Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green product and green promotion on purchase intention with brand trust as a mediating variable in Dupa Yulia Agni products in Bali Province. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consists of 140 respondents who have purchased and used Dupa Yulia Agni products, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that green product and green promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, both green product and green promotion positively and significantly influence brand trust. Brand trust has a positive effect on purchase intention and significantly mediates the relationship between green product, green promotion, and purchase intention. These findings confirm that effective green marketing strategies supported by strong brand trust can enhance consumers’ purchase intention toward environmentally friendly products. This study provides practical implications for MSMEs in developing sustainable green marketing strategies that strengthen consumer trust.Keywords: green product, green promotion, brand trust, purchase intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green product dan green promotion terhadap minat beli dengan brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk Dupa Yulia Agni di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 140 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk Dupa Yulia Agni, ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green product dan green promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, green product dan green promotion juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand trust. Brand trust terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli serta mampu memediasi pengaruh green product dan green promotion terhadap minat beli. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran hijau yang didukung oleh kepercayaan merek mampu meningkatkan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi UMKM dalam merancang strategi green marketing yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan dan kepercayaan konsumen.Kata kunci: green product, green promotion, brand trust, minat beli

Abstract

This study aims to explain how entrepreneurship training provided by Graha Nawasena Denpasar contributes to the resilience of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) owned by persons with disabilities through the development of skills, innovation, and networks. Using a qualitative approach and purposive sampling, seven informants were selected, including disabled MSME owners, and the coordinator of Graha Nawasena. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using NVivo 14. The findings reveal that the training enhances participants’ technical abilities, interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and adaptive resilience. Participants also demonstrate increased innovation through the adoption of new tools, product diversification, and simple marketing strategies aligned with their abilities and market needs. Furthermore, social networks formed through community activities, exhibitions, institutional support, and digital promotion strengthen business continuity and expand market opportunities. The results indicate that entrepreneurship training plays a significant role in building the resilience of disabled MSMEs by reinforcing internal resources based on the Resource-Based View framework. Overall, the training serves as a key factor enabling disabled entrepreneurs to survive, grow, and adapt despite various limitations.Keywords: entrepreneurship training, disabled MSMEs, business resilience, skills, innovation, networksPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pelatihan kewirausahaan yang diselenggarakan oleh Graha Nawasena Denpasar berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) milik penyandang disabilitas melalui pengembangan keterampilan, inovasi, dan jejaring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga terpilih tujuh informan yang terdiri atas pemilik UMKM penyandang disabilitas, serta koordinator Graha Nawasena. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan NVivo 14. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut mampu meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, keterampilan interpersonal, kepercayaan diri, serta daya adaptif peserta. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan inovasi melalui penerapan alat baru, diversifikasi produk, dan strategi pemasaran sederhana yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan serta kebutuhan pasar. Selain itu, jejaring sosial yang terbentuk melalui kegiatan komunitas, pameran, dukungan kelembagaan, dan promosi digital berperan dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha serta memperluas peluang pasar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan kewirausahaan memiliki peran signifikan dalam membangun ketahanan UMKM penyandang disabilitas dengan memperkuat sumber daya internal sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam kerangka Resource-Based View. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan quality product terhadap brand trust dan customer loyalty, serta peran mediasi dari brand trust pada pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan quality product terhadap customer loyalty. Lokasi penelitian ini di BGS Coffee Shop & Lifestyle Shop dan sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 140 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand trust. Selain itu, kualitas produk (quality product) juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand trust. Selanjutnya, e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (customer loyalty), begitu pula kualitas produk yang memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Lebih lanjut, brand trust terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang secara positif dan signifikan memediasi hubungan antara e-WOM dengan customer loyalty, serta hubungan antara kualitas produk dengan customer loyalty. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh peneliti adalah pihak manajemen BGS Coffee Shop & Lifestyle Shop memberikan reward berupa diskon atau free produk kepada konsumen yang bersedia memberikan ulasan, mengkombinasikan bahan baku produk yang memiliki warna berbeda pada tiap makanan, membuat produk sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, selalu memberikan produk yang berkualitas dan pelayanan yang baik.Kata Kunci: Electronic Word of Mouth, Quality Product, Brand Trust, Customer LoyaltyAbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and product quality on brand trust and customer loyalty, as well as the mediating role of brand trust in the relationship between e-WOM and product quality toward customer loyalty. Moreover, brand trust serves as a mediating variable, positively and significantly mediating the relationship between e-WOM and customer loyalty, as well as between product quality and customer loyalty. The study suggests that the management of BGS Coffee Shop & Lifestyle Shop should provide rewards, such as discounts or free products, to customers who are willing to leave reviews, combine raw materials with different colors for each food item, produce items according to established standards, and consistently deliver high-quality products and excellent service.Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Product Quality, Brand Trust, Customer Loyalty
