPSS ver. 20.0. The results of this study concluded that (1) the brand image positive and has significant impact on purchasing decisions, (2) Price positive and has significant impact on purchasing decisions, (3) product quality positive and has significant impact on purchasing decisions, (4) perceive risk positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions and (5) all of the independent variables (brand image, price, product quality, and perceive risk) have significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The variables that most influence the purchase decision is price variable, the second is brand image, the third is perceive risk and the fourth is a product quality. Abstract

In a public organization that is difficult to change, it turns out that the Bojonegoro district government can make various breakthroughs. This study aims to find out how they make changes. Using a case study approach, ten ways to make changes were found, namely communication, community empowerment, professionalism, building trust, financial management, being a mediator, understanding community culture/social/customs, synergizing, clear regulation, and walk-the-talk. These methods are not implemented separately but are interrelated to provide maximum impact for people who have a long history of endemic poverty. Some of the methods are related to the concepts of new public management and reinventing government, although the local government of Bojonegoro itself is not familiar with these concepts. By making the organization a learning organization, local governments that tend to be static will become more agile in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengarahkan calon-calon guru untuk menjadi guru yang profesional dan Untuk mengetahui tugas-tugas yang diemban untuk menjadi guru profesional. Metode Penelitian Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif yang dilaksanakan diFakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik slovin.sedangkan teknik analisa data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik uji regresi dan korelasi. kriteria di tentukan berdasarkan pada hasil studi literature dengan proses klarifikasi dengan perwakilan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi dan administrasi di fakultas ekonomi unj. jumlah kuesioner yang di sebar adalah 30 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indikator kecakapan profesional ditunjukan dengan presentase kuesioner sangat setuju antara lain sebesar 50%, sedangkan yang setuju sebesar 50%, Rekapitulasi keseluruhan hasil kuesioner indikator kecakapan pedagogik menunjukkan 27% sangat setuju jika pendidik mempunyai kecakapan pedagogik dan yang menyatakan setuju sebanyak 73%. Responden ternyata menganggap bahwa calon pendidik profesional harus memiliki kecakapan pedagogik sebagai bekal pendidik profesional. Hasil rekapitulasi keseluruhan kuesioner kecakapan sosial dari responden pendidikan ekonomi dan administrasi menunjukkan bahwa sangat setuju dengan kecakapan sosial, ditunjukan dengan lebih dari 73% responden yang menyatakan sangat setuju serta 27% setuju perlunya pendidik memiliki kecakapan sosial.Hasil rekapitulasi keseluruhan kuesioner indikator kecakapan pribadi menyatakan 40% sangat setuju serta 60% setuju bahwa kecakapan pribadi menjadi pegangan kuat dalam sikap dan etos kerjamenjadi pendidik profesional.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Cisaat kecamatan Ciater, Subang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Melalui PKM ini diharapkan produk UMKM di Desa Cisaat dapat cepat dikenal dan sampai pada konsumen yang berimbas pada peningkatan laba atau keuntungan produksi. Kegiatan berlangsung secara kondusif, di mana semua peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir kegiatan. Kendala yang dihadapi pada saat PKM di Desa Cisaat adalah ketidaktersediaan perangkat pendukung seperti sound system yang memadai, sehingga apa yang disampaikan oleh pemateri tidak didengar jelas. Kegiatan PKM berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran UMKM berbasis digital di Desa Cisaat harus terus dilakukan sehingga keberlanjutan pendampingan bisa terus berlangsung dan dievaluasi. Kegiatan PKM perlu melibatkan lintas jurusan atau prodi. Bukan saja kolaborasi tersebut menghasilkan model yang lebih baik dan inovatif, akan tetapi juga lebih berkontribusi positif terhadap pengetahuan serta keterampilan pemasaran digital para UMKM di Desa Cisaat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of population dependence, technology, and education on human development. Human development in this research is measured by adjusted per capita expenditure. The research method used in this study is from panel data from 2019 – 2021 in 34 provinces in Indonesia with a descriptive quantitative model. Based on the partial analysis, the population dependency technology variable has a positive and significant effect on human development by the probability value of smaller than alpha (0.05). At the same time, the education variable has a negative and significant effect on human development in Indonesia during the covid-19 period. Simultaneously, all variables significantly affect human development, shown through R2 of 99.80% and 0.20% and are explained by other variables outside the study.
