Abstract

Penelitian mengangkat sebuah judul yaitu jenis-jenis pendidikan dalam perspektif hadis. Berangkat dari berbagai realita dalam kehidupan ini bahwa pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting diperoleh oleh setiap insan dalam mengendalikan dan menjadikan hidup lebih bermanfaat, bukan hanya pendidikan yang diperoleh di sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan secara formal, namun pendidikan yang paling utama diterapkan dan ditanamkan sejak diri adalah dalam keluarga, selain itu kita juga membutuhkan kehidupan sosial di masyarakat sehingga pendidikan nonformal juga menjadi salah satu pendukung kualitas kehidupan manusia. Oleh karena itu, ketiga jenis pendidikan ini formal, informal dan nonformal harus selalu bersinergi untuk mewujudkan kehidupan yang bermutu. Selanjutnya peneliti menyelesaikan persoalan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana jenis-jenis pendidikan mampu merubah kehidupan manusia untuk lebih berkualitas dalam pandangan Islam? Metode yang digunakan adalah mengumpulkan data dengan mengkaji literatur lewat buku, jurnal, intenet dan artikel lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Sehingga memperoleh sebuah hasil penelitian bahwa Pendidikan formal dapat memberikan ilmu pengetahuan secara terstruktur, akurat berdasarkan teori dalam pendidikan dengan mengikuti kurikulum pendidikan yang berlaku. Menciptakan kedisiplinan waktu, pemahaman yang sistematik serta memiliki landasan dan sumber yang valid. Pendidikan nonformal dapat memberikan keterampilan atau skill diluar dari pembelajaran formal, melatih manusia untuk bersosialisasi secara di masyarakat, melatih komunikasi dan interaksi serta melatih dalam pemecahan masalah yang lebih kompleks. Pendidikan informal, pengetahuan pertama yang diperoleh secara alami dalam lingkungan keluarga, tanpa batas waktu dan dapat berlangsung hingga akhir hayat

Abstract

Selayaknya kaum muslimin, Sunnah dimaknai sebagai penjabaran terhadap al-Qur’an yang global. Namun, dalam menetapkan sunnah juga sebagai sumber penetapan suatu hukum menjadi pemicu pemahaman lain terhadap sunnah. Fenomena Inkar Sunnah misalnya, menolak keberadaan sunnah terhadap al-Qur’an. Berdampak signifikan dalam menjaga kemurnian ajaran agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam sumber ajaran Islam dengan menyoroti pentingnya sunnah dalam membangun hukum dan praktik keagamaan, sekaligus menganalisis argumen kelompok inkar sunnah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur (kepustakaan), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa al-Qur’an secara tegas mengakui otoritas Nabi Saw dalam menguraikan wahyu juga menegaskan pentingnya sunnah sebagai penjelas al-Qur’an. Argumen kelompok Inkar sunnah, seperti keraguan terhadap otentisitas dan kehujjahan hadis/Sunnah serta pernyataan bahwa al-Qur’an cukup memuat segala perintah Allah. Diperlukan upaya kolektif untuk memperkuat pemahaman yang benar tentang peran sunnah dalam ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Matn criticism in the tradition of Hadith studies is commonly conducted through the assessment of linguistic aspects, rationality, and its relevance to the general principles of Islamic teachings. Such approaches are often interpretative in nature and have not yet formed a systematic analytical framework because they are not based on the entirety of available transmission data. This study aims to propose a methodological reconstruction of matn criticism by employing the analysis of variations in transmission as a new model for examining the validity of Hadith texts. The research is conducted through a literature review of classical and modern references, followed by methodological formulation through stages that include collecting transmission variants, mapping textual differences, examining the context of transmission, and drawing conclusions based on textual consistency. Through this approach, matn examination is carried out comparatively, enabling potential semantic anomalies to be identified more objectively through data comparison rather than solely through theoretical interpretation. The findings indicate that the analysis of transmission variations offers three significant contributions: first, reducing the dominance of subjectivity in matn criticism; second, assisting in the identification of narrations that have undergone textual modification or addition; and third, strengthening semantic evaluation through inter-textual evidence across narrations.

Abstract

This paper discussed hadith related to the existence of the heart with main topics 1) the quality of the hadith and 2) content. The results of this study indicate that the existence of heart hadith based on the transmission consists of 16 lines (sanad) which are spread in the book of 9 imams (al-kutub al-tis'ah) and narrated in meaning. In addition, 1) the existence of heart hadith has good quality, both in terms of the sanad and matan, and 2) the hadith shows the existence of the heart as a treasury of abstract issues, such as; beliefs, feelings, disbelief, and others. In addition, the liver is an organ that plays a role in giving a command to all body organs to move. This paper is expected to understand the broader community that the heart has a vital role in the excellent condition of the body and human actions, especially to achieve the best level as human beings mentioned in QS al-Hujurat(49:13).

Abstract

This article discusses the historicity and writing of hadith during the prophetic period. In this article, several important points will form the core of the discussion, namely the historicity of hadith during the prophetic period and the writing of hadith during the same period. It is therefore necessary to explain these matters to avoid confusion and misunderstanding regarding the historicity of hadith and the writing of hadith during the prophetic period. The study of this issue was conducted by conducting a literature review with a historical approach to the historical development of hadith studies. The conclusion is that during the time of the Prophet, known as 'Ashr al-Wahy wa al-Takwin, traditions were transmitted to the Companions through oral transmission, practice, and direct consent. In Arabian society where there was little tradition of writing, memorisation became the main means of transmission. The Prophet conveyed them in a contextual manner, both in public assemblies and in private. Although the writing of traditions was banned to preserve the purity of the Qur'an, some companions recorded them with the Prophet's permission. This prohibition was preventive in nature and was later replaced by the permission to write when the people were able to distinguish between the Qur'an and the hadith. The difference in the Prophet's attitude towards writing shows his caution in maintaining the authenticity of revelation. Thus, although not yet formally documented, hadith during the time of the Prophet was taught systematically and methodically

Abstract

ABSTRACT The application of insurance from a hadith perspective is an in-depth study of the relevance and validity of insurance practices in Islam, based on the teachings contained in the hadith, or the words and actions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This research pays attention to hadiths related to the concept of insurance. This research uses the library research method or literature review with data collection carried out in several stages, starting from collecting references to analyzing references that are relevant to this research. The data sources are obtained from literature reviews from books, journals, the internet and other media. The results of the analysis in this research show that it can provide a more comprehensive view regarding the validity and limits of the application of insurance in Islam, by considering the values ​​contained in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

Pembahasan yang akan disajikan pada jurnal ini adalah Hadis-hadis yang berimplikasikan pada metode pendidikan di antaranya terdiri dari: metode tanya jawab, metode pengulangan, metode demonstrasi, metode eksperimen, metode pemecahan masalah, metode diskusi, metode pujian/memberi kegembiraan, metode pemberian hukuman. Selanjutnya, dalam penelusuran hadist yang dilakukan, penulis cenderung menggunakan Takhrij bil maudhui yaitu penelusuran hadist dengan tema yang telah ditentukan yaitu metode dan strategi pembelajaran. Dari proses penelusuran tersebut dapat dilihat beberapa metode pembelajaran menurut perspektif hadits yaitu: metode tanya jawab, dialog, kisah, keteladanan dan analogi.
