Abstract

This study examines the application of the Make A Match cooperative learning model in learning assistance at SD Negeri 1 Selaawi, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency. The primary goal of this program is to enhance students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, engaging first-grade students in interactive learning activities using question-and-answer cards to match learned concepts. The results indicate that this approach effectively increases students' active participation and enthusiasm. Out of 29 students, 27 stated that this learning method was enjoyable. Thus, the Make A Match model has been proven to enhance student engagement in learning while providing a more enjoyable and interactive learning experience.

Abstract

Pada saat ini dimana zaman sudah menjadi modern dengan banyaknya perubahan tradisi dan lingkungan sosial, begitu pula dengan peraturan yang telah diperbaharui, namun tidak dapat dipungkiri masih banyak masyarakat yang menganut tradisi lama seperti menikahkan anaknya dengan cepat dimana sang anak belum menginjak umur siap menikah baik secara undang-undang maupun secara kesehatan sehingga angka pernikahan dini di indonesia semakin tahun terus bertambah. Faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan dini pada masyarakat didasarkan antara lain karena ekonomi yang kurang memadai dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan. Tujuan pengabdian msyarakat melalui sosialisasi pernikahan dini ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada remaja di Desa Selaawi mengenai bahaya pernikahan dini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mencegah stunting. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara observasi, perencanaan, dan sosialisasi dengan memaparkan materi dan dilanjut sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini para remaja menjadi tahu dan paham akan dampak negatif pernikahan dini seperti dampak kesehatan, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi dan sosial serta keterkaitannya dengan penyebab stunting, mereka juga menjadi sadar akan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya pernikahan dini yaitu faktor ekomoni, faktor keluarga, faktor pendidikan, faktor lingkungan, faktor media massa, faktor pergaulan bebas, dan faktor pikiran/mindset.

Abstract

Basic immunization coverage remains a challenge in Indonesia's public health efforts despite being a national priority program. Maternal perception is considered one of the factors that influence the completeness of immunization in children. Maternal perceptions of immunization can play an important role in determining the completeness of child immunization, as the decision to provide immunization is often influenced by the mother's beliefs and knowledge about the benefits of vaccines. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal perceptions and the completeness of basic immunization status in toddlers in primary health care. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design involving 69 mothers who have children aged 9-24 months. Respondents were selected using a quota sampling technique. Data were collected through a standardized and validated questionnaire in the Indonesian version. The data were analyzed univariately using frequency distribution and bivariately with the Chi-Square test. Most mothers (94.2%) had a positive perception of immunization, and 72.46% of children had received complete basic immunization. However, the results of statistical analysis showed no significant relationship between maternal perceptions and completeness of basic immunization (p = 0.3; OR= 0,31). Although the majority of mothers had positive perceptions, it was not significantly associated with children's basic immunization status. This finding indicates that other factors, such as vaccine availability, access to health services, and social support, may have a greater role in influencing immunization practices.

This vision aims to reduce Indonesia’s dependency on foreign goods and services, enhance domestic production, and leverage digital innovation to create a competitive global presence. The administration’s plan includes revitalizing the agricultural sector, fostering local industries, and embracing digital transformation to boost economic productivity and innovation. While their economic policies present significant growth potential, challenges such as regional inequality, infrastructure deficits, and securing sustainable financing remain critical. This article explores the prospects of their proposed economic framework and the difficulties they may encounter in transforming Indonesia into a self-reliant, digitally advanced, and globally competitive nation. By evaluating Prabowo and Gibran’s policy vision, this study assesses the long-term viability of their strategies and their potential impact on Indonesia's economic development.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi sudah berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan penyebaran informasi dari internet yang bisa diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Karena pengaruh dari revolusi industri dan gaya hidup masyarakat kini pemanfaatan teknologi merambat ke dunia pasar bisnis electronic atau ecommerce. Dalam bisnis online perdagangan dilakukan melalui website, media sosial, atau aplikasi belanja online. Dalam melakukan belanja online ada faktor yang melatarbelakangi seseorang tertarik untuk berbelanja secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendorong pegawai di lingkungan STIE Syariah Indonesia Purakarta untuk berbelanja secara online. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 5 faktor pendorong pegawai untuk berbelanja online, antara lain aspek service quality sebanyak 69%, aspek merchandise quality 85%, aspek price attractiveness 62%, aspek perceived risk 69% , aspek time and effort savings 54%. Dari kelima faktor tersebut factor merchandise quality merupakan factor pendorong yang paling dominan pegawai melakukan berbelanja secara online, hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase sebanyak 85% responden yang menyatakan sangat setuju jika kualitas barang atau merchandise quality menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong pegawai di STIE Syariah Indonesia Purwakarta untuk berbelanja secara online.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' misconceptions using a three-tier diagnostic test on acid-base material. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Muaragembong on class XI MIPA students. The data collection technique uses a multilevel multiple choice diagnostic test. The first level contains students' answers, the second level contains the reasons for the answers, and finally the level of belief. Data analysis was carried out by looking for the percentage of misconceptions from each concept in the acid-base material, namely the concept of acid-base theory, pH indicators of acid-base solutions, strength of acids and bases, as well as calculating the pH of acid and base solutions. The results of the research show that students' misconceptions about acid and base material using the three-tier diagnostic test instrument are divided into three, namely M1, M2 and M3. Based on the research results, the largest percentage of misconceptions regarding acid-base material is the misconception M1. Students with misconceptions M1 has a percentage of 30.96%, then the misconception M2 has a percentage of 14.63%, and misconceptions M3 has a percentage of 9.01%. Misconceptions M1 is a condition where students answer questions incorrectly at the first level and second level, but answer confidently at the third level. The causes of misconceptions that occur among students are due to incomplete reasoning, students' abilities, students' interest in learning and teachers' teaching methods.

Abstract

One type of snack that is highly favored by the public is desert. Replacing wheat flour with food that can be produced in Indonesia, such as sorghum, can reduce wheat imports. It is expected that sorghum flour will increase the benefits and nutritional value of cookie products. Wheat flour is one of the main ingredients for making cookies. Sorghum has almost the same nutritional content as wheat flour, therefore sorghum can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in food raw materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutritional content and antioxidants found in cookies made from sorghum flour. Carbohydrate, protein, and fat values as well as antioxidant activity values for the replaced sorghum flour cookies were measured by gravimetric and titrimetric methods. The results met the standards of SNI No.2973-2011 for carbohydrate, fat, and protein tests.

Abstract

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian fermented food that is rich in protein and has various health benefits. This study aims to compare the nutritional content, bioactive compounds, and antioxidant activity in tempeh made from green beans (Vigna radiata L.) and red beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) as functional food. Tempeh is made by fermenting green beans and red beans using Rhizopus oligosporus inoculum. The levels of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, isoflavones, antioxidant activity and water were determined. The content of bioactive compounds such as isoflavones, total phenolic, and flavonoids was measured using the HPLC method. Antioxidant activity was measured by the DPPH method. The results showed that green bean tempeh has higher levels of antioxidants and carbohydrates compared to red bean tempeh. Red bean tempeh has higher levels of fat, protein, isoflavones and water. The content of isoflavones in green bean tempeh is much lower than that of red bean tempeh. The antioxidant activity of green bean tempeh is much higher than that of red bean tempeh.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic condition characterized by high levels of glucose in the blood. People with Diabetes Mellitus need to regulate blood glucose levels by following a strict medical diet, especially in terms of sugar intake. Herbal plants contain antioxidant compounds that can reduce blood glucose levels. This study generally aims to compare the antioxidant power value and compound content of various types of herbal tea. The method used is a literature study using sources through Science Direct and Google Scholar. The results of the review show that plants that can be used as antioxidants and herbal teas that are useful in preventing type 2 diabetes mellitus from various plants that are used as comparison materials can have potential as antioxidants due to the presence of several secondary metabolite compounds such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and alkaloids. 50 Of the plants obtained, those that contain antioxidant activity with the strongest category are soursop leaves (Annona Muricata L.) with an IC value of 9.846 ppm. 50 The antioxidant activity with the weakest category is Ciplukan (Physalis angulata) leaves with an IC value of 812.96 ppm. For a little water content of 1.425% in soursop leaves, which indicates that soursop leaf herbal tea is better consumed by patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, it has the potential to be used as an alternative functional drink.

Abstract

People with type 2 diabetes mellitus often face challenges in achieving an adequate balanced diet that fulfills their nutritional needs. Pecans (Carya illinoinensis) are known to be rich in dietary fiber, protein, and healthy fats, and are a rich source of antioxidant polyphenols. Consumption of pecan nuts can help control blood sugar levels by lowering lipid levels and oxidative stress to improve insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Therefore, this study aims to explore the potential of pecan nut biscuits as an alternative food that can help increase nutritional value and improve dietary management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The research methods used included biscuit recipe development, analysis of SNI No. 3571:2009, in vivo test of pecan nuts in male wistars, and nutritional analysis of raw materials. Pecan nut biscuits contain 35.0% carbohydrate, 12.7% protein and 33.1% lipid. Pecan nut biscuits are the most bioactive diet biscuits for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
