Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) the coffee shop profile of Halaman Belakang and Sisi Kiri, Bogor; (2) the development strategy implemented by the coffee shop in maintaining their business amidst the covid-19 pandemic; (3) The role of the coffee shop culinary industry in local economic growth, especially in the city of Bogor. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in Bogor City in May – June 2022. The subjects of this research are coffee shop owners who have established their outlets since before the COVID-19 pandemic there are Halaman Belakang and Sisi Kiri. The results obtained from this study are that there are several strategies used by Halaman Belakang and Sisi Kiri in maintaining their business in the midst of a pandemic and still surviving until after the pandemic. One of them is the strategy of expanding marketing with promotions through events that have a very positive impact on the progress of the business run by Halaman Belakang and Sisi Kiri. The increasing number of coffee shops at this time has a positive effect on the development of the local economy at Bogor City, at this time coffee shops are one of the SMEs that are currently hype and absorb a lot of the workforce in the Bogor City. We hope this strategy can be implemented and become a consideration for other business owners in dealing with economic problems in Indonesia, especially to maintain their businesses.

Abstract

Export is one of the international trades that can increase the country's economy and foreign exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of foreign investment and international prices on the export volume of apparel (convection) from Indonesian textiles with the Export VAT Restitution Policy as a Dummy Variable for 2005-2019. This research is quantitative research. The method used in this study is a simple regression method with the OLS model. The results of the study highlight that the foreign investment variable and international prices had a significant effect on the export volume of Indonesian apparel, but the export VAT restitution policy had no effect on the export volume of Indonesian apparel because other policies were needed to support these policies in order to increase exports.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review to examine the correlation between strategic decision-making and the performance of firms within business ecosystems. The study seeks to investigate three specific research inquiries: the recent research worked on the subject, recent patterns on this research, and the theoretical and practical consequences of strategic decision-making and the firms performance within the business ecosystems. By employing an eight-step systematic literature review methodology, we conducted an analysis of 398 papers, which finally selecting and examining five pivotal studies that satisfied the inclusion criteria. The findings underscore the small yet expanding research in this field, underscoring the significance of inventive and data-oriented approaches in improving company performance. The assessment emphasizes the necessity of conducting additional research in order to create comprehensive performance metrics that are specifically designed for collaborative business ecosystems.

Abstract

Community Service this training on business prospects for ornamental plants and superior fruit nurseries was carried out in Cisaat village, Sukabumi-Subang sub-district, where some tourist villages have superior ornamental plants and superior fruit that can be cultivated. Utilization of fertile land can be increased so that it becomes a potential agro-business tourism to be developed and become a superior product. This community service also provides business analysis training. The competencies obtained in this community service are 1. Farmers can select and produce superior seeds, 2. Farmers are able to develop nurseries with various media, 3. Farmers can develop nurseries by utilizing agricultural land, 4. Farmers can analyze production costs and business prospects. The method implemented is in the form of training with people who own land but it is not used optimally, as well as ornamental and fruit plant farmers. With training on business prospects, development of superior ornamental and fruit plants. Provision of seeds so that further development can be carried out for farmers. The next hope is that farmers will be able to produce superior ornamental plants and fruit in tourist villages with BumDes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically the role of conflict resolution through societal change to promote SCP in food supply companies working in Baduy community in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency. Furthermore, the mediating role of conflict management and social equilibrium was also examined. In this direction social change is considered as an important factor to promote SCP.  This study used a quantitative research approach based on the survey questionnaire. For this purpose, data were collected from the employees of food supply companies working in Baduy community. The results of the study show that the causes of conflict in the food supply companies are internal factors and external factors. Social change has positive effect on conflict management at workplace in food supply companies. Increase in the social change increases the conflict management which further enhances the social equilibrium and ultimately increases the SCP. Finally, results of the current study have vital role in food supply companies to enhance the SCP.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact that having a business plan and engaging in digital marketing have had on the resiliency of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in East Jakarta following the pandemic. The population that is the focus of this study is comprised of East Jakarta's 240,512 small and medium-sized businesses. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from these 140 participants to create the sample for this investigation. Processing of data utilizing the SEM (Structural Equation Model) approach with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) tool version 4, which includes the Estimation Test, Evaluation Test, and Mediation Test of the SEM-PLS Model. In light of the results of the hypothesis test, one can reach the following conclusion: the Business Plan variable representing MSME resilience has an influence that is both positive and significant. The influence of digital marketing on the resilience of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises is positive but insignificant. Meanwhile, the impact of the business strategy on the resiliency of MSMEs is positive but not statistically significant when the intervening variable is digital marketing.

Abstract

This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to explore the relationship between cloud accounting and corporate financial decision-making. Utilizing cloud accounting has significant implications for a company's financial decision-making. The findings of this study indicate that by adopting a cloud-based accounting system, companies may access financial data in real-time from many locations over the Internet. Optimize the operational efficiency of the company by providing integrated and online-accessible services. Enhancing the efficiency and flexibility in financial data management enables companies to respond to market changes more quickly and effectively. Efficiency and flexibility give decision-makers faster and easier access to financial information to make accurate strategic decisions. Keywords: Cloud Accounting, Financial Decision Making, Firm Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literaure Review (SLR) yang mengeksplorasi hubungan antara cloud accounting dan pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan. Penggunaan cloud accounting memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan keuangan dalam perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengadopsi sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud, perusahaan dapat mengakses data keuangan secara real-time dari berbagai lokasi melalui internet. meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan dengan menyediakan layanan yang terintegrasi dan dapat diakses secara online, meningkatkan efisiensi dan fleksibilitas dalam pengelolaan data keuangan, sehingga memungkinkan perusahaan untuk merespons perubahan pasar dengan lebih cepat dan lebih efektif. Hal ini memungkinkan para pengambil keputusan untuk memiliki akses yang lebih cepat dan mudah terhadap informasi keuangan yang diperlukan untuk membuat keputusan strategis yang tepat. Abstract

East Java Province is one of the regions experiencing very good economic growth. East Java Province is an autonomous region of Indonesia which has certain territorial boundaries with the second largest population in Indonesia, namely in 2022 there will be 41.150.000 people. As the population in East Java Province increases, the opportunities for expanding markets and specializing the economy will also be large. This indicates that East Java Province has experienced achievements in implementing regional development in the economic sector. With this comprehensive and sustainable development, the existence of East Java Province can influence the achievement of development results in East Java Province. This research uses the panel data regression method with the E-views 12 analysis tool. The results of this research show that investment and regional tax revenue have a positive and significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, infrastructure, and population on inter-region development inequality. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are panel data from the five largest regions in Indonesia; Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua from 2013 to 2022 which are collected through documentation techniques. The test results show that the variables of education level, road stability infrastructure, and infrastructure of households that have access to PLN electricity have a negative and significant effect on inter-region development inequality. Meanwhile, the total population variable has a significant positive effect on inter-region development inequality. Simultaneously, all research variables have a significant effect on inter-region development inequality. The coefficient of determination test in this study shows a 99% influence on development inequality and the remaining 1% is explained by other variables outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of government quality on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in ASEAN Plus Three. Recent empirical studies have shown that FDI is expected to be strongly associated with good governance conditions in the host country. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. To accomplish this study, we used a panel data set of 13 countries in ASEAN Plus Three regions from 1996 to 2022. This analysis was conducted using a random effects model (REM). Our findings can be summarized: Government Effectiveness and the Rule of Law positively impact FDI in the ASEAN Plus Three Countries. Moreover, Political Stability, Voice, and Accountability have a negative impact on FDI. However, Regulatory Quality and Control of Corruption could be more significant in attracting FDI inflows
