Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the difficulties experienced by students in mastering Static Fluid concept. This study used descriptive quantitative method with 48 students of Physics Education Department. The instrument of this research was 13 reasoned-multiple choice questions. According to the results, although there was an improvement, most students were difficult to understand certain concepts. This research revelaed some difficulties experienced by students on static fluid concept. Among others are students failed to portray the forces that worked on certain object in fluid, then as a result, they failed to determine the ratio of pressure. In addition, the students were difficult to determine the changing of water pressure on the closed vessel based on the main law of hydrostatics and Pascal’s Law.

Abstract

Jamur tiram adalah jamur pangan yang memiliki morfologi dengan tudung mirip cangkang tiram dengan bagian tengah agak cekung dan berwarna putih hingga krem. Syarat yang penting agar jamur dapat tumbuh maksimal adalah dengan menjaga suhu, kelembabannya serta intensitas cahaya ketika akan tumbuh buah. Untuk jamur tiram syarat untuk suhu dan kelembaban yang harus terpenuhi agar jamur dapat tumbuh optimal ialah suhu 20 – 30 °C, kelembaban minimal 80% dan intensitas cahaya pada saat tumbuh buah adalah sekitar 200 lux. Salah satu kelemahan dalam pembudidayaan jamur tiram adalah tidak diketahuinya suhu, kelembaban serta intensitas cahaya dalam kumbung tanpa alat bantu pengukuran. Alat bantu pengukuran ini hanya akan mengukur seberapa besar suhu, kelembaban ruangan,  pengendalian suhu, dan kelembaban ruangan tetap manual dalam penjagaanya. Kelemahan tersebut coba diatasi oleh peneliti dengan membangun sebuah alat pengendali suhu dan kelembaban yang berbasis Arduino. Alat pengendali suhu dan kelembaban ini dibangun untuk memudahkan petani dalam menjaga suhu dan kelembaban di dalam kumbung jamur tiram. Fungsi dari alat ini akan memberi pelayanan berupa pengiriman data suhu dan kelembaban secara waktu nyata ke Aplikasi Smartphone Blynk serta mampu memberikan  output  menjaga suhu dan kelembaban dengan cara memutar kipas untuk mendinginkan suhu dan menyemprotkan air untuk menambah kelembaban relatif, sehingga tercapai suhu dan kelembaban ideal untuk pertumbuhan Jamur Tiram. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem yang dibangun dapat mencapai hasil yang diharapkan yaitu mampu memberikan rekayasa pengendalian suhu, kelembaban dan intensitas cahaya didalam kumbung jamur tiram.Kata kunci : jamur tiram, arduino, sensor suhu, Internet of Things

Abstract

STMIK Widya Utama's new students in 2021 reached 482 out of a total of 789 registrants. New student admission activities include the registration process, file collection, and reporting process. In paying the registration fee, most of the prospective new students in making payment transactions still use conventional or manual methods. In addition, the process of collecting personal data and file requirements is still not systemized. The process is still offline using Google Forms, so many find data constraints such as duplicate, invalid, or unfilled data. Stacked physical files take a long time to look up data. Web-Based New Student Admission Information System Using Waterfall Method with the stages of Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Testing. Testing using the ISO 9126 standard. The instrument used is a questionnaire for testing aspects of functionality and usability and an instrument is a tool for testing reliability and efficiency. The result of this research is web-based new student admission information system using the Payment Gateway. Testing on the functionality aspect resulted in a value of 100% (satisfactory) and on the usability aspect resulted in a vlue of 91,4% (satisfactory), besides that, testing on the reliability aspect resulted in a value of 100% (satisfactory) and the efficiency test resulted in a value of 83% for performance and 78% for structure and time for page request is 0,9 second (satisfactory). With the result of this tests, it can be concluded that the web-based new student admission information system using the payment gateway can be a solution to backup an activity of new student admission in STMIK Widya Utama.Key Words − Information System; New College Student Admission; Payment Gateway;STMIK Widya Utama's new students in 2021 reached 482 out of a total of 789 registrants. Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has significantly contributed to the growth of the gaming industry in Indonesia, particularly in the online multiplayer game segment. One notable consequence of this development is the rising demand for fast and efficient in-game top-up services. Topup Gameku, a service provider in this sector, has encountered several challenges, including slow transaction processing and suboptimal system integration. This study aims to design and develop an automated topup system utilizing a Telegram bot to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology, allowing for iterative and structured development. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method, while user experience was evaluated through the ULEA method involving 40 respondents to assess usability, learnability, efficiency, and acceptability. The evaluation results indicate that the system performed effectively, achieving high scores in usability (97.5%), learnability (95%), efficiency (96.9%), and acceptability (97.56%). These findings demonstrate that the proposed system not only meets user and administrator needs but also offers a practical and efficient solution for managing in-game topup transactions.

Abstract

Indonesian migrant workers contribute significantly to household and national economies through remittances; however, many face challenges in achieving sustainable economic independence after migration. This community service activity aims to promote the economic transformation of Indonesian migrant workers into sustainable independent entrepreneurs through a participatory and dialogical approach. The program was conducted in Kuching, Malaysia, involving Indonesian migrant workers through direct visits and interactive discussions facilitated by the community service team in collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy. The implementation method included knowledge-sharing sessions, reflective dialogue, and experiential discussions focused on entrepreneurship awareness and post-migration economic planning. The results indicate an increased understanding among participants regarding sustainable entrepreneurship, a shift in mindset from short-term income dependency toward long-term economic planning, and enhanced motivation to utilize work experience and skills as entrepreneurial capital. This activity contributes to strengthening the economic readiness of Indonesian migrant workers and offers a replicable community-based empowerment model for similar initiatives in other migrant destination areas.

Abstract

The solar-powered Nila floss production system was developed to address the issues encountered by the Darul Hikmah Al Hasani Foundation in Merjosari, Malang. Although the partner owns nila fish ponds with high potential, they have not been optimally utilized as an income source. This technology enhances production effectiveness and efficiency while reducing operational costs by utilizing solar energy. The system integrates several machines: a bone–meat separator, an autoclave, a meat shredder, a mixt-roaster, and an oil spinner, all powered by solar panels. This application of scientific knowledge provides tangible benefits for the partner, including cost savings, more efficient production, and enhanced income generation through the development of value-added fish products. The program will run for ten months, starting with preparation and installation, followed by operational training and mentoring. A marketing analysis will also be conducted to strengthen product competitiveness and expand market reach for Nila Fish Floss.
