ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the income description of traditional coffee shops in Balongpanggang Village through 5 dimensions of service quality dslsm facing cafes in Balongpanggang sub-district. By collecting data from 5 informants and 1 key informant as the opening of the research to find accurate results. The presentation of the data is done using data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study found that the income earned by paying attention to the tangible dimension was caused by the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee shop. Earnings income by taking into account the dimension of reliability is caused by the application of careful and fast services. Earnings revenue by paying attention to the dimension of responsiveness caused by customer requests and notifications. Earnings income by paying attention to the assurance dimension is caused by inspection of goods, price stability, honesty, courtesy and patience. Earning income by paying attention to the empathy dimension is caused by greeting, joking, tolerance and incentives.

The importance of sea transportation and logistics services in supporting the smooth running of foreign trade (exports), then shipping and logistics service facilities are one of the most important. Related to this, many shipping and logistics business sectors have sprung up. The shipping and logistics business sector includes an activity using ships or air to transport goods from one country to another. Objective – To analyze the Predicted Impact of Customer Value as a Mediating Influence on Timeliness, Order Fulfillment, Information Quality, Customer Focus in Customer Loyalty. Because customer loyalty is a concept of marketing objectives that provide the continuity of the company to obtain the profits. Design / methodology / approach – Based on the objectives to be achieved, this research is an explorative research because the aim is to find and predict the Impact of Customer Value as a Mediating Effect on Timeliness, Order Fulfillment, Information Quality, Customer Focus in Customer Loyalty. This research is the development of problem solving (Malhotra, 2012) which aims to determine the impact prediction on customer loyalty. Findings – The results of this study indicate that the Prediction of Customer Value Impact as Mediating Influence has an indirect influence on Timeliness, Order Fulfillment, Information Quality, and Customer Focus in Customer Loyalty.

This research is motivated by the community, especially traders in the Wage Dukun Gresik market regarding consumptive financial behavior that tends to change. Traders today are becoming very consumptive of whatever they see without seeing that it is a need or just a desire. This study aims to explain the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude and locus of control on financial behavior of traders in the Dukun Gresik wage market. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research is the Dukun Gresik wage market. The variables in this study are financial knowledge, financial attitude, locus of control. The population in this research is the traders of the wage market of Dukun Gresik. The sample in this study is as many as 200 traders of the wage market of Dukun Gresik. The sampling technique is the Nonprobability Sampling or Incidental Sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in traders in the Dukun Gresik wage market. Financial attitude has a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior of traders in the Dukun Gresik wage market. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior of traders in the Gresik shaman wage market.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style on managerial performance in the leadership of the Muhammadiyah youth branch in Gresik district. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a research that basically uses an explanatory approach. The data collection technique used in this study is the Google form. Data analysis was carried out through a direct effect test. This test is carried out to see the value of the direct influence between variables. This test was carried out using the bootstrapping method using smartPLS 3.0 and looking at the calculation of the total direct effect. The results of this study are in the form of leadership style which has a positive and significant effect on the managerial performance of PCPM in Gresik. The more leaders in PCPM have a leadership style that suits their management, the higher the managerial performance of PCPM in districts in Gresik.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of remuneration and discipline on improving employee performance through employee commitment to the East Java election supervisory body. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The data collection technique used in this study is the Google form. Data analysis was carried out through direct and indirect influence tests. This test was carried out using the bootstrapping method using smartPLS 3.0 and looking at the calculation of the total direct effect and indirect effect. The results of this study are in the form of a positive and significant influence of remuneration and discipline on improving employee performance through employee commitment to the East Java election supervisory body. This means that the higher the level of remuneration and discipline, the more employee commitment will increase so that it can improve the performance of East Java election supervisory body employees.

Website sepertinya sudah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan bagi sebuah organisasi, instansi, perusahaan komersil, dan lain sebagainya termasuk desa. Kebutuhan tersebut biasanya tidak hanya untuk promosi, E-commerce, namun juga bisa sebagai Sistem informasi. Sistem Informasi yang berkaitan dengan informasi berita terkait desa tersebut. Sistem informasi ini bergerak dalam bidang apapun yang menyangkut terkait informasi desa, sehingga sangat membutuhkan alternatif komunikasi melalui media massa dengan jaringan internet yang lebih luas, seperti halnya website sekaligus untuk memberikan informasi ataupun berita yang berkaitan dengan desa.Untuk itu dalam pembuatan artikel ini, penulis membuat website sebagai alternatif komunikasi melalui media massa dengan jaringan internet secara online. Dalam perancangan website penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan Rapid Application (RAD). Website dinilai efektif sebagai media alternatif untuk memberikan informasi terhadap masyarakat, selain itu dengan adanya sistem informasi desa secara online ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan informasi dan berita seputar desa kepada Masyarakat. Hal ini dilihat dari kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap informasi tentang informasi dan berita yang semakin lama semakin canggih, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut di bidang IT. Salah satunya adalah dengan website.

Background – The application of technology is a challenge for MSME to survive in the current era. The main fuction of using technology is to make it easier for evryone to make transactions. Rapid technology development can change the industry as financial technologhy (fintech). With the presence of fintech in the economic enviroment, it can provide new knowledge regarding financial literacy. Objectives – This research aims to analyze the role of financial techonology to micro, small, medium enterprises in financial literacy in the Kebomas Subdistrict, Gresik. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This qualitatif is with research of checking the validity of the data uses the member check Findings - The results The result of this research found that micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs) get convenience in saving activities, save time in saving, and security through digital payment applications. MSMEs also make it easier to manage finances to find out business benefits and can develop their business. Research Implications – This research can be used as a MSME to advance business in the 4.0. Research Limitations - Research conducted by MSME who have not used digital payments bacause many MSME are unable to keep up with modern times.

Traditional food stall traders in Cerme District experienced a decrease in profit due to the existence of Modern Restaurant. Traditional food stall traders still survive in the face of competition problems with modern restaurants. This study aims to determine the profit of traditional food stalls facing modern restaurants in the perspective of service quality. By collecting data from 5 informants and 1 key informant as the initial opening of the research to find more accurate results. The presentation of the data was carried out using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1984), namely data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the data analysis of the traditional food stall traders survive in the face of modern restaurants and still earn profits by implementing service quality through the perspective of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results of the research on the profits of traditional food stall traders in dealing with modern restaurants in a service perspective are Tangible: Cleanliness and tidiness of traditional food stalls, Reliability: Speed and accuracy, Responsiveness: Facilities and inventory of goods, Assurance: Maintaining ethics, polite and patient language, Empathy: Buyer's request. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the level of understanding and skills of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) managers in Gresik City regarding the financial literacy and taxation. Financial literacy and taxation are important aspects in managing finances and fulfilling tax obligations correctly for SME players. The method used by the researchers was a quantitative approach and the application of sampling techniques including convenience sampling and random sampling. In data collection, the instrument used by the researchers was a questionnaire that distributed to 100 SME respondents representing various business sectors. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that the level of financial literacy among SME managers in Gresik City is in the moderate category with an average percentage of 66%. It means that the majority of SME players have a basic understanding of financial concepts relevant to their business. In conclusion, the financial literacy and taxation of SME players in Gresik City are at a moderate level. SME players have basic knowledge of financial literacy and taxation, but there are still lacks of financial management skills and in-depth understanding of tax regulations.

The primary objective of this study was conducted (1) to test the influence of financial knowledge and locus of control on financial behavior, (2) to find the impact of Islamic financial attitudes toward financial conduct and Locus of Control, (3) to investigate influence the role of locus of control as a mediator between financial knowledge and Islamic finance attitudes in relation to financial behavior. Although the model concept used in this study has been explored previously, the specific indicators for the Islamic financial attitude variable have not been studied before.This research follows an explanatory approach, which involves testing hypotheses to understand the relationships between variables. The study included a sample of 130 Muslim farmers from Tuban Regency, selected through cluster sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS3 software, employing Path Analysis as the analytical technique.Based on the data analysis and inquiry results, the study found that Islamic financial attitudes had a positive impact on individuals' financial locus of control and financial behavior. However, financial knowledge did not significantly affect financial locus of control and behavior.Furthermore, the locus of control was identified as a mediator between Islamic financial attitudes and individuals' financial behavior, indicating that it played a role in influencing financial behavior based on their attitudes towards Islamic finance. However, the locus of control was not capable of mediating the impact of financial knowledge on financial behavior.
