Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity, Return On Assets on the Dividend Payout Ratio in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This type of research is associative research. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. In this study the authors calculated the liquidity ratio, namely the Current Ratio, calculated the solvency ratio, namely the Debt to Equity Ratio, calculated the profitability ratio, namely Return on Assets and also the market value ratio, namely the Dividend Payout Ratio. Sampling using purposive sampling method using certain criteria. The study sample consisted of 120 companies. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio has a positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio and Return on Assets has a negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia in 2017-2020.

Abstract

A good education is obtained from the quality of good teachers. And the success of education is largely determined by the performance of teachers, both teacher performance in learning planning, teacher performance in the implementation of learning, teacher performance in learning evaluation, teacher performance in the task discipline, as well as the activeness of teachers in teaching in the classroom. Research methods using data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The population in the study were teachers , which amounted to 75 people. The results of this study have 7 conclusions. First, transformational leadership directly affects teacher performance. Second, Transformational Leadership directly affects organizational commitment. Third, competence directly affects organizational commitment. Fourth, competence has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Fifth, organizational commitment has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Sixth, Transformational Leadership directly affects the performance of teachers without going through organizational commitment as mediation. Seventh, compensation directly affects the performance of teachers through organizational commitment as mediation

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PT Mana Jaya Makmur Mojokerto. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with the population and sample in this research being company employees totaling 300 respondents. The results of the research show that compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on motivation, and motivation has a positive and significant effect, while the effect is indirect. Compensation for organizational performance through motivation and motivation can function as a full mediation considering that the indirect influence is greater than direct care, but work culture on employee performance does not require motivation as a mediator because the direct influence is greater, so it is very important to pay attention to the need for existing motivation. provided and increased through allowances.

Abstract

Pendidikan bahasa Inggris dan manajemen kelas memainkan peran krusial dalam persiapan generasi muda untuk menghadapi tantangan global. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalisme guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Gresik dalam kedua bidang tersebut. Melalui pendekatan berbasis masalah, program ini melibatkan tiga tahapan utama: analisis kebutuhan, persiapan materi dan instruktur, serta pelaksanaan program yang mencakup workshop, pendampingan, dan sesi diskusi. Evaluasi menyeluruh menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, kepercayaan diri, keterampilan manajemen kelas, interaksi antar guru, dan dampak langsung terhadap kinerja siswa. Program ini juga mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta, dengan mayoritas merasa puas dan menganggap kualitas fasilitator atau mentor sangat baik. Dengan demikian, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dalam memperkuat kompetensi pendidik dan memperbaiki pengalaman belajar siswa di lingkungan sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Background – Achieving productivity in line with expectations is one of the goals of every company, if human resources are competent, have high abilities and are supported by existing technology, if this is paid attention to and prioritized, there is a big possibility that productivity in a company will not decline. Objective - This research aims to find out what causes the decline in productivity and then what efforts have been made by the company to increase productivity again and also an indication of the factors that shape productivity. Design/Methodology/Approach – This type of research is qualitative research. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data validity technique used in this research is member check. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Findings - This research obtained three results, in terms of decline, namely environmental conditions, employee knowledge, and work ethic. The result of improvement efforts is appreciation from the company for its employees and also the strategies used. The result of the indication of formation is empowerment. Research Implications - This research can be used as a reference but can use different research methods and techniques and PT. It is hoped that Mahavhira Lintas Raya can pay more attention to employee capabilities, especially the technology used so that in the future something similar does not happen and can also increase productivity again in accordance with the specified targets. Research Limits - This research still has limitations, namely weaknesses and testing the validity of the data using only member checks needs to be improved to make it more credible.

Abstract

Background - People have started to switch from traditional coffee shops to cafes as Gresik's business has grown. According to the data, the number of traditional coffee shops in Bungah District has been declining while the number of cafes has begun to increase. For their coffee shops to remain in business in the future, traditional owners must comprehend the significance of finances. Objective - This study aims to test the influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge and locus of control on financial management behavior through education levels in coffee shops in Bungah District. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study is quantitative in nature. Based on the Krejcie table, the study's population consisted of coffee shop owners in the Bungah District. A total of 181 coffee shops were sampled for the study using incidental sampling procedures, or sampling methods based only on chance. The findings of distributing questionnaires to respondents—coffee shop owners in the Bungah District—serve as the major data source for this study. Subjective data in the form of written questionnaire replies is the type of data that is employed. Multiple linear regression analysis is the type of analysis model that was employed in this investigation. Findings - The findings demonstrate that financial management behavior is influenced by the variables of financial attitude, financial knowledge, and locus of control. The relationship between financial attitude, financial knowledge, and locus of control on financial management behavior cannot be moderated by education level. Research implications - This study helps coffee shop owners maintain their financial behavior by educating them on the significance of financial attitudes, financial knowledge, locus of control, and educational attainment. Research limitations - Because this study was restricted to coffee shops in the Bungah District and employed a number of constrained variables, it was unable to accurately represent the financial practices of coffee shop owners generally.

Abstract

Background – The Inpatient Ward is one of the most crucial parts of hospital operations, reflecting a commitment to providing intensive care to patients. Objective – This study aims to describe the fulfillment of the Floor Stock drug distribution system standards in the Inpatient Unit of RS Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo based on STARKES 2022. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study design. Data collection is carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Findings – Observations were carried out using the STARKES 2022 accreditation standard checklist before implementation of the treatment. Based on observations using the STARKES 2022 accreditation standard checklist before the intervention was carried out, a result of 36% was obtained. Research Implication – This study is expected to be a concrete step towards improvement and enhancement in supporting the smooth operation of inpatient services at Petrokimia Gresik Hospital, Driyorejo. Limitations – The research object is limited to drug storage only and not as a whole, including other Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, and Disposable Medical Materials.

Abstract

In order to prevent financial difficulties, financial literacy has now become essential for everyone, and the growing range of financial goods demands that people possess sufficient financial literacy. The Gen Z generation will eventually have to manage a growing number of complicated financial difficulties. Gen Z may steer clear of overwhelming debt, handle their finances sensibly, and get ready for a more secure financial future by becoming well-informed about money matters. This service's objectives are to give Gen Z high school students financial literacy skills, assess students' literacy levels, and enhance students' comprehension of literacy through the provision of materials from the service group. This program employs a workshop approach that is broken up into multiple phases of continuing activities. The goal of the program, which was to increase the financial literacy of PGRI Purwoharjo High School students, was accomplished with success. Students can participate in ongoing community service projects that teach them personal financial management skills and financial literacy on a regular basis.

Abstract

Anggaran biaya kebijakan manajemen berfokus pada pendapatan dan biaya, dengan penekanan pada penyusunan anggaran. Langkah awal untuk memastikan bahwa anggaran yang disusun tidak mengalami penyimpangan yang signifikan dari keadaan sebenarnya adalah melakukan analisis yang cermat. Studi ini dilakukan di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Palopo untuk mengetahui apakah anggaran biaya dapat membantu mengontrol manajemen di kantor tersebut. Penulis menemukan masalah dalam penyusunan anggaran biaya karena ada perbedaan (variasi) antara anggaran dan hasil, yang diwakili oleh selisih menguntungkan (positif) atau selisih negatif (negatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran anggaran biaya dalam fungsi pengendalian manajemen di Kantor Wilayah PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Palopo belum optimal karena masih ada penyimpangan baik yang menguntungkan maupun yang tidak menguntungkan.

Abstract

The business continuity of a company is supported by the level of achievement of performance targets that have been set. This study aims to determine the influence of oragnization commitment, employee competence, and the role of organizational commitment moderation in influencing competence on customer complaint handling (CCH) performance at Regional Office 7 East Java Surabaya 60004. The population is all customer service employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) which amounts to 130 people. Sampling uses the total sample method, which is the entire population. This research uses a quantitative approach using deductive methods. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method using the SPSS For Windows program. The results of this study found that partially the competence and commitment of the organization had a significant positive effect on CCH's performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office 7 East Java 60004. In addition, it was found that the organization's commitment was able to moderate the positive influence of competence on CCH performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office 7 East Java 60004.
