Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Diva Collection untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk dan layanan. Strategi pemasaran yang efektif sangat penting dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif saat ini, khususnya dalam industri mode dan layanan terkait. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diva Collection memanfaatkan kombinasi strategi pemasaran digital, promosi, dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Selain itu, adaptasi terhadap tren pasar dan inovasi produk menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis. Dengan implementasi strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi, Diva Collection berhasil mencatat peningkatan penjualan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha sejenis dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction can be created when passengers' expectations of the company's services meet or exceed them. The aim of the research carried out was to determine the influence of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Gumarang Jaya. The research method used is quantitative research. The research location chosen was PT Gumarang Jaya. The distribution of members of the research population is PO.Gumarang Jaya Bus passengers and 150 people were selected as a sample. Data was collected through a questionnaire guided by a scale of 1-5. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 25.0 application. The results of research on the service quality variable obtained a value of tcount (5.851) > ttable (1.99) so that H0 was rejected. Then the results of the analysis on the facility variable obtained a value of tcount (5.612) > Ttable (1.99) so that Ho was rejected. The research conclusion is that service quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of PO.Gumarang Jaya buses. Facilities (X2) have a real influence on customer satisfaction (Y) of PO.Gumarang Jaya buses

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital marketing and service quality on customer loyalty at Uni Eti Cosmetics Store. Through a quantitative approach and case study, this study analyzes the relationship between the independent variables of digital marketing (X1) and service quality (X2) and the dependent variable of customer loyalty (Y). The results of the study indicate that digital marketing has a significant influence on customer loyalty, while service quality does not show a significant influence. However, simultaneously, digital marketing and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of an effective digital marketing strategy in attracting and retaining customers, as well as the important role of service quality in creating higher customer satisfaction. This study recommends that Uni Eti Cosmetics Store continue to improve its digital marketing strategy and pay attention to service quality to increase customer loyalty and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze marketing strategies entrepreneurship applied by UMKM Bakso Dono in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is studies descriptive qualitative with technique data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results show that UMKM Bakso Dono uses various marketing strategies, including digital marketing through social media, increasing quality products, as well as service good customer For attract and retain customers. The obstacles faced is tight market competition and limited business capital. Efforts made For overcome constraint the covering innovation more products and promotions effective. This strategy expected can helping Bakso Dono UMKM to grow in a way sustainable and improving Power compete in the local market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of automotive UMKM Gatra Jaya Mobilindo Car Showroom in Bandar Lampung. By identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the showroom in a dynamic business environment. Qualitative descriptive research methods and data collection using interviews, observations needed by researchers, then SWOT Analysis is carried out. Based on the SWOT strategy analysis, Gatra Jaya Mobilindo Showroom can maximize its strengths and opportunities by utilizing a competent sales team to actively interact with customers, both directly and through social media, and promote product quality advantages compared to competitors. Strategic location is also an important asset that can be utilized by installing banners to attract consumer attention. In overcoming weaknesses, showrooms need to improve customer comfort through friendly and professional service and ensure product quality that does not disappoint. To deal with threats, showrooms can strengthen branding through creative content on social media, provide incentives to loyal customers, and innovate in the buying and selling process. These strategies are expected to help Gatra Jaya Mobilindo Showroom increase its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan demi mengidentifikasi bagaimana ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan online mempengaruhi pembelian Anzora Skincare yang dilakukan melalui E-commerce Shopee Bandar Lampung. Jumlah yang diambil dalam sampel ini sebanyak 80 responden melalui kuesioner online dan data di olah menggunakan SPSS windows versi 27. Metodologi penelitian studi ini bersifat kuantitatif. Uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi linier berganda, serta uji asumsi klasik adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Menurut temuan analisis, peringkat dan ulasan pelanggan online secara signifikan serta cukup mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk Anzora Skincare. Abstract

This study seeks to assess how motivation and work discipline influence the job satisfaction level of nurses at Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Bandar Lampung. data for the research were gathered using questionnaires given to 37 nurses. Data analysis using t-test at a significance level of 5% supports the hypothesis that motivation is a positive predictor of job satisfaction. The regression equation obtained also strengthens this finding. In addition to being individual factors, work discipline and motivation collectively also have a strong influence on the level of job satisfaction of employees at Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandar Lampung. These results support previous studies that explain that motivation and work discipline are very important to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. This study also provides recommendations for further researchers to explore additional variables and expand the research population for broader and more generalizable results in the research object.

Abstract

Di tengah persaingan bisnis yang sangat ketat, perusahaan harus mampu menerapkan strategi perusahaan yang tepat dan sesuai agar dapat mempertahankan atau bahkan membuat perusahaan semakin berkembang. Perusahaan dapat memenangkan persaingan apabila perusahaan lebih cermat dalam membaca dan mengantisipasi kondisi pasar sehingga dapat menciptakan layanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menganalisis Peternakan Ayam Petelur Wawan Jaya Lampung Selatan dengan metode analisis SWOT yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peternakan Ayam Petelur Wawan Jaya Lampung Selatan mampu bersaing dengan para kompetitornya. Hal ini dikarenakan Peternakan Ayam Petelur Wawan Jaya Lampung Selatan memiliki kekuatan yang sangat baik dan dapat menganalisis peluang yang ada yang berarti bahwa Peternakan Ayam Petelur Wawan Jaya Lampung Selatan berada pada posisi yang sangat menguntungkan, sehingga sampai saat ini Peternakan Ayam Petelur Wawan Jaya Lampung Selatan mampu bersaing dengan para kompetitor atau perternak ayam petelur lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how marketing tactics such as distribution, price, promotion, and product affect the level of client loyalty. Google Forms was used to survey Kenanga Fitness customers as part of the quantitative methodology of this study. Multiple linear regression, validity, reliability, and classical assumptions were used to test the data. The study's findings indicate that distribution, pricing, promotion, and product strategies all have a significant impact on consumer loyalty. Suggestions are made to maximize the use of digital technology and improve customer relationships through more effective marketing techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran digital Ridwan Motor untuk mengatasi tantangan pasar digital yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali pandangan dan pengalaman pemilik usaha, Bapak Ridwan, untuk memahami efektivitas strategi yang diterapkan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan analisis SWOT dan media sosial dalam pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan efisiensi operasional. Perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin aktif dalam mencari dan berinteraksi di platform digital mengharuskan Ridwan Motor untuk mengubah dan membuat kampanye pemasaran yang menarik dan relevan. Selain itu, pelanggan dapat memiliki pengalaman digital yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan teori penerimaan teknologi. Ridwan Motor dapat meningkatkan visibilitas, pangsa pasar, dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang dengan menggunakan strategi digital yang tepat. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan memberikan informasi dan saran tentang bagaimana mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital Ridwan Motor.
