Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan mencerminkan citra rumah sakit di mata publik, sehingga perawat dituntut untuk profesional. Untuk mencapai pelayanan berkualitas, diperlukan sistem pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang mendukung praktik profesional dan berpedoman pada standar yang ditetapkan, serta didukung oleh manajer yang kompeten (Patoding & Sari, 2022). Metode asuahan keperawatan (MAKP) adalah suatu kerangka kerja yang mendefinisikan empat unsur yaitu: standar,proses keperawatan,pendidikan keperawatan, dan sistem MAKP nya.dalam menetapkan suatu model ,keempat hal tersebut harus menjadi bahan petimbangan karena merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan (nursalam,2022). Tujuan meningkatan mutu pelayanan melalui Pemberdayaan Perawat PPJA dalam Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional” dengan cara edukasi dan latihan tentang Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional, analisa kasus dan role play kegiatan asuhan keperawatan Primer. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan MAKP terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan juga mengalami peningkatan, menunjukkan dampak positif pada mutu pelayanan. Masih terdapat beberapa hambatan implementasi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan beban kerja, budaya dokumentasi, dan supervisi yang perlu menjadi fokus perbaikan berkelanjutan. Saran untuk manajemen rumah sakit disarankan untuk memperkuat sistem monitoring dan evaluasi peran PPJA secara berkala, pelatihan lanjutan dan mentoring rutin bagi PPJA perlu dilakukan agar kompetensi tetap terjaga, perlu adanya integrasi PPJA ke dalam indikator mutu keperawatan rumah sakit, sehingga keberadaannya menjadi bagian dari sistem yang terukur dan berkelanjutan, penguatan sistem reward dan feedback untuk perawat yang konsisten menerapkan prinsip asuhan keperawatan profesional. Kata Kunci: Mutu Pelayanan, Metoda Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional, Pemberdayaan PPJA. ABSTRACT The quality of nursing services reflects the image of the hospital in the public eye, so nurses are required to be professional. Abstract

ABSTRACT Five moment hand washing patient safety is an action to minimize the risk of services in an effort to prevent and control infection. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of supervision on nurses' competence in implementing five moment hand washing patient safety. uses a Quasi Experiment with a pre post test approach with control group design. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 34 respondents, 17 intervention respondents at the Palmerah Community Health Center and 17 control respondents in Kebon Jeruk. There was a difference in the average competency of nurses in the intervention group and the control in the post test value (p-value: 0.000). There is an increase in the competency of the intervention group which continues to increase from the 1st measurement to the 3rd measurement to the 5th measurement which is flet/same as in the control group, the increase in competency is not significant in the 2nd measurement to the 5th measurement. Supervision has an effect on increasing the competency of nurses in implementing five moment hand washing patient safety within an optimal period of 3 weeks. It is hoped that the function of supervision the quality    management of community health center nursing will carry out supervision in stages and programmed manner. Keywords: Hand Washing, Nurse Competence, Supervision  ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Keselamatan pasien cuci tangan five moment merupakan tindakan meminimalkan timbulnya risiko pelayanan dalam upayah pencegahan dan pengendalaian infeksi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi terhadap kompetensi perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien cuci tangan five moment Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperiment dengan pendekatan pre post test with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 34 perawat dengan tehnik total sampling, 17 responden intervensi di Puskesmas Palmerah dan kontrol 17 responden di Kebon Jeruk   Hasil penelitian Ada perbedaan rata-rata kompetensi perawat kelompok intervensi dengan kontrol pada nilai post test (p-value: 0,000). Adanya peningkatan kompetensi kelompok intervensi yang terus meningkat dari pengukuran ke1 sampai pengukuran ke 3 sampai pengukuran ke 5 yang flet/sama pada kelompok kontrol peningkatan kompetensi secara tidak signifikan pada pengukuran ke 2 sampai pengukuran ke 5   Kesimpulan supervisi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kompetensi perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien cuci tangan five moment  dalam waktu optimal 3 minggu. Diharapkan fungsi pengawasan manajemen mutu keperawatan puskesmas melakukan supervisi secara berjenjang dan terprogram Kata Kunci: Cuci Tangan, Kompetensi Perawat, Supervisi

Abstract

Anemia merupakan salah satu dari tiga beban masalah gizi di Indonesia selain malnutrisi dan obesitas. Anemia terjadi akibat kondisi kekurangan zat besi (Fe) yang tidak hanya menjadi masalah bagi Indonesia tetapi juga banyak dialami negara-negara di Asia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganaliasa effektifitas dari penerapan Model Ratu Ceria dengan peningkatan pengetahuan Remaja dalam mencegah kejadian Anemia. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pre-experimental design dengan pendekatan one group pre-test dan post-test design . Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa SMP sejumlah 60 siswa. Tehnik yang digunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data di awali dengan pembagian kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa terhadap pencegahan kejadian anemia pada remaja , kemudian di nilai tingkat pengetahuannya dan didokumentasikan sebagai data pre-test. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan penuyuluhan dan simulasi menggunakan Modul Ratu Ceria dan dilakukan penilaian kembali tentang pengetahuan siswa yang terlihat setelah 3 hari pelatihan dan data yang terekam disebut data post-test. Data di analisa dengan uji Wilcoxon. Tingkat pengetahuan terhadap anemia meningkat signifikan setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan simulasi Modul Ratu Ceria terhadap pencegahan kejadian anemia. Modul Ratu Ceria ini kedepannya dapat di terapkan pada siswa di usia remaja pada tatanan pendidikan khususnya di SMP untuk pencegahan anemia

Abstract

Background: Health services are increasingly competitive so that they carry out various development actions in the industrial era 5.0. Nursing is one that provides services. The services provided must meet predetermined service standards so as to achieve service quality which has an impact on patient satisfaction. There are various assignment methods in nursing services with their advantages and disadvantages and their use is adjusted to the characteristics of each institution. Objectives: To compare whether there is an average difference in patient satisfaction with the MPKP method with non MPKP. Methods: Research design descriptive analytic comparative study through surveys. The total number of samples is 60 respondents. Analysis using the T test Independent Test. Results: The average patient satisfaction with the MPKP method is better than the non-MPKP method. Statistical test results on the dimensions of satisfaction; reliability with P value = 0.000, assurance with P value = 0.004, tangibles with P value = 0.000, empathy with P value = 0.000 and responsiveness with P value = 0.000. So that the P value <0.05, which means that there is a significant positive difference in the average patient satisfaction in the dimensions of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy and responsiveness between the MPKP method and non-MPKP methods. Abstract

ABSTRACT The public's need for quality healthcare services is increasing along with technological advances in the healthcare sector. Professional nursing care is a necessity to improve the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction through the responsibilities of a professional nurse, namely the Nurse in Charge of Care.The researcher's objective was to identify the influence of the Nurse in Charge of Care in the Professional Nursing Care Method on the quality of nursing services based on patient satisfaction and care documentation. The research method used a pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design. The population and sample in this study were nurses and patients in one medical-surgical inpatient ward totaling 22 nurses and 30 patients. The results showed a significant difference in patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of the Nurse in Charge of Care in the Professional Nursing Care Method (p = 0.025). There was a significant difference in the completeness of documentation between before and after the implementation of the Nurse in Charge of Care in the Professional Nursing Care Method (p = 0.001). The Responsibilities of the Nurse in Charge of Care in the Professional Nursing Care Model influence the quality of nursing services based on patient satisfaction and documentation of care which is part of the Patient's Medical Record.Further research is needed with repeated measurements of satisfaction and documentation to determine the effectiveness of the Nurse in Charge of Care in the Professional Nursing Care Method on service quality.  Keywords: Professional Nursing Care Method, Patient Care Documentation, Patient Satisfaction, Nurse in Charge of Care.  ABSTRAK Kebutuhan masyarakan akan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas semakin meningkat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dibidang kesehatan. Asuhan keperawatan profesional menjadi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien melalui tanggung jawab seorang perawat profesional yaitu Perawat Penaggung Jawab Asuhan. Tujuan peneliti mengidentifikasi pengaruh Perawat Penaggung Jawab Asuhan pada Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan berdasarkan kepuasan pasien dan dokumentasi asuhan. Metode penelitian pre eksperimen one group pre-post test design. Populasi dan sample pada penelitian ini adalah perawat dan pasien pada satu ruang rawat inap medikal bedah berjumlah 22 perawat dan 30 pasien. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kepuasan pasien sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Perawat Penaggung Jawab Asuhan pada Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional ( p=0,025). Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kelengkapan dokumentasi antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Perawat Penaggung Jawab Asuhan pada Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional (p=0,001). Tanggung Jawab Perawat Penaggung Jawab Asuhan pada Model Asuan Keperawatan Profesional mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan keperawatan berdasarkan kepuasan pasien dan dokumentasi Asuhan yang merupakan bagian dari  Rekam Medis Pasien. Abstract

Background: The lack of nurses compared to the planned needs has an impact on increasing workload. Workload and job satisfaction are two concepts that are closely related in the world of work. Workload refers to the number of tasks and responsibilities that must be carried out by a person in their job. Meanwhile, job satisfaction refers to the level of satisfaction a person has with their job. Methods: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between staff planning by the head of the room and workload with nurse job satisfaction. Methods: This study used quantitative research with descriptive research design and crosssectional approach. The sample size was 98 nurses of RSIJ Cempaka putih using stratified random sampling technique of finite population. Data collection using questionnaires and statistical tests with the Chi Square test. Results: chi square test there is a significant relationship or there is a relationship between power planning by the head of the room with nurse job satisfaction (p value = 0.031). There is a relationship between workload and nurse satisfaction (p value= 0.000). The dominant variable associated with nurse ob satisfaction is workload Conclusion: Nurses with high workloads are at risk of becoming dissatisfied with their work. Nursing management should pay attention to nurses' workloads by planning a balanced nursing workforce based on the number of staff, types of staff, and educational qualifications of nursing staff in accordance with the workload in each treatment room. Thus, the nursing care and services provided will be more professional, and nurses will feel satisfied in their work.

Abstract

Background: Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) enhances the quality and safety of healthcare by integrating the expertise of multiple health professionals; however, its implementation in hospital settings is often hindered by barriers such as ineffective communication, unclear professional roles, hierarchical dominance, and unsupportive workplace culture. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between demographic characteristics, work experience, and workplace culture and the implementation of IPC among nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional quantitative study design was employed to examine the association between demographic factors, work experience, and work culture with IPC implementation among nurses at a general hospital in Banten Province, Indonesia. Eighty nurses were recruited using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS version 27.0. Results: IPC implementation was significantly associated with age (p = 0.048), education level (p = 0.047), work experience (p < 0.001), and work culture (p < 0.001). Work culture emerged as the most influential factor, with an odds ratio (OR) of 7.429 (95% CI: 2.703–20.419). Conclusion: Both individual demographic factors and organizational context influence nurses’ IPC implementation, with workplace culture being the most influential factor, highlighting the need to foster a collaborative work environment through interprofessional communication training, inclusive decision-making, and supportive institutional policies.

Abstract

Background: Patient safety in the operating room is a critical concern in healthcare delivery. While the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) improves safety outcomes, variability persists due to workforce characteristics, work motivation, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Purpose: To examine associations between staff characteristics, motivation, and SOP compliance with patient safety quality in the operating room, and to identify the most influential factor. Method: A cross-sectional study of all 42 operating room healthcare workers (total sampling). Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Chi-Square tests and multiple logistic regression. Results: Education level (p = 0.024), motivation (p = 0.000), and SOP compliance (p = 0.000) were significantly associated with patient safety quality. SOP compliance was the strongest determinant (OR = 234.770; p = 0.001). Conclusion: Adherence to SOP—especially the SSC—is the dominant factor influencing patient safety quality. Interventions should prioritize continuous SOP education, oversight, and cultivation of a robust patient safety culture.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan membentuk konselor sebaya terlatih dengan  membekali pengetahuan dan ketrampilan konselor sebaya tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan cara-cara menangani permasalahannya. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan membentuk konselor sebaya terlatih tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Konselor ini setelah mendapatkan pelatihan akan dikembalikan ke lingkungan sekolah dan diharapkan dapat menjadi Agent of Change untuk memberikan informasi tentang kesehatan resproduksi pada teman sebaya-nya di sekolah tersebut.  Hasil ketercapaian kegiatan dapat dinilai dari peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum diberikan edukasi Kesehatan Reproduksi dari 74,62 menjadi 87,69 dengan P Value 0,005, keaktifan peer edukator dalam kegiatan dan adanya kepuasan mitra terhadap kegiatan. Kesimpulan kegiatan yaitu terbentuk duta siswa sebagai peer edukator dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peer edukator setelah penyuluhan tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Rekomendasi adalah pentingnya pemberdayaan siswa sebagai Peer Educator kesehatan reproduksi remaja dalam upaya  peningkatan kualitas generasi sadar kesehatan
