Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based application for Internal Quality Audit at Universitas Ibnu Sina, replacing the conventional audit process which is currently in use. The previous manual audit process resulted in inefficiencies and increased the risk of errors. Key challenges identified include limitations in human resources, time, and funding, as well as the low effectiveness of the audit process. In order to address these issues, the proposed information system facilitates the distribution of online checklists and document uploads, thereby expediting the verification and reporting audit results. This research adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach in its development, utilizing methods that include use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and database design. These methods enhance interaction and workflow within the audit team. Testing results indicate that the system functions to the expected specifications. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that implementing a web-based system can accelerate reporting, improve the structure and documentation of audits, and support efforts to enhance academic quality at the university. Implementing this system is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in the academic quality audit process at Universitas Ibnu Sina.

Abstract

PT. Appipa Indonesia dalam mengelola data pegawai saat ini masih dilakukan secara terpisah-pisah atau belum tersusun dengan baik dimana sistem yang ada belum dapat memudahkan pencarian data karyawan dan juga belum terintegrasi dalam satu sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan pengembangan sistem informasi portal karyawan dan menerapkan CRM (Customer Relationship Management) sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dan untuk aktifitas fokus ke pengambangan model menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai pemodelan sistem, dan RUP (Rational Unified Process) penulis pilih sebagai perancangan dan pengujian pada portal karyawan PT Appipa Indonesia. Alasan penulis memilih RUP (Rational Unified Process) sebagai perancangan dan pengujian karna memiliki proses yang detail dan berurut. Dan juga setiap langkahnya terkontrol secara sistematis. Sistem yang akan dibangun ini memberikan kemudahan bagi unit SDM untuk melakukan pencarian data karyawan. Dan untuk user dapat memudahkan untuk mengubah datanya secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital education innovation based on Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic Boarding Schools in the Bangka Belitung Islands. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively with the Interactive Analysis Model from Miles & Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and data verification. The study results indicate that the commitment of Islamic boarding school management is significant in providing adequate digital infrastructure for learning. Implementing TQM in Islamic boarding schools requires the involvement of all elements of the school, including managers, teachers, and students. Designing a digital-based curriculum that integrates local wisdom also plays a role in maintaining Islamic boarding school values while meeting the demands of technological developments. In addition, enhancing resource capacity, especially teachers, through technology training is the key to success in implementing digital media. Focusing on user satisfaction, both students and teachers, is also essential to ensure the success of digital learning. The implications of this study indicate that implementing digital-based TQM in Islamic boarding schools not only strengthens the quality of education but also introduces a technology-based approach relevant to the needs of the times without ignoring the traditional values of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study addressed the need to fully characterized the chemical composition of Vitex trifolia essential oil by using both capillary non-chiral and chiral GC-MS column. Employing the same oven program, the essential oil was injected into a capillary non-chiral column (RTX5-MS) and a derivatized cyclodextrin based chiral column (Rt-βDEXse). Five major terpenes were identified from both columns including α-pinene, sabinene, eucalyptol, α-terpinyl acetate, and β-caryophyllene. Seventeen volatile components were identified from each column that can be grouped into monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and their oxygenated derivatives. The enantio-resolution of the oil indicated the presence of two pairs of enantiomers including (+)- and (˗)-sabinene (5.59% and 94.41%) as well as (˗)- and (+)-α-terpineol (22.35% and 77.65%). The full chromatographic characterization of the essential oil can serve as chemotaxonomic assignments for detecting adulteration and for indicating of genuineness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various obstacles faced in the implementation of post-landslide disaster mitigation in Bruno District, Purworejo Regency. Landslides are disasters that often occur in this area due to the hilly geographical conditions and are prone to landslides, so that they require fast, precise, and sustainable post-disaster handling. This research uses a normative-empirical legal method with a statute approach, case approach, historical approach, and also a sociological approach. The results of the study indicate that the landslide disaster mitigation policy implemented by the BPBD of Purworejo Regency in Bruno District has referred to the provisions of Law Number 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management. BPBD has implemented structural mitigation efforts (such as installing early warning systems and mapping vulnerable areas) and non-structural (such as disaster education and formation of volunteers) and there are five main categories of obstacles in the implementation of post-disaster mitigation, namely: institutional obstacles, regulations and planning, resources, socio-cultural, and technical and infrastructure obstacles. Weak coordination between agencies, limited budget and experts, and low community participation are dominant factors that hinder the effectiveness of post-disaster mitigation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen institutional capacity, prepare locally-based regulations, and actively involve the community as part of a sustainable mitigation strategy.

Abstract

Era digital menuntut guru menguasai media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMA Negeri 28 Batam dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Assemblr Edu, sebuah platform Augmented Reality (AR) untuk pembelajaran interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi Empat tahapan: perencanaan (analisis kebutuhan dan pre-test), pelaksanaan (ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik), pendampingan (bimbingan pembuatan media), dan evaluasi (Post-Test dan analisis dampak). Kegiatan diikuti oleh 25 orang guru dengan menggunakan instrumen angket yang mengukur enam indikator kompetensi melalui Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan rata-rata TCR meningkat dari 73,47% (kategori Baik) menjadi 87,67% (kategori Sangat Baik), mencapai peningkatan 19,33%. Analisis efektivitas menggunakan metode N-Gain menghasilkan nilai 0,535 (kategori Sedang), menunjukkan pelatihan memberikan efektivitas yang cukup baik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada indikator Pemahaman Aplikasi Assemblr Edu sebesar 36,97%. Dampak positif terlihat pada kualitas pembelajaran di kelas dengan meningkatnya antusiasme dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis Assemblr Edu berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi AR ke dalam pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive madrasah practices in Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam or PAI) learning at State Islamic Senior High Schools in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, with a particular focus on how teachers adapt instructional strategies to accommodate students with special educational needs within religious classroom settings. The research employed a descriptive qualitative design using participatory classroom observations, in-depth semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Participants included PAI teachers, school leaders, and students directly involved in inclusive learning activities. Data were analyzed thematically through interactive stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while credibility was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The findings indicate that inclusive education in madrasahs is implemented primarily through classroom-based pedagogical adaptations rather than formal administrative mechanisms. Demonstration-based teaching, individualized guidance, differentiated instruction, and the use of practical religious learning tools effectively support students’ participation in worship practices and religious understanding. However, implementation remains inconsistent due to limited infrastructure, insufficient funding, lack of specialized training, and weak institutional supervision. This study offers a novel perspective by shifting the focus of inclusive education research in madrasahs from managerial and policy-oriented analyses toward a classroom-centered pedagogical approach that specifically examines inclusive practices in PAI learning. The study contributes theoretically to the development of an inclusive Islamic pedagogy framework and practically provides recommendations for teacher professional development, adaptive curriculum design, and contextual inclusive strategies to enhance equitable and compassionate religious education in madrasahs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Qur’anic literacy within Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang by examining how the program is institutionally designed, pedagogically implemented, and systematically evaluated to strengthen students’ reading competence and religious character formation in a public secondary school context. The research employed a qualitative field research design using a case study approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, classroom and extracurricular observations, and document analysis of assessment records and institutional policies. Data were analyzed using the Interactive Model of Miles and Huberman, supported by triangulation to ensure credibility. The findings reveal that Qur’anic literacy development is structurally integrated into Islamic Religious Education learning rather than positioned as a supplementary activity, and is implemented through a differentiated pedagogical model consisting of foundational Iqra’-based instruction, drill reinforcement for fluency, and Tahfidz enrichment for advanced learners. The development process follows a cyclical framework involving diagnostic assessment, staged instruction, mentoring through peer tutoring, periodic evaluation, and literacy culture reinforcement practices such as One Day One Ayat and morning Tadarus. Evaluation mechanisms include placement, formative, diagnostic, and summative assessments through oral recitation tests, written examinations, and memorization deposits, enabling adaptive instructional adjustments and measurable student progression. The novelty of this study lies in conceptualizing Qur’anic literacy as a systemic pedagogical process embedded within formal Islamic Religious Education learning, demonstrating that effective literacy development emerges from the integration of institutional commitment, differentiated instruction, and continuous evaluation. The study contributes theoretically by proposing an institutional, differentiated, and adaptive model of Qur’anic literacy development, and practically by offering a structured framework for secondary schools seeking to strengthen religious literacy and character formation within formal educational settings.

Abstract

Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dan dimensi profil lulusan merupakan bagian dari upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Sebagai salah satu sekolah binaan Gerakan Sekolah Sehat, SMP Negeri 8 Pangkalpinang memiliki potensi besar dalam mengintegrasikan nilai kesehatan dengan dimensi keimanan dan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan YME untuk mewujudkan lulusan yang sehat jasmani, rohani, dan berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Gerakan Sekolah Sehat di SMP Negeri 8 Pangkalpinang, menganalisis implementasi dan implikasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dalam meningkatkan dimensi keimanan dan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan YME di SMP Negeri 8 Pangkalpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologis. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, tim pelaksana Gerakan Sekolah Sehat, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gerakan Sekolah Sehat di SMP Negeri 8 Pangkalpinang berjalan secara terstruktur melalui kegiatan rutin seperti makan sehat, tadarus bersama, olahraga rutin, gotong royong, serta kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal.  Implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dalam meningkatkan dimensi keimanan dan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan YME mencakup empat aspek utama, yaitu sehat bergizi, sehat fisik, sehat jiwa, dan sehat lingkungan  yang diwujudkan dalam berbagai program dan kegiatan. Gerakan Sekolah Sehat berimplikasi positif dalam meningkatkan dimensi keimanan dan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan YME  sebagai salah satu instrumen mewujudkan dimensi profil lulusan  sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional.
