Abstract

Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember is a product distributor company of Unilever Indonesia Ltd. has low employee discipline and decreased productivity of employee performance is one of the problems this company faces. This study aims to see the effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Ltd. Jember. This research method uses quantitative research methods by taking 60 respondents. Answer the problem formulation with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3 and analyze the data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The study results show that compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees through work discipline as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Pengetahuan keuangan, perilaku keuangan dan kontrol diri merupakan bagian dari faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan dan Kontrol Diri secara parsial terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Angkatan 2019 dan 2020 Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi manajemen angkatan 2019 dan 2020 yang berjumlah 357 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 189 responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui link google form. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, (2) Perilaku keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan (3) Kontrol diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi.

Abstract

A good education is obtained from the quality of good teachers. And the success of education is largely determined by the performance of teachers, both teacher performance in learning planning, teacher performance in the implementation of learning, teacher performance in learning evaluation, teacher performance in the task discipline, as well as the activeness of teachers in teaching in the classroom. Research methods using data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The population in the study were teachers , which amounted to 75 people. The results of this study have 7 conclusions. First, transformational leadership directly affects teacher performance. Second, Transformational Leadership directly affects organizational commitment. Third, competence directly affects organizational commitment. Fourth, competence has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Fifth, organizational commitment has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Sixth, Transformational Leadership directly affects the performance of teachers without going through organizational commitment as mediation. Seventh, compensation directly affects the performance of teachers through organizational commitment as mediation.

Abstract

One effort to produce quality students is to increase teacher motivation and communication skills. School leaders need to pay attention to teacher motivation in dealing with difficult situations in order to improve the quality of education. In this assumption, motivation and communication are considered to be able to improve teacher performance and achieve educational goals. In addition to the teacher's communication role, the principal's leadership style also has an important influence. If motivation and communication are not optimal, this can have a negative impact on teacher performance. This phenomenon has the potential to result in a decrease in teacher performance.The purpose of this community service (PKM) view is that the success of schools in improving teacher performance can be influenced by the training and counseling provided to teachers, with the aim of improving the quality of teacher resources. One effort that can be done is to provide motivation and teach how to communicate well between teachers and students in overcoming obstacles in the teaching process and dealing with teaching-learning situations. The principal's concern through respect for teacher performance also plays a role in this, with the leadership style shown by the principal.Motivational counseling, attended by teachers and school principals, yielded results (1) Community Service Activities (PKM) can provide enthusiasm for changing maximum performance in school governance; (2) Community Service Activities (PKM) can improve and change communication between teachers and parents of students to become more humane and create mutual trust and respect; (3) Community Service Activities (PKM) can provide changes and evaluations of the Principal's leadership style and touch on improving teacher performance, building trust in teachers for the potential of teacher resources.Hope for teachers and school principals in PKM activities to provide changes and improve teacher performance and integrated communication between teachers, school principals and student guardians, so as to have an increased performance impact to assist in governance at the GKB Gresik Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Foundation

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to carry out the Leadership learning process, and improve the quality of Team Effectiveness. Materials for the Styles of Leadership, and Effective Team program are given using lecture and discussion methods. The target audience is the administrators and coaches of Karang Taruna. The results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) showed that telling leadership could not increase the quantity of activities and the quality of activities as well as the time used. The leadership learning process at the Karang Taruna organization RW 21 Suci Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, the behavior of the leader succeeded in influencing his group members to carry out the work. Improving the quality of Team Effectiveness in the organization Karang Taruna RW 21 Suci Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, selling, participating, and delegating leadership can improve the performance of its members.

Abstract

Based on Law no. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) process should be carried out at least once a year. Currently, the quality and managerial system at one of the charities of Muhamamdiyah Lamongan is still not very good. Organizational management is already running but not in accordance with the desired national university standards. Many things are still done manually and have not been synergized properly. This service aims to help partners become quality universities and can compete with other universities. This service activity is also expected to bring changes to the management system, especially in the financial sector so that it is arranged according to university standard rules. The service team will provide explanations regarding national university standards and ways to achieve perfect quality so that they can get excellent or even superior accreditation scores. The method used in this service is to provide assistance and workshops related to the management of the financial system. The results of the training provide benefits, namely the creation of a good financial system in accordance with National Higher Education Standards and improving the quality of higher education as a whole.

Abstract

Metode transaksi yang dahulu digunakan masyarakat adalah dengan penggunaan uang tunai, saat ini dengan perkembangan teknologi memunculkan metode transaksi baru. perkembangan teknologi memiliki pengaruh terhadap pola perilaku dan kebiasaan yang ada dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel kemampuan finansial, sikap hedonisme, dan efisisensi terhadap keputusan penggunaan transakasi cashless pada generasi Z dikota Gresik. Metode pada penelitian ini dengan pendekatan analisis linear berganda dengan alat analisis (Partial Least Square) PLS. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil peneltian ini menyebutkan bahwa kemampuan finansial, sikap hedonisme, dan efisiensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan transaksi cashless pada generasi Z dikota Gresik. Abstract

Education is a conscious effort that is deliberately planned to achieve a predetermined goal. Education really determines the progress and quality of a nation, therefore the potential of teachers as a component of human resources needs to be developed so that they can carry out their functions optimally. This research was conducted to find out what influences teachers' affective commitment. The research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on teachers' affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in MTs. Bungah Gresik, The type of research used in this research is quantitative causality research. The population and sample in this study were MTs teachers. Bungah Gresik, totaling 106 teachers.The results of the research show that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on affective commitment with a t-statistic value of 3.248 and a p-value of 0.001, intellectual intelligence has a significant positive effect on affective commitment with a t-statistic value of 3.917 and a p-value of 0.000, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 5.214 and a p-value of 0.000, intellectual intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 7.087 and a p-value of 0.000, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on affective commitment, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on commitment affective through job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 3.344 and p-value 0.001, and intellectual intelligence has a significant positive effect on affective commitment through job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 3.025 and p-value 0.002. And the mediating variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the affective commitment of teachers at MTs. Assa'adah Bungah with a t-statistic value of 2.737 and a p-value of 0.006.From the results of the research, it is hoped that MTs Bunga Gresik teachers will increase cooperation between teachers and be sensitive to the surrounding environment in order to help harmonize the existing organizational structure. Apart from that, further research is expected to use other mediating variables such as work motivation due to job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze things that affect the occurrence of turnover intention in contractor companies in Manyar Gresik. The study also aims to prove the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on turnover turnover through organizational culture as mediation. The type of research used is quantitative research where the population and sample in this study are employees of project contractors in Manyar Gresik totaling 271 respondents. Data analysis techniques were used to provide answers from respondents through questionnaires and data management in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 Software program. The results of this study show that the effect directly shows that (1) job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on turnover intention; (2) job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational culture; (3) the work environment has a significant effect on organizational culture; (4) the work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention, (5) and the culture of organization has a significant effect on turnover intention, while the indirect influence shows that (6) job satisfaction on turnover has a less significant effect without going through an organizational culture that can work as full mediation; (7) and the work environment on turnover has a significant influence even through organizational culture that can work as a partial mediation. Therefore, attention and consistency in the implementation of policies and rules that have been cultured must be maintained properly to foster employee trust in the company so that they no longer think about leaving the company.

Abstract

Program penyuntingan website yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa KKN Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik di Kelurahan Kemuteran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi informasi dan mendukung pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) setempat. Melalui analisis dokumen, analisis konten website, pengembangan konten baru, dan perencanaan perbaikan konten, tim KKN berhasil memperbaiki tata letak dan konten website kelurahan. Fitur lapak juga diperkenalkan untuk memberikan platform kepada UMKM lokal untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara online. Hasilnya, website kelurahan menjadi lebih informatif, mudah diakses, dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Kemuteran dan UMKM setempat. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program di masa mendatang, saran-saran diberikan, termasuk pelatihan lanjutan, kemitraan yang lebih erat, pengumpulan umpan balik pengguna, pembaruan konten berkala, pengembangan platform e- commerce, dan kampanye promosi. Dengan menerapkan saran-saran ini, program penyuntingan website dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi kelurahan dan UMKM.
