Abstract

The supply chain sector is one of the most determining the company's ability to maintain its business operations. PT. Sentra Mulia Sejahtera has never conducted performance measurements on its supply chain flow, so it is not yet known how efficient its supply chain performance is. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of efficiency of supply chain performance and propose improvement strategies for the inefficient supply chain performance of PT. Sentra Mulia Sejahtera using the Data Envelopment Analysis method. The results showed that at the supplier level there was 1 DMU that was already efficient, 2 DMUs were marginally efficient and 2 other DMUs were still inefficient. Meanwhile, at the company level, there are 4 DMUs in an inefficient condition, DMU 3 is the DMU with the lowest efficiency value of 38.5%. The improvement strategy for inefficient suppliers is to reduce the value of the input variables. The improvement solution for the company based on the results of the potential improvement calculation must reduce the cash to cash cycle time and lead time for order fulfillment by reducing the length of the payment agreement from the distributor.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan alat bantu belajar yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memotivasi siswa. Di era digital, teknologi pendidikan berkembang, termasuk media pembelajaran berbasis Flip Book. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Buku Flip Book sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa dengan menggunakan Metode R&D. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Proses ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan, diikuti perancangan menggunakan Flowchart dan Storyboard, pengembangan oleh ahli media dan materi, serta aplikasi kepada mahasiswa untuk menilai kelayakan media. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Pengembangan media pembelajaran Flip Book untuk Teknologi Sepeda Motor dinyatakan sangat cocok digunakan, dengan persentase nilai rata-rata dari validator media 78,18%, ahli materi 82,35%, dan mahasiswa 89,13%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran animasi pada materi sistem pengisian baterai dalam mata kuliah teknik kelistrikan otomotif guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan pemahaman peserta didik di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Masalah yang diidentifikasi dalam pembelajaran konvensional mencakup keterbatasan modul dan video daring yang kurang interaktif serta ketergantungan pada koneksi internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Hasil validasi oleh ahli desain, ahli media, dan ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa media animasi yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan persentase kelayakan di atas 90%. Uji kepraktisan dan kemenarikan oleh mahasiswa menunjukkan hasil sangat praktis (92,58%) dan sangat menarik (91,42%). Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran animasi dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menjelaskan materi teknis secara visual, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan memudahkan pemahaman konsep sistem pengisian baterai. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan media ini penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran teknik otomotif secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana manajemen rantai pasok diterapkan pada industri rumahan tahu di Kelurahan Moodu, Kota Gorontalo. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pelaku usaha adalah ketergantungan pada satu pemasok bahan baku dan permintaan pasar yang tidak menentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana usaha ini mengelola aliran produk, informasi, dan keuangan agar kegiatan operasional tetap berjalan lancar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun dilakukan secara sederhana, manajemen rantai pasok di UMKM ini berjalan cukup efektif, Rangkaian aktivitas dalam manajemen rantai pasok dimulai dari tahap perolehan bahan baku, dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan produksi, hingga tahap akhir berupa penyaluran produk ke tangan konsumen melalui sistem distribusi yang terorganisir, hingga pemanfaatan limbah produksi menjadi pakan ternak. Keberhasilan usaha ini tidak lepas dari hubungan kepercayaan yang terjalin dengan mitra usaha, sistem pembayaran yang fleksibel, serta kemampuan adaptif dalam menghadapi perubahan permintaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan rantai pasok yang baik tidak selalu membutuhkan teknologi canggih, melainkan bisa dijalankan secara fungsional dengan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi lokal dan sumber daya yang tersedia.

The abstract consists of summary of the research objectives, approaches or methods used, important results and conclusions. This study aims to determine the effect of workshop facilities on students' learning interest and mastery of vocational competencies in the Mechanical Engineering expertise program at SMK Gorontalo Province. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of workshop facilities in increasing students' learning interest which emphasizes mastery of competencies. The research method used is quantitative research, using path analysis to determine the relationship between two or more variables expressed by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient and statistical significance. This study discusses three variables consisting of one independent variable, namely the effect of workshop facilities (X) two dependent variables, namely learning interest (Y1) and (Y2) mastery of vocational competencies. The research sample consisted of XII students majoring in Mechanical Engineering at several state vocational schools in Gorontalo Province. Data were collected through questionnaires, The results of the analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between 1. workshop facilities on learning interest of 38.4 while 62.6% was influenced by other factors that were not examined, 2. Workshop facilities on competency mastery had a significant effect of 46.9% while 53.1% was influenced by other factors that were not examined. 3. Interest in learning towards competency mastery has a significant effect of 55% while 45% is influenced by other factors not studied. 4. Workshop facilities through interest in learning towards competency mastery have a significant effect of 64.20% while 35.8% is influenced by factors not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze reviews in understanding the opinions and emotions expressed by users regarding the Google Translate application on the Google Play Store using sentiment analysis. By using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method in sentiment analysis of the Google Translate application, to get a better understanding of how users respond to the application. This can help developers improve the application experience, responding better to user needs and preferences. This user review analysis uses the SVM method. The measuring tool in this research uses, firstly, the Indonesian Lexicon as a tool to obtain positive and negative results, secondly, term frequency–inverse document frequency (tf-idf) as a support for the results of the evaluation. Google Translate app has a dataset of 1000 user reviews collected from Google play store. The results of analysis using Support Vector Machine produced 95% accuracy, with "no" as the result of the most positive and negative reviews out of 1580 reviews.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Animasi pada materi permesinan kapal penangkap penangkap ikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model Four D (4D) Define, Desing, Development, and Disseminationt). Teknik Analisi data yang digunakan adalaha Teknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Mananggu dan subjek penelitian yakni siswa yang berada di kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kusioner untuk menguji kelayakan media. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran yang interaktif berbasis animasi pada materi permesinan kapal penangkap ikan. Media pembelajaran yang didesain dinyatakan valid karena telah diuji kevalidannya oleh ahli media sebesar 95,86%, ahli materi 99,2%, dan siswa sebesar 81,17%. Berdasarkan data diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan dapat dipergunakan sebagai perangkat pembelajaran di sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Mananggu.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of industrial practice experience on the job readiness of vocational engineering mechinery students in Yogyakarta. This type of research is ex-post facto with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were all students of machining engineering expertise program at Vocational High School Yogyakarta, with a total of 297 students. Determination of sample size using the Isaac & Michael table, obtained a sample of 247 students. Sampling with purposive sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics to describe the data of each variable and the regression analysis used for hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the hypothesis has a positive and significant effect between industrial practice experience on the work readiness of students of Mechanical Engineering Vocational School in Yogyakarta. It can be seen from the regression results and the results of the significance of industrial practice experience on student work readiness, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.677 and the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.459. The results of this study indicate that the experience of industrial practice has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Mechanical Engineering students at Mechanical Engineering Vocational School in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to develop a module of motor mechanics four-step motorcycle based problem based learning on the mechanical engineering education program of the gorontalo state college of engineering. Research in the development of the module lab uses RD (research and development) development methods. The research method referred to the 4-d model (four-d models). Based on research and analysis of already conducted validation data analysis it can be concluded that the validation of the module's practical-based problem learning on its engine engine trainer tool 4 steps from the engine engine aspect of media worthiness are defined as worthy by the validator atan 80% percentage, and of the appropriatical value of these service modules is gained a feasibility percentage of 91.50%.Keywords: development, module practical, the problem of based learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for motorcycle ignition system learning media in motorcycle engineering courses, especially motorcycle ignition system material. This study develops learning media as learning aids according to the learning styles of Mechanical Engineering Education students who are more inclined to kinesthetic learning styles. The purpose of this study was to develop and test the feasibility of motorcycle ignition system learning media in motorcycle engineering courses. To develop and test the feasibility of the media, the method used in this research is Research Development, with a 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The development procedure begins with (1) describing the initial state, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product manufacturing (7) product validation, (8) revision product, (9) final product, (10) dissemination. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This study produced motorcycle Ignition System learning media and the results of measuring the feasibility of the media with an average percentage value of design experts 89.15, material experts 90.76%, media experts 93.84, and user response 90.00%. The sum of the average scores of all grades is 90.18. The conclusion of the development of motorbike Ignition System learning media can be said to be very feasible to use.
